I got the same nonsense request to submit PDF from them.

My assets have been parked there for several years, not doing anything, no big moves, no suspicious influxes or anything.  All my assets are legit, but it's not like I can "prove" much, since mtgox, bitfloor, and so many exchanges where I got coin from simply do not exist.

They did not even have the decency to send me the PDF directly. I need to log into their portal?  I can't tell if the portal site is legit at all or a phishing attempt..

I hate to pull my assets off because of the diversity of coins and having to hunt down and manage wallets for them all. Jesus.

I guess this bs is inevitable.

Why not. It's very interesting to learn how this even developed. I want to know it. Otherwise if I didn't care, why would I bother asking.

Warning for all!
Bittrex will allow you to deposit altcoins and will then disable your account not even letting you withdraw.
They Has disable thousands of accounts without any prior warning, nor any proper explanation afterwards.
And  they had  liquidity problems recently
Take your money out of the Bittrex  before it's too late or you get nothing.

They asked to confirm the income, although I do not understand how I will do it to them from Belarus.

Just use a friends KYC from outside Belarus and someone who can prove the source of income, someone who has savings or a stable job that is paid in via payslip or something, I had to do this in the UK for a bank transfer of £10,000.00, imo it is pretty normal for this to happen as its a large amount of money.

Anyway im sure your money is safe, and clarifying with them will release your funds, use a DEX next time.
