What Oversie is?
Oversie is ecosystem that helps businesses go to new markets.

Problem
Companies launching sales of their products in new markets face many challenges. Legal, tax, certification, localization, choice of marketing strategy for the region, financing and many others.

Solution
We build an ecosystem that includes a network of franchisee warehouses that operate according to uniform standards and allow us to customize the storage and sale according to the needs of our customers. In addition, we are creating a crowdfunding tool to finance business expansion. The network of regional offices will allow you to develop a marketing strategy, plan taxes, etc. taking into account local peculiarities. The technologies behind our ecosystem are created to automate processes, gather information and improve the quality of discussion between end users and our clients.

We do not appeal to venture investors, because we want to develop project and attract investments at a higher estimate, which would give to investor less equity. In addition, we are considering the introduction of cryptocurrency in our project and want to introduce users to it in advance.

Yes, we have a damn lot of work. We believe that by working in stages, we will achieve our goals. But thanks for the wishes of good luck, it does not hurt :)

Taking your project to blockchain will give it a real boost. As you are developing an Ecosystem for business expansion, it will be good that you have your own cryptocurrency. So that investors around the world can easily access your platform.

At the moment we have not registered the company. Considering the fact that we are planning to create an an international holding, we are conscientious with an auditing company choosing a convenient jurisdiction, taking into account tax optimization, attractiveness for investors and many other factors. In addition, this is a very expensive action. This is inherent in our development plan and some of the investments will be channeled into legal costs.

Running a new business is always a risky event and no one knows what will come of it, a unicorn or failure.
The basis of our business structure is the network of partners warehouses that will work on the franchise model. We want to show potential franchisees an opportunity to build their business. Do not immediately take the franchise fee and so on. If the first stage of development goes as planned and we start the test sales, then they will be able to fully become our partner. Given the low initial investment, product diversification and presence in several markets, we find our offer very competitive. Therefore, we are looking for investments now on this forum and other sites.

First, choosing key markets, we plan to offer interested people to become our franchisee. In order to attract potential franchisees, we create communities on the Internet, where we talk about our idea, besides that we plan to participate in exhibitions, where the target audience is going, which is looking for options on which franchise business to open. Having created a primary franchisee network, we plan to launch test sales. Yes we did. At the moment, we interviewed 47 companies that started sales in new markets (regional and international), found out what problems they face. Based on the data obtained, we develop and modify our product, by the way, we have made few changes to our original product. Communication with new companies are still on. As for competitors, they exist, we will have to compete with companies providing consulting services, fullfilment services, and direct distributors of foreign goods. But we did not find completely direct competitors who would provide such a wide range of services as we plan.

To build such a big project, you need a team clearly more than you have.

New startups have the biggest rate ever of getting failed by their starters. After the first year of startups, only 10 percent of the new projects can survive and this idea can be a good example of crypto-related projects.

A team video is much more better compare to KYC, a simple hi and hello from the team showing their faces will provide utmost transparency and confidence from the community.
