Solution
We build an ecosystem that includes a network of franchisee warehouses that operate according to uniform standards and allow us to customize the storage and sale according to the needs of our customers. Running a new business is always a risky event and no one knows what will come of it, a unicorn or failure.
The basis of our business structure is the network of partners warehouses that will work on the franchise model. We want to show potential franchisees an opportunity to build their business. As I understand you at an early stage of the realization of the idea, have you done market research and demand for your services?

Yes we did. At the moment, we interviewed 47 companies that started sales in new markets (regional and international), found out what problems they face. Based on the data obtained, we develop and modify our product, by the way, we have made few changes to our original product. Communication with new companies are still on. The majority, expressed interest in working together.
As for competitors, they exist, we will have to compete with companies providing consulting services, fullfilment services, and direct distributors of foreign goods. But we did not find completely direct competitors who would provide such a wide range of services as we plan.
