What is the sales potential?
We plan to have 8 fully working bots for most popular exchanges by the end of March. We'll continue adding more bots atleast until we have a bot for each of the 25 most popular exchanges available today.

Here are some revenue scenarios:
Cost of one bot (one license): 0.19 btc

On an average:
8 types of bots x 1 sale per day:  0.19 x 8 = 1.52 btc. Monthly revenue = 45.6 btc
8 types of bots x 2 sales per day: 0.19 x 8 x 2 = 3.04 btc. Monthly revenue = 91.2 btc

Each 1% of shares can potentially generate 1 btc of revenue share per month.

Description of Feeshares:
HeatherAI offers shares of all the revenue generated by sales of HeatherAI products. HeatherAI is offering 10,000 non-dilutable fee shares for a price of 0.002 BTC per share at IPO. Each share represents 0.001% of the revenue generated. For instance, if HeatherAI collects 100 BTC in monthly revenue, each share would receive .001 BTC. An additional amount of 1000 shares have been placed with a private investor.

The next batch of 10,000 fee shares will be offered at .003 or more per share.

We will continue to hold 50% of the total fee shares (50,000 total) ourselves to continue financing the ongoing maintenance, feature addition and support costs for all of our products.

When you invest in our fee shares, you invest in the HeatherAI brand which will continue developing more software products for the CryptoCurrency markets.

Dividends will be automatically paid in shareholders’ CryptoStocks accounts twice per month.

Why are we raising these funds?

Your name has been replaced by CCElite, an announcement was posted by you for a free bot (which does not seem like something you'd do, plus the link is fishy), and the 50000 shares are now marked as "publicly held". Also, about 30 shares were sold way below IPO price (thankfully there were few buy orders).

Do you have any idea on how the hacker could access your e-mail account and cryptostock listing? And what steps have you done to prevent it happening in the future? Perhaps contacting Wolftech would be useful, since he was hacked by the same person.

I think it was via their bot which I tried to run a few days back. This has been unfortunate but we are working hard and having 10 bots available for public testing very soon.

The hacker's information can be probably obtained from the hosting company and domain registrar. This type of hacking is definitely a criminal matter with serious consequences if the authorities decide to pursue the case.

Any chance your bots could be compromised too? I installed your Cryptsy bot and did not get hacked, but I might just have been lucky.
Anyway, hope this won't negatively affect your business in the long run.

No, the bots are not compromised.  In the near future, we'll have a permanent dropbox link for each bot and new versions. Dropbox will be highly secured, so there'll be no chance of getting compromised.

We are very close to completing development of our fully automated new version of Cryptsy bot. It will hopefully bring us on par with our competitors. Current development progress is 97%. Your cryptostock is overpriced, and you have yet to pay out any dividends, even though you should have had two payouts so far. 50,000 stocks issued, but only 1,190 in public hands, and the only buy order is for .002% of the company (108 shares at .0001 BTC)

You issued 50,000 shares at .002 BTC per share. That means you are valuing your business at 100 BTC, or ~$50,000.

If you could show some data on your sales / what you invested in it, Im sure you could get more investors, I would possibly be interested in investing, but not at the current valuation.

So what makes this business worth $100,000?

No offense, but your "time" is not what someone is investing in. Instead of increasing your product line, you should focus on selling the products you already have. Having no sales after over a month of listing is a huge issue. As another person pointed out, you already have a few competitors, that are better known and already have a customer base. Unfortunately, the product you are selling is in limited demand. You are limited in how many a single customer will purchase, and the customer base overall is fairly limited (can't imagine more than a couple thousand people would be interested in purchasing one) and many of your potential customers, have already purchased from other sellers, you arrived to late to the autotrader market.

A more realistic value would be in the ~$10-15,000 range, since you have no revenue, the only thing your business is worth is the products you have. I think its fair to say that many people could build / have their own autotraders built for significantly less than 100k.

I wish you all the luck with your bot business, but shareholders aren't ever going to see a return on this.

We have 10 HeatherAI products. We are also developing several more after them.

At just 0.4 btc per license, 25 sales of each product will make our revenue 100 btc. I don't think we are overpricing it considering what we have been able to produce.

We are currently offering 25% extra shares to the first few investors who put in 2 btc, but we'll give an extra 25% to a couple of people who pledge to be good testers as well.

Your missing the point. It is completely irrelevant how many sales it would take to break even if you can't make those sales. You will never sell 25 of each of your bots, thats completely ridiculous. I would be willing to bet a few BTC you don't sell 250 bots within the next 12 months.

To make your company worth the 100k your saying it is, you would need to sell 500 bots. To break even the value. Not to add value.



Goodluck with your venture, Im done posting on this, and I would highly advise any possible investors to do their due diligence before investing in this, as they will never see their money back.

That many bots competing on a site that size would make it impossible to turn a profit.  You will be better off making a profitable bot and using it yourself, maybe sell a few shares in it if you don't have the money to fund it to its maximum potential.

Any news about when will the first dividends arrive?

as soon as the first sale arrives. We haven't made any sale yet. We are going to release a new version today. We have extensively tested our Cryptsy bot by now. Every setting seems to be working as intended. Feel free to test once again after we release the new version today.

There are several exchanges out there. We can do decent business with our proven products. Our cryptsy platform is now working really well. It took a long time and a lot of work to reach this stage. We are looking for investors to meet our ongoing and accumulated expenses.

Perhaps it would be more lucrative if you changed your business model. Instead of selling your bot, you should use it to do profitable trades with investor's money and pay dividends on your profits. No sales at all after a few months and no trade activity on your stock for many weeks is sad, really.

There is no reason to not use your bots. If the bots can't make you (the creator) then why would anyone else try to purchase said bots?

No offense (Nice job on a dividend), but there are currently much safer  / steadier dividend paying shares (Such as CBTC and Rent) that offer much better return rates + are steadily growing in income. This is not a terrible start, not bad  :)

We are going to have a total of 6 bots and we are launching 5 new indicators which will require storing historical pricing data on our server which will be then fetched by the bots. Its much work but we plan to finish within 2-3 weeks. The price might go up once we have implemented that.
