So, we've finally reached $8.000. What will be next? I read an article on BlockChain24.co (https://www.blockchain24.co/bitcoin-the-powerhouse-of-the-crypto-market/?utm_source=forum&utm_medium=referral) where they've analyze Bitcoin's chart. And I agree that price should drop a little bit, but I believe overall it will be still growing. What do you think?

May be $10k then $15k or $20k. I would not surprise if it cross $30k too.
Or may be $3k again?

Agreed. It can move in any particular direction, but am expecting it to continue surging especially until the halving event finishes later next year. By that point, BTC could very well cross its previous ATH and set a new ATH depending on the environment(Positive or negative).

Exactly, hodlers know what they are doing and they don't focus on the current price because they have goals to be achieved. The price of bitcoin will become expensive, do hold more to enjoy it. Now that Bitcoin have already reached $8,000 I do believe and hope that the price will grown even more reaching up to $10,000 by the mid-year of 2019 and that can grow even more before the year ends. We can still see the ups and downs in the price chart so I do believe that it goes into a balance and moving smoothly as days passes by. But let's just hope for the best things to come so that all of us will cheer up and benefit from it.

Same speculation from me,this years bull may crash the previous bull of peaking at $20k can be $30k or even higher than that,we arent still sure if this is the bull we all have been waiting or this is just a fake  pump to a correction of bitcoin but its still a good news for everyone green is a green we need to accept it

I'm expecting it to drop because in the past years of bitcoin, its not pumping without dumping so technically there will be a small drop. Looking for a long term chart, bitcoin will still go high and it will hit more good prices in the future. Good time is here again, the next target for bitcoin is $10k level believe it or not we can hit that one in 2nd quarter I have a bullish analysis on the price of bitcoin.

Base on the trend ehich the bitcoin posed from last week till now when the market cliched the $8000 price range, later dumped back to $7800 price and now claim the $8000 price range which proof the market demand so strong than supply. Therefore, I dont think the price need to drop a little bit, I dont need to believe in what an article says cause I believe in the trend the market drift to cause the market status is what will determine what will happen.

You're right with what you said because the crypto market were built on pump and dump trend but I think is it too early for us to decide if the market will maintain the $8K price range for the performance of the market during the weekend when the capital market close will let us know the movement of the market. However, the market seems good to maintain the current price range.

bitcoin will be great if the price stable at $ 8K ,and  that we don't have to worry about the price going back down to a lower level.however, it seems that it is still not easy to realize in the still young market conditions

We had been reached the $8,000 week ago and not just that but $8,400 ..and today as you have posted this?Were dropping below $8,000 so basically you are late for the party.

Prices have dropped a little and will then rise to a value of 10K, well this month BTC has gone through a very positive increase so it can be ascertained and I hope that next year BTC will definitely be above 30K.

Yes the current price wouldn't matter if you don't have any plan on selling it,
But for most of us the price matters because we couldn't just hold it since we also need money to spend ,
Not all of us could afford to hold it because we have bills to pay mouth to feed.

Yes, the growth of course was very fast. I thought that we would reach $ 8,000 somewhere by the beginning of autumn, but I could not even imagine that this would happen in May. Crypto-market never ceases to amaze. The main thing is that growth should be more harmonious and after such rapid growth the events of 2017-2018 will not happen again and the market will not collapse to the bottom again. I would very much like the market to be more stable and predictable. Then the big investors will get big money on the market.

I still think the positive way around. Bitcoin might pause for a while but it will still make a good price increase after that. $10k is already a high price but if the market stays in a positive state, then bitcoin price will still rise up until it reaches $15k to $20k at the end of this year. Bull run is the highest possibility that the bitcoin market will going to take place. But still we should.not expect for the bull run because there are things like surprises could happen. Just take example on the year 2017 where bull run does happen over a short period of time like months in that the same year.

Another surprise that happen was on last year 2018 where most of the users had expected for a bull run but it did not happen instead it is the opposite of bull run which is the bear market for bitcoin.

If you are already in profit then take it because it will consolidate and go down maybe $6.5k - $7k before it will go up again slowly. I think there are strong fundamentals backing up bitcoin for now and that will drive bitcoin price to get higher in the upcoming months and years.

The market can move in any direction. Today it has experienced a big crash in the value compared to the past few days where the price used to move between $8100 and $7800. All the way from some large volume trade it has reached a low bottom and now with good resistance moving back. Even though there has been a decline of a few percent, I think the price of Bitcoin is still strong because it currently has a good market position. These weeks have been proof that the position of Bitcoin has gained good trust from the public. Maybe it would drop a bit because some investors before $8000 wanting a secured profit. If we are going to refer at the last bull run there's a point which is exactly like this where in it would drop before a large bull pump but we are hoping that it would happen soon and let's invest as much as we can today.

Let's go with the facts. We are in a reversed market. We were in bear for 16 months and now we're back in bull and bull won't switch like that back into bear. There are months of bull market before us! There will be corrections, it can even go flat for a month or two, but one thing is certain. In bull market there are no lower lows, so worst case scenario we'll go back to 6k and launch again from there, although I expect 10k by the end of the year and nothing below 5k for years.

There is no such thing an an absolute. We cannot assure any price in bitcoin since it is the most volatile coin in the market. Imagine, the recent upward trend seems suspicious because it was like as what happen last year when bitcoin hitted 8k marked then declined to 3k dollars until now. Maybe, this is a bull market but we should not be happy because bear season is always waiting for crypto. I am not pessimist regarding to the price. In fact, I am happy that I joined the ride. The next is it will go down for re-accumulation. After the re-accumulation is finished, probably that would be the next bull run we will get out of bitcoin. And probably this is a sign that the bear market is saying goodbye to us.

I think it will be a good opportunity for holders to get profits from bitcoin, bitcoin will move to higher prices and will soon reach 10k and will be even higher.

It is possible for it to double from 6k to 12k but it would take some more acceptance from the corporate entities for make this rally past the ath to be remotely possible.

It's at $7,000 now but I would just hold on since we are nowhere close to the ATH. The price will go up eventually. It will also go down at some point so just be sure to buy in at a good price point. I wouldn't get too impatient with Bitcoin since it is so volatile. Just buy it up at the dips.

Well the bitcoin market is always volatile and at that we can not just predict what will happen next but we are positive that we will still have a major increase in the price of bitcoin any time from now because the market is very promising now.

this has happened to Bitcoin many times, when the price rose high then it crashed, the peak was a year ago where Bitcoin that was worth $ 20k in a few months later fell to only $ 4k. and the Bull that is currently happening I don't know what Bitcoin will arrive at what price, now we must use it very well because Bull is very rare and occurs briefly.

Bitcoin reached 8000$ very fast and therefore a big correction was expected. It moved backed to 6300# in few exchanges and instantly bounced back to 7000$. Will it sustain the 7000$ price ? This will be clear in one or two days.




Anything is possible and bitcoin can reach even 50K in much earlier as we are anticipating.

Currently the price of bitcoin is declining at $ 7300, but I think it's only a moment and there will be a pump back. I am optimistic that with the growth of the cryptocurrency market that continues to improve, bitcoin will reach around $ 10,000. At least I will continue to wait until the beginning of Q4. If we look at this month, bitcoin has experienced rapid and extraordinary growth.

Yes, after the last correction, it is going to break test once again for the strong 8300 resistance. This time it can break. However, if it does not break, the price may go down to the lower support.

We have long been waiting for btc to pump. I think we are here now and we are expecting a much higher pump like 10k, 20k and above. There has been a drop though but with what has happened with the market now, I know btc will pump again before we reach the end of the year

I waited for a small correction and it happened days ago. Now it is going upward again and its price is near the 8000$ already. The correction that happened days ago is a good sign for the market and that is a chance for some to accumulate more bitcoin and other cryptos in a cheaper price.

Hope it rallying good and consistent, never knew any moment will have a fall again but it is just short stay and bringing up again back into $8k. We are almost half the the year, if we calculated it x2 to the current price,  WI be something $15k-$16k before the end of this year IMO. Which is great and hopefully it will happen.

The price is really volatile and the support level looks promising and the price is soaring, a few days i thought the market would retract when we saw the market going down sharply but then the market is recovering in a short period of time which looks promising as the market looks really strong at this point, the price does matter even if you are a long time holder if you are looking to extract the maximum profit.

as many traders say, the resistance of bitcoin is currently around $ 8000, if this year bitcoin can break that number, there is a possibility, the price of bitcoin will be able to return to all-time highs, but if not, it may still be the current price range stable, and will return to bullish, as many traders predicted.

Yes.Bullish trend of bitcoin started and will hit the 10000$.But not so soon.There are panic sellers of bitcoin.Friday we faced that panic effect of sellers.Bitcoin dropped to 8.2K-6.9K to area in few hours.But support line of bitcoin worked.That bounced again and started to climb.Shooting like star not good for bitcoin.Little by little bitcoin will climb and stay there.I hope soon that will happen.

Bitcoin has crossed $8000 and once again same as the past there is some price fluctuation. Now the price seems to move within the range of $7900-$8050. Expect the price to grow gradually even when there is continued price fluctuation. Moreover over the past few days it has undergone some correction and getting back to growth.

The moment you had wished for came in less than 24 hours as Bitcoin prices have rallied in a day to $7900 levels. This rally shows that bitcoin has found new resistance at $7000 levels, and now even I’m certain that we will see $10k levels soon. If you’re referring to the rally we saw in q4 of 2017, then yes I’ll agree q4 will be big and we’re bound to see bitcoin prices by $20k levels.

Btc reached 8000$ last week, than decreased to 7k, not it's back to 8k.

It seems that 8k is a very important resistance. If this will hold for at least one week, then we have good chances to see Btc up to 10k in the near future.

It very hard to predict where bitcoin price will land next since we are in a volatile market where price can not be predicted, but the fact still remains that the market is very promising and we are hopeful that bitcoin will be making a major market record breaking this year by reaching it all time high breaking the 2017 record.

For me, two things to be considered for bitcoin price. First, it has the possibility of continuing its pumping price and rise above $8000 as a sign that good market is approaching bullish now. I agree that in the end the price will continue to grow. I think it is inevitable. The potential of Bitcoin is unknown to anyone, but 8k is definitely not its limit. 2019 as expected already looks more successful and favorable year for cryptocurrency.

The profit booking phase has just started and it is going to last a while. I can't predict the exact duration, but anything ranging from a couple of days to a couple of months is possible. Even I booked my profit today, by converting BTC0.05 from my wallet to fiat (luckily for me, I converted my BTC while the exchange rates were above 8K).

Still have around BTC1.00 remaining in my wallet, and I am not planning to sell them anytime soon.

 Indeed, we really can't say what's the final resort of all changes that may occur in the next days to come. We can't make it within this month mate, not really that sure but the market isn't that fast to move any higher amounts rather  it make a stay $8k-$9k.

To increase profits there is no other choice but to increase capital, because it is not impossible 2017 will repeat where the price of bitcoin reaches US20000.

Now I am not sure when the next rally is going to occur. But one thing is sure. The next one should take us comfortably above the 10K mark, and probably around $12,000 per coin. And unlike the case we had in 2016, I think this time investors will be accumulating the coins expecting a price rise from the block reward halving. We still have 1 year and 2 days to go for the event, but the impact will be seen in the market from 2nd half of 2019. I expect the prices to reach 10-12K before this rally.

This rally has continued because positive events around crypto have exceeded negative risks for months.

Bitcoin after reaching $8000 hasn't gained much resistance, the price seems to be resisting around $7800. Soon we can expect the growth of bitcoin cross the $8000 with good resistance. Some people mention that the market is quite young, but I find this to be mature. If it is young there won't be much support to be on mainstream, now people keep on discussing about bitcoin on mainstream usage.

Everyone was talking about the big-big resistance in the range of 6000-6400, as the price was there for a lot of time before the fall. But it was broken so easy that simply caught most bears off-guard. As for the market maturity, it's really very-very young compared to any traditional markets. Gold and stocks are traded for over a century, btc is about 10 years old, while first years had ridiculously low level of people involved. It's definitely more mature than ever since it grew by thousands of times since 2010, but price action isn't really organic, which indicated whales have big impact on the price.

So what's next? Struggling in the range of 5000-8000 would be fine to finally give a word to altcoins, but roller-coaster scenario could also be the case. I don't expect the double bottom either black swan even, f.e. tether scam, comes into play.

According to McAfee BTC will hit 50k USD at least by this Christmas and overpass the 1 million USD by the end of 2020

There is no resistance around $8,000. What we are witnessing is a temporary lull in the bull rally, due to profit booking from the traders. Some of the users had accumulated the coins at around $4,000 per coin in March, and now these users are selling some of their coins at 100% profit. This phase may go on for sometime before the bull rally resumes.

I would say that the major resistance would come at somewhere between $9,500 and $10,000 per coin.

Recently, in the last few days the price has been stagnating at the $8k mark, it dropped a little and then came back up. That's something I personally was expecting after all this crazy growth that took place in such a short time. I guess next it should aim for $10.000 and will see then where it goes because we can't think to big yet.

everyone already understands the market now is very colorful but it is influenced by green and red only occasionally and briefly.

Actually, i quit to believe on article, because most of the articles given us wrong prediction in 2018, and nothing happened, So i decided not to believe on articles. I see only what is happening with bitcoin price, And about bitcoin price, yeah, bitcoin has cross $8000, but still in a week it is stop on it. But i have hope in this year bitcoin give will be reached $12000 to $15000.

I believe an average of 2 to 3% increase in the price per week would be the best option for now (until around November when we all know the prices will "boom" again). A big increase of the price suddenly could get the new cryptos investors in panic, based in what we have seen happening back to 2017.
I know 2-3% increase per week may sound too low for some of you guys but with that basis we would still end the year with the BTC price easily overpassing 20k USD*.

One parameter that is available is the trade volume. But that can also be interpreted in many different ways.

it is still pushing on the daily chart but it even now the 8k level is still not sure. If no big pushes occur 10k will not be in reach any time soon.

Bull run might going to happen seeing the market price easily pump up by whales this could mean that bitcoin has the chance to reach the highest possible market price at the late days of the year 2019.
