BEWARE of that price prediction because it will lead you to go bankrupt. For me, even how expert you are, you can't predict the market 100%.

Newbies are prone to this, they are investing because of someone like they only based on what other people said without confirming and making any research.
I'm telling this because I experienced this before, especially on the bull run 2017 which lead me to a huge loss.

I agree that no one can predict the market, fundamental analysis is needed because the market is influenced by several issues. it is very important to analyze information and developments related to policy and progress.

I believe it is easier to predict in forex market how a particular currency is going to move because the analysis is going to be based with what is happening in that particular country. But, where will the analysis be based for altcoins especially talking about fundamental analysis...

Frankly speaking, in the present world, Cryptos are turning out to be safest option when it comes to investment. So any sensible person for sure will be eager to make investment in the Crypto world. You got to be very careful on doing that man. Those so called famous 'crypto experts' are mostly biased and they will do anything to make their coin do well in the market. So instead of you thinking they are doing you a favor and they give their best to recommend the coins that are good for the future, the truth is you are doing them a favor and helping their port to increase in value.

I love investing in crypto cause its for long term profit and crypto will be the future payment in the whole wide world. I am only waiting for my bounty reward for me to start investing into cryptos.

Without making our own prediction and only depends on the other prediction will not help you to improve your skills in trading because you will be too lazy to learn more about trading.
You will not get something from the prediction, and you will not learn anything from the prediction.
That will only a matter of time before you will lose your chance to make a profit on your own.
Before it's too late, it is better to realize that you must have your prediction by making analysis base on the market and you can use the other prediction to determine on what price you can buy or sell.

haha yes fundamentals first many of those altcoin don't have a working product and even if some have there is no much usage where will any get data do analysis , prediction is hard in crypto   

For me a prediction is more likely a gambling there's no assurance that a certain person or group is right or wrong but still it's on to you whether you will will believe them and take the risk or ignore them. There's some traders who are offering tutorials on youtube on how you will invest even in the bearish market or the bullish markets and you'll earn a small but secured profit.

I think this kind of info can be applied only for long holding users or a new coin.

I doubt that we have this so called crypto experts. Those people are just like you and me. Heck, you can even go to Speculation board and you will see a lot of good members here posting their TA and prediction on the price movement. But the rule of thumb is that you should always do your own research and don't like to anyone. Asking financial advises here is a no-no.

   It's easy seen that you are newbie here. You are looking at coins in the sense of their price and future predictions of this price.
That's a mistake. Future price's predictions is just a hook to catch such uninformed and experienceless investors just like you are. In the most of cases exactly the coin maker or founder stay such prediction of the price or people who paid for their positive comments and predictions.
   The right decision would be to look at the whole coin's project and to check all main creators for the their true identity (just Google the name), scammers use random people who have nothing with the project.
Also see the number of coins and the concept. The competition on the market is huge today. But if you will buy many coins and the price will go at least to 1 $ you may be a winner.

Predicting a price is not bad but you will also need a strategies as you know that is only prediction and no one will know if that will gonna happen, but with a proper strategy you maybe can win with that prediction

Yes,I invest in cryptocurrency because it is a good way to get income when the market is growing. Now is a good time to invest.  But of course you should not forget about the principles of diversification. The best of all to secure investments, dividing them between a few cryptocurrencies.

The strategy I use is a popular one and it requires a lot of patience. It is called HODL. It's simply buying at low and selling at high. There are other good strategies that one can use. Yes, I invested in crypto and I invested since last year when the market dropped and was the worst of all time.

so predictions from experts are not needed here if you are only going to hold it for a long time, it is also good but there are times when you will start trading to make faster profits and a prediction from experts is also needed in the end maybe just for a reference you to buy potential coins in the future

It's not bad to believe on those predictions/experts prediction since they've studied the technical analysis and they have experience in trading but they are not always sure about it that's why it was called prediction there's a lot of things that may affect a cryptocurrencies price such as the acceptance or legality of using it in a certain country especially if there's a large volume of crypto users on those countries.

In my opinion if we're about to follow those predictions we should know that it's not 100% sure and accept the risk.

I won't take everything to prediction that made by someone else even the prediction that made by some expert because I can do the same thing. There is no prediction who is trully right because it's just a prediction. Unless the predictor knows the the movement price pattern and he knows what will happen afterward to the market cryptocurrency. I believe to someone who has a power such as mark zukemberg can knows a little to the price movement. For an instance, when the price of bitcoin fall or at the lower price he will buy it and hold some because in the future he will announch the facebook  or he will revoke the crypto ads on their platform which 100% this information can make the price up again, and now it was happened.

You did really good if you have invested your money last year because price was so low and now it is very good so you can hold it for few years and will be able to sell it again at higher price, now we can see the market price is getting higher with time, so investing in crypto currency is really profitable investment which gives plenty of profit.

I agree, it's really risky, and if you don't have a good heart or too emotional, then it's not for you. It's means that you need logical thinking and not just because you heard people talking about making huge money in it, you will just get your hands dirty. Maybe even crypto is risky it's still better compared to the other investment through online so I still  choose crypto than them.

If we do talk about price predictions,we have been flooded already a wide variety either fundamentals or technicals and also i dont really believe with those so-called crypto experts.

I suggest you not to trust them too much because their predictions are not always right, you better learn yourself about technical analysis and fundamentals, so you will be more satisfied when you get profit with your own analysis

Investing in crypto is indeed very encouraging, but in 2018 I saw many people made predictions and those who did were experts in their fields were even able to be trusted, but what happened was that 2018 showed us that all predictions could not match, even seem wrong . Can we rely on such things again in 2019? it is better to analyze it yourself by often analyzing it carefully, because crypto is now indeed showing positive things but there are still many who are also scams, so need to be careful.

Everyone have own prediction in every coin they have and it's possible for them to create their own even not true or very far  from the real price. There is no user who are expert by predicting or any famous. I only trust to my own prediction but sometimes I agree to someone but if their prediction and my thinking is near from my predcition to their prediction too.

Well, technically speaking you don't know when the exact time to invest in crypto, but for me as long as I have a fund to purchase any time I will buy bitcoin and other cryptos. Yes of course, you know what because of my beliefs in crypto currency. I buy some bitcoin and altcoins last March 2019, I never expect that bitcoin price are getting higher. From $3,000 up to $9,000+ currently, I guess I'm lucky because my investment were become tripled.

Uuhm… there are already lots of price prediction for Bitcoin and altcoins as well. You should check out the Speculation thread in the forum and you will see a lot of threads where people are posting their analysis on what would be the next price. There is two Speculation threads, one for Bitcoin and the other for altcoins. But most times these price predictions are always not accurate and if you follow them you might be misled. Most of the times I make use of Cointelegraph to check their price analysis on top ten cryptocurrency from experts. Cointelegraph does a good job in their analysis.

Oh yes, I want to invest in crypto but not based on anybodies decision or assumptions. Investing in crypto is one of the best places you can invest and earn more profit. Does it mean the profit comes easily, hell no hence a vivid research should be conducted before investing into any coin or project. Crypto is the right place to invest if not done carefully, you will regret ever trying.

Of course we may hear crypto from other sources but it is still up to us whether to believe or take someone else advise. So its still 50/50 specially for newbies in this ecosystem. i think predictions are only for motivation, even though prices are difficult to predict but with good potential in crypto, i think a prediction that can be made into reality if you have the skills to analyze

Based on literatures, its nice to invest on crypto because the return of investment is high. However, it depends on its supply and demand. Other than that, price of crypto fluctuates from time to time. So it means that there will be a time that you will get a high profit and sometimes negative.
So before entering on this type of investment, read a lot.. study how it goes so that you wont regret at the end. Investing is like a gamble. Its either you win or you lose.

But at least, we can predict where the price wants to move. If we can have a clue or signal that we made before, we can determine what we should do. I invest in cryptocurrency but not all time. I don't invest anymore in ICO because it was devastated during 2018. So, rather to waste my money I decided to buy coins only in exchange. My question is… If a particular coin is having so many predictions, then how does that even work? None of them are accurate, we all know that they are all just speculation. I have seen experts predict different prices for Bitcoin and none of them ever was accurate. Though I’m not trying to say that people shouldn’t be following price predictions, but sometimes it’s good to do your own analysis and have your own thought as well. You wouldn’t know exactly what would be the price but you will be able to tell if it’s going for an uptrend next or a downtrend

Yeah I think all of us should invest our money for long term because it will give us more profit than investing for short time, as price takes time to rise in price, when the market is red we can invest it but after it we will have to wait with patience until it rises higher, make target for profit but then never think about selling it until you get your target price, now a day is perfect time to invest price is really affordable with promising.

Why it`s not for all ages? I think it is, bitcoin is for all ages, races, genders.. bitcoin is for all! Bitcoin, or to say cryptocurrencies, don`t discriminate. It`s so open that you don`t need to invest money to own it, you can invest your skills, time, your knowledge to earn it, you can sell something for crypto, as you can see you can do many things to get to crypto.

Crypto Investing needs a lot of research about the market conditions which we can't simply invest them in fake projects. In cryptocurrency, we need a lot of analysis which we help to find potential value project and those prices will surely increase when the market starts recovering.

To be frank, I hate investing ICO/IEO's projects as of now, I did that before investing and participating some ICO's project but I was fallen into scheme projects which are gone after crowdfunding end. The best thing now is investing coins that already listed on the market, even though the risk is there at least it is not worst than ICO.

Why we shouldn't focus on bitcoin and invest as much as we can rather than investing altcoins that might become a shit value.

Do you feel comfortable when choose long term investment in bitcoin? After I found a longer crash at 2018 ago I always afraid to hold for long term. I use bitcoin and devide it for two startegies, I use bitcoin for trading place because it is really promissing as long as I can predict well. And secondly I use bitcoin for long term investment but now I doubt it will work so as I'll sell my bitcoin when I got a bad new which can make most people sell it and also I use technical analyst to decide sell it.

You can invest in any coin as long as you're ready to follow up with it and be reading every news about it to know what's trending and all that. There are people who choose to invest in many cheap coins because they believe that investing in so many cheap coins gives them opportunity to earn no matter, cause they believe that when one coin drops, another one goes up. I don't really think that is true… because Bitcoin is the major cryptocurrency there is and its price is mainly what controls the market, whenever the price for Bitcoin starts to go up, the price of others usually follows, sometimes fast and sometimes they are slow… And when Bitcoin starts to fall, they also likely to follow with that.

Do you really think those price prediction actually works? Even you can give some random guess and might get lucky with your guess. When those predictions are done, various factors that might affect the price of bitcoin is neglected. If "those" experts were able to predict price properly, they wouldn't share the information with everyone but would rather invest and become rich real quick.

Price predictions for Bitcoin or any cryptocurrency is not always accurate. You will see a lot of them and sometimes what you see one person predict wouldn’t be the same thing another person would predict. It is always something different and that’s because no one can really predict what’s going to happen next. What has happened all this while can serve as an example for you. The price has been on bear for a long time and people were predicting increase in price, but that never happened until recently in April, and the funny thing is that none of these people ever predicted there will be increase, took them all by surprise.

I think we don't have to follow any prediction from out there if we don't believe or we do not make our own analysis because that is our money and we are responsible with our money. We need to analyze by ourselves before we buy any coins so we can know the right time to buy and we don't blame other people for making a decision. I think people right now become smart and they can analyze the time to buy, and although they read any prediction from other people, they don't buy directly because they want to research to find when the best time for them to enter the market.

Check the whitepaper of any project, look at the team competency as it relates to the project, what is the use case? and is the roadmap realistic to achieve or just to deceive investors? I only invest in cryptocurrencies after I've done a research for them especially the newly listed coins that has the potential to go up in the future. I want to find if the team and developers are continuous to be active in improving their coin or token before investing on it. Most of the altcoins are affected by the pump and dump scheme of some big investors or whales so I have to monitor the coins often with the aid of  technical indicators.

I'm actually thinking of being done with this kind of strategy upon investing to altcoins. Something like telling myself that such coins has 'potential' in the near future. I've failed many times looking at those projects but still intact with few of it.

As far as experts? There's no such experts in this field, they just making a 'wild and educated' guess, so don't get intimidated by that. It is very positive what you have done, when last year everything was in a bad condition and you have made investments by buying and holding until now. we know that at this time the situation is starting to improve even though it has not been maximized, but there have been improvements. the right time to hold the investment until the situation is at its peak.

The market has improved a lot compare to last year and early this year. I wouldn't want to expect much as of now but I'm hoping for more next year.
