ADA Coin is sleeping deeply. When to wake up

We all know about ADA when it is in 10th place on CMC.
Most coin TOP has gradually transformed itself in the period of Bitcoin price increase. But hasn't ADA yet? So when does the ADA wake up?

A couple of days ago, the Weiss ratings placed blockchain Cardano on one of the top places in terms of efficiency and profitability, I hope for an increase in ADA in the near future and bought a little.

I think if people not buy now then the price will increase in my opinion when a bull run will start, but i think for this we need a lot of time and will not happen in short time, but also ADA should grow on bull run.

It is sleeping because they do not have working mainnet.
Why would you invest into promises? After working mainnet and adoption we could think about better price.

Although ADA coin is still 10th place in coin market cap, but the coin hasn’t give  positive progress to wake up soon. If we compare the price in january 2018 with may 2019, the price is fall down to the bottom, almast minus 100%. I think the price  will have slow progress to comeback to its “good price”.

Hmmm.. I bought this coin since 2017 and like the poster said, the coin is still sleeping. I hope the team does something and revive the project.

Yes, they are slowly evolving. But they work. They extended the action plan until the end of 2020. Cardano funded for this period. Of course, they have ambitious plans. But if they succeed, they will be able to pursue ethereum. I believe in it.

Weiss Ratings just had very positive things to say about this altcoin. It is a sleeping giant, and rather than relying on flashy marketing they are building the foundation for web 3.0. Slow and steady will win this race, and Cardano will definitely be around in 10 years.

We are not sure when ADA will grow again, but now it may be time to buy it when prices are still low and of course if the Bull market comes, prices will rise dramatically. At least all Coins will have potential in the bull market but still need consideration because the nature of the coins is different.

Then, I do rate this project very high, but now with the way the platform is developing, it is going the way of project like Lisk, so much hype and nothing significant delivered, this will likely turn to Pump and Dump coin with time, some promising projects are poping up and will later relegate the project to back side

I thought there was a time that the developer of ADA was claiming that ADA can or will replace ETH. If such is going to happen, then it should be from a coin that has been able to develop its platform and provide the space with reasonable updates. I think Cardano still has a long way to go. The developer needs to be up his sleeves and stop giving just mere gimmicks.

There isn't too much momentum to pump quickly following the current market like Bitcoin and maybe we just have to wait longer after Cardano recovers from his deep sleep, this is a coin that has the potential to be good in the future after the latter rises to the highest price achieved in recent years, development is still being carried out by the team with all the most important promotions saving as much as possible.

The current price of ADA is almost at the bottom. Equal to the price before it increases at the end of 2017. Perhaps this is a great opportunity to buy more ADA.  ;)

Oh I think you have a bit of confusion here. New ETH has been greatly increased and few days have stopped. The rise of the ETH is staggering when the ETH price was only $ 156 at the beginning of May but it is now $ 252. Thus, an increase of nearly 62% in just 1 month.

not all altcoin are the same in the top 10 CMC, the most important thing now is that cardano is always in good development, rather than waiting to wake up why not buy it while sleeping because the price is still cheap.

They have been running its main-net since 2017 but I think ADA is waiting for 2020 to make everything ready and there is no longer problem on main-net (fully operate).

It will wake up in time, I bet it will happen this year.

Most of the coin in the rank 10 increase yes you are righr only ADA is still sleeping but the reason we do not know that. Im expected too the value of ADA rise once the market increase but it will not happen. But maybe this is not right time of adabe patient and we will see the ADA will increase and maybe $1 will hit once that coin will increase. Don't give to the Cardano that you have just hold it!..

Theres not kuch I have heard of it again, it can only wake when the bullrun swings to 20k$. It has lots on investors but its price seem to be not growing. None yet had started pumping the coin and this could be because their route still is uncertain.

The price increase of altcoins is due to the altcoins that have good news and there are many whales behind supporting pump prices. for the ADA, it is a big business but this is not a good time for it to come up with upcoming strategies. It is quite similar to ICX, NEO, EOS, etc. all are sleeping and waiting for the opportunity to make big decisions in the future.

The ADA coin seems a sleeping giant! This coin has strong stability! I haven't seen any big pump for ADA yet. Even in the golden time of crypto when Bitcoin hit 19K USD that time ADA was growing slowly to hit 2 USD, not fast like others good coin! So, I think ADA is not like others, it has a strong and supportive community. So, I can say you will not see a big pump for ADA in a short time.

ADA coin is really trying to maintain the 1000sat area for that long which I dont see as sleeping cos it suppose to dip more but maintaining that level of satoshi is a great one for the coin and it will takes long before it finally surge which I believe will base on the momentum gathering over there.

No one knows but I think this will happen soon or we can say very soon. We already see the very fast progress of bitcoin and etherium in past few days and weeks so it means that crypto currency are now in demand. So it is not impossible that ADA coin will wake up soon. Just invest now and hold and leave your doubt because you need to take the risk to reach the peak of your success.

I think developers are touting new features for the ADA. It has increased at any time because this is a potential coin.

ADA went up by too much, and too soon (in 2017). The developers and promoters sold most of their coins and then dropped out of the project. And this had a big impact on the viability of the project. The development took a hit during 2018, and even now there are a lot of bugs and issues to take care of. But the problem is that the developers have lost interest in the project.

I have heard some information that came about ADA and its developer has announched about shaley. Maybe if this agenda run well we will see its price will goes up such another coin. I see ADA is the coin who has potential because its position has supported to see by new investor and also its price still cheap. Cardano Blockchain and its Coin ADA was already show some impressive performance record in 2017-2018 period. And because of that im not doubting that ADA will return to its former status like others did so just relax and wait for the next moment ADA will shine soon.

cardano still has good potential to be able to get up and get back up, now cardano still continues to be a demand for many people who like it. there is still hope for a cardano.

Point of correction, at the moment ADA is still amongst the top 10 altcoins in the market especially when you exclude USDT.. I think they have wonderful developments in the coming months.. I expect ADA to trade somewhere around 20-30 cents sometime this year..

As the market continues to grow this year, Cardano will do as well. Though Cardano offers a lot of promises that hasn't been made into reality. Reading through the news, the developers have lined up already the upgrades on the platform that they say will surely bring Cardano's price rise.

There's no clear indications but for investors who wanted to have some more coins inside their wallets, this downfall can be a turning point for them to be a big bagholders, there's no assurance but everything is just taking the risk and wait for the outcome.

I'm so much disappointed to Cardano (Ada) since the momentum of price has been continue to dumped by lack of information on Shelley and the release of new roadmap on their summit thats why I'm selling all of my ada and switch to BNB but most people have a high faith to ada since its a top altcoin.

Yes it has an active team and Hoskinson is working hard to make it work. I like ADA very much and the coin was even recognized recently as one of the best developments in crypto.
We'll have to wait for another big bull run on Bitcoin for altcoins to gain value but when it happens it will be the biggest move yet. 5 times the value on top 10 altcoins will be nothing compared to what will come next.

You are right, even though their team is actively attending crypto events, it seems they need significant development and hard marketing to increase the price, one big news could change everything.

The ADA coins are indeed quite stable and have a movement that is not so prominent that we must be patient if we want to see the price of the coin going up quite high because the ADA coins are not so affected by market conditions even though Bitcoin is currently rising high, THERE coins will not only soar .

ADA is always a good and top listed coin on CMC. However we have seen it's on long downtrend but look at the market in recent moment it has got a good move and hopefully it will go up and overcome the downtrend.

ADA is vaporware. It's not decentralized. Staking it will pay next to nothing. Its funding ends next year and they haven't even entered phase 2 of the roadmap.

Well, what I believe is that if a coin is sleeping, then the team behind the project are the one to be blamed, because there cannot be a working project with great potentials that is not being used by people in the crypto space, so if people abandon a project, then it just mean the project has nothing to offer to them, so the my advice to the team is to make sure they work faster and bring the project back to life before it dies finally and then I don't think anyone would be able to save it because every would have forgotten it exist.

In my opinion, cardano is already going up it might not be seen that much because there is a lot of circulating supply with in the market but if you look at the prices compared it to the past couple of days it has already grown a lot. From 0.068 $ dollars on the start of May to 0.085$ as of now. It has already a high growth in price it is already about 27% growth on the price.

You might not see news about them yet but that doesn’t mean they are still not working, blockchian technology is what cannot be fully developed in a short time, as things gets unfold, they will keep overcoming whatever it is that is bringing about their limitations. They are much active in the coin market doesn’t guarantee that they are dead, after all they still stay on top in the market.

When I see any of the projects, I usually set 5 years for them before concluding if they will make it or not, but none of these great projects has spent more than 2 years, so why the rush?They still have more time to function well as they are developing their projects.

ADA was one of the coins that gave me my first thousands in this cryptocurrency market during the last bull run and despite the dumping that occurred then, they still worked to remain among the top 20 coins in the coinmarket.

Shelley Testnet is supposed to be coming in June. There have been many delays already but this time seems to be the right one.

No one would really be able to predict, it depends on the number of investors that they will get when the time comes, but I believe that they should be able to attract quite large numbers of investors since the still belong to the group of top 10 in the coinmarketcap.

Most investors when they pick an alternative coins to invest in after they must have put in a very big amount in bitcoin, they mostly look for coins in the top marketcap which is usually within the range of top 10 and top 20, but one thing I can be sure of is that whatever increase they get will be higher than the increase of other safer the top 10coin in cmc.

Maybe we can say soon ada will wake up if the right time comes. Ada still at a low price until now and many people still waiting to see the price increase higher. Maybe we need more time to wait for the real bull market for ada coin, and if the project still running, then the chance for ada to increase will be wide open. We don't know the truth about when ada will wake up, but we can buy ada from now on if we believe ada can increase.

I actually dont know what is going on with the cardano blockchain project but as far as am concerned, the project is a top notch and its obvious with its market capitalization. Although, its actually not following the uptrend like others but I believe it will also make it up with other coins of its category.

ADA isn't worth investing. It seems the development has no improvement. I don't even see any payment implementation which can increase the demand. So my opinion: ADA not prepared yet to follow the Bitcoin bull.

Numbers and tech aren't the only thing that makes something successful.
And at this point, cardano has taken way to long to fully release and penetrate the market.
The smart contract platform market is way overcrowded now, I don't see cardano penetrating it even if it is technically superior.
I mean hell, even EOS (the worst platform and community ever) has managed to release their mainnet and build an ecosystem.

But the craziest thing about the platform wars, is that honestly Tron is making the most headway.
Just one year ago peopel were bashing it but it is here, stable, and has an incredibly supportive userbase.

June? Hm, that is interesting to me. I will be ready to wait for that month which will happen in tomorrow. If ADA can be really back strong in June, then I will always check the price, and maybe I will set the alarm so I can know if there are movements from the ADA in the market. I already buy ADA in a few weeks and months ago, and I think I can get a lower price and now, I see that the price increases from the price I bought, so it is good for me.

I believe the coin will survive and grow further. As soon as the developers make the final product in 2020, then immediately the demand for ADA will be. By the end of 2020, the price of ADA can easily grow to the level of $ 10 per coin.
