Really sad, please do not get upset in gambling investment. Simple, take it as easy game not worthy than your life...

Self control is the key to avoid this type of incidents. He became greedy after a big win of $60k and wanted to earn more but he lost the money instead, he tried to gamble again to win what was lost but wasn't successful, even to his death he had not recovered the money he lost. This story should serve as an eye opener to gamblers for them to realize that greed is very difficult if not controlled and if you will let greed take over then it might cost your life.

If you know you don't have good self control in the first place, it's a good idea to just avoid gambling as a whole. Gambling's obviously not for everybody, and it can be extremely hard to stop especially once you've buried yourself in losses.

13 hours? That clearly shows he is addicted in gambling, I can even barely gamble more than 1 hour  and still I can feel the pain when losing money.

I admit, I'm also addicted but not to the point that i'm going to end my life. Aside from luck, controlling your emotion is one of the key in gambling. Taking a loan just to gamble is not a good sign and that means you are going into trouble. Winning in gambling is not a sure feat so once you lost, you will face more problems than you ever had. People should know their limits and do not expect high hopes that you you will hit the jackpot.

This is so sad. But that's what we always say around here—self control. It is so necessary for someone who does not want to be trapped in the addiction brought about by gambling. OMG! His addiction make him died. He’s too addicted that his wife left him because of his selfishness. It is too that when you are not contented on something it will be taken to you sooner or later. It is sad news, but i see a lot of gamblers sad stories, it is same like that story who lose everything in gambling and nothing left. We call them addicted gamblers, they can't change and it is confirm that they have same end of their life. many articles that write about addiction to playing games and gambling will have a negative impact on health, in my opinion not only is health affected if playing too long, someone's metal will also be disrupted. get used to rest a few minutes after playing more than 1 hour so that it will reduce the risk of health problems. if it's not wrong the WHO has set a standard time to play on the desktop or mobile app so it doesn't interfere with health. correct me.

13 hours gambling must be too much for anyone and I guess this is the reason where things went wrong and eventually claimed a life of a gambler. My question,how he died?Try to read up the article but i cant find the reason on why he died or did i just missed it? Back to topic, on all the said detailed information on how he deal with gambling i would say that he's really addicted with it.Compromising funds that you have earned on your previous jobs and without minding if you do lost it all.
One thing i read up that he do even give up some $2000+ money to stranger and let it play into other games.What a strange but common act for those people who are addicted to it.

Yes definitely in all the time we need to control our emotions but maybe in sometimes it will not in our hands but in most of the time we know what we are doing at the time do what your mind says not ask the important things from the other people it's not good for you.

In some countries person could put yourself in the "black list" for casinos and other places with gambling. Filled once, it is spread across all casinos after some time, and even if you want to, casino will refuse to allow you to play. That's a great way to limit yourself from loses.

There are articles that I've read about this, that a gambler who losses too much is not allowed to play again in the said casino. There are more stories like this that are not given attention by the media because of a news blackout. Back in 2017 here in the Philippines, there's an incident in Resorts World Manila that claimed 38 lives because of a gambler who's debt amounted to millions and he even sold his properties because of his gambling addiction. He burned the tables in Resorts World Manila causing panic, guests were trapped inside their rooms and they died due to suffocation.

I also remember this news when it is broadcast on TV news. There are also stories like this, gamblers did not control himself.

Yes. Controlling our emotions is the primary role of being gamblers because if you gamble only with full of greed, you will not make it in gambling. Never gamble if you are not prepared to lose because gambling is definitely losing and winning only.

We all know that our emotion is not the main control of our body, it is just affected by it. We have our brains, and emotions are just hypnotizing our brains in order to get what we want and that is the worst. If we know someone that have some mental problems because of gambling we should immediately take him to doctor.

Surprised he died in just 13 hours though. Those teens remained seated for at least 2 days before dropping dead. Could this guy already have a pre-existing disease? There seem to be no mention.

We know that our emotion will affect our mind and our body. Everything we do which using emotion will give a different result, and if we use the emotion inside the gambling games, that will make a bad result for us, and we never know what the result is. It's a normal thing, when things go bad, you will start to have very bad feelings and start to feel depressed, some people are not able to hold themselves together, before you know it they will do something to hurt themselves. I think the best thing for anyone to do is avoid things that will always make them feel low in their life to the extent of killing themselves. Well, some said that we can find everything in a casino house then why there's no medical department in case of emergency? They knew the consequence of this to their players, I think they should hire at least 2-3 nurses for treatment section when a player feels ill.
