  We really have to contour our emotions when we play gamble, because too much affection will lead to act more aggressively that may be the cause to undergo depression and anxiety. Unfortunately, gamble is too risky and it is about our individual statistic to evade from being aggressive and we must have to take it easy.

How sad that he didn't fight for his emotions. He lost his opportunity to experience life to the fullest. I know it is really hard to lose such huge amount in gambling.
