Post by: snapcall on July 28, 2019, 12:23:16 PM
Anyone have any good bitcoin poker sites with fast withdraws, or casino's even? swcpoker.eu is a good site, usually get a withdraws within 4 and and 12 max from my expereience, but they say up to 24 hours. OR any goood free spins or freerolls, no deposi bonuses? anything like that? Just curious.

if you want the play unit to be bitcoin then sadly you won't find any good poker website , all the bitcoin poker sites have really low traffic so it makes it harder to find good games especially that within one week or so all players start to recognize each others

if you are interested in USD play unit then the WPN network is your best shot , they accept crypto and convert it to USD
the most popular one is Americascardroom , last week they paid over 1m$ in bitcoin for their Venom tourney winner
they do have some good freerolls and some times their tourneys have decent overlays

Well, you mean that free spin or freerolls? Most gambling dice site has free when you are fully registered into their sites and this is what they called it faucet. At the small amount, they gave via collecting faucet you can test your luck. Well, I had a quick researched and I find these casinos that accept bitcoin. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4832500.0, you can use this in searching a good gambling site that has a feature of poker game.

It's true that it is really hard to find good bitcoin poker sites because of what SyGambler mentioned that bitcoin poker sites having really low traffic compared to the traffic that the poker sites/poker game have that are using USD as their play unit. I think one the reason why it is really hard to find bitcoin poker sites that does have lots of traffic is because there are poker sites that you can play and you can also deposit bitcoin and then converted to USD to use as the play unit of the poker game on a certain sites.

Visit games and rounds section to get the details about free spins and bonus and the new or old reputed gambling sites.

To get know about the poker sites then stick with gambling section and research about the site before depositing any money.

In my experience, the withdrawals from swcpoker are fast. Like within some minutes. 24 hours might be the maximum time frame they've set.
Other sites with good volume except swcpoker and similar are cryptopokerclub.io that meets most of your requirements.

I was recently searching for a good site as well and found a decent amount of options. Most mainstream Poker websites except BTC as a deposit and withdraw method, a fact many do not know.

Here is a chart that I hope you find helpful: This took forever to make

Yeah, I was about to say the say the same thing. There's a lot of bonuses and free credits on that section.
You can also register to wolf.bet, they are giving 5 doge for new registers, it isn't that much but you want free and bonus. They also have a faucet where you can claim if you have zero balance.

The good or not of a poker site depends on the judgment of each user, but for me personally, the comfort of playing is the main choice for gambling on several available poker sites. You can find poker sites that you think are comfortable and reliable in this forum because there are so many poker sites that accept bitcoin as a payment tool.

ACR has been my main site as an American. However, player liquidity is disappointing compared to the major non-US sites. The silver lining of that is good tourney overlays.

My bitcoin withdrawals haven't been super fast. I had to wait more than 24 hours last time and then had to do a phone call verification.

I've actually been meaning to try Ignition. Bodog's games were always soft back in the day. Any thoughts?

He is not looking for poker against the house or video poker but he is looking for pvp poker game because he mention swcpoker as the example. Fortunejack does not provide pvp poker anymore since they removed it long time ago.
There are some sites that provides pvp poker game such as betcoin, nitrogen, ACR, and Cryptopokerclub but to be honest I do not play pvp poker anymore in this bitcoin world because I prefer to play on local poker sites using fiat.

To read more about the best poker sites, here is the link for you!
That is your own site/page ? It would be always a good practice to suggest from personal experience rather than linking to some random ranking or review sites. We are all very much familiar with google search and if we link OP to random pages, it might mean OP is not aware of how to do searching on google. I mean it will collapse the entire purpose of why we are having open discussion in this forum.

SWC poker
I have read many positive reviews on swc poker, also they are maintaining active gambling topic on this forum.

Recently Fair.Poker had one week signature campaign (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5160854.0) here. I guess another one to check with for comparisons at least.

OP may go for their own due diligence before making a final decision.

I had good results with Bovada a few months ago when I played there, decent site and legit from all the threads about them that I've read on Reddit and elsewhere. Also available to Americans the last time I checked if that applies to you.

There's some negative feedback on the Bitcointalk account representing NitrogenSports at the moment (click for link (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=88706)), and as far as I can tell most of the issues raised by the negative feedbacks have never really been fixed, so I can't recommend the site at this time. Used to be decent back when I did use the site though.

There's a lot of poker sites or casinos, likesportsbet.io (https://sportsbet.io/casino/popular-games), this site is not only for sports gambling but they have quality casinos or poker games. Sportsbet withdrawal fee is totally free and you can get your withdrawal easily, based on my experience.

As you said, you want some bonuses like spins/freerolls, try also to check out https://bitcasino.io/, since they have some new promotions especially for newbies.

What I like on these sites is their support are active, you can even contact them on this forum or on their website, additional, they have a live support that will help you instantly once you encounter some problem.

I'm quite interested about trying poker sites, but looking for a trustworthy sites nowadays is very challenging. I'm looking forward to check this out, but first i'll look for some information and reviews about it just to make sure because I don't wanna get fooled again by scam sites.

I have a few. My favorite one would have to be sWc Poker. I recently won .01 a couple months ago from the mr.Hold twitter freerole!

I also like to use Betcoin.ag and NitrogenSports. Nitrogen Sports has a few decent daily free roles if you are interested in those!

I like Nitrogen also because they have some high roller tables as well!

I have to agree with you, the traffic of pure bitcoin poker site is still low compared to fiat based poker sites. I do not know why but I see it as a fact. This is why I keep playing poker on local fiat online poker sites where I can find many players to play without waiting. Although most of fiat poker site is not provably fair but as long as I do it for fun only then I'll keep on playing small stakes only.

i think its because crypto such as btc are still kinda new to some and they are still feeling abit nervous if they will use it or not so they still prefer fiat  .

but why btc poker sites do only have a little traffic while other casino type gambling such as dice , blackjack and roullete has alot of traffic or players  ? poker is supposed to be more popular than them  .  stake and 777 coin is few of the site that i know that has a poker ( video poker ) , why dont you check those out @op ?

I don't have experience in Bitcoin casinos but I have tried Wink.org which is a casino in the TRON blockchain.
It has an amazing interface and as long as you wager amounts in their casinos you earn a coin which gives you dividends.

It's because most of the poker players in the world are still relying on dollars. Money on the table are still on that currency and you are correct with this.

i think its because crypto such as btc are still kinda new to some and they are still feeling abit nervous if they will use it or not so they still prefer fiat  .

The problem about online poker is the engine on the backend, the dealer is part of this engine, so, a poker site can be easily rigged. This is why there are some "good trust" poker agents, like cubeia or poker mavens... Nitro uses cubeia, but that poker engine gets filled with bots and multi-accounts, and poker mavens is some old software, so, it's hard to really trust in poker online.

If you want to play nowadays i can recommend only two sites, the first one is for doge and the second one is for btc, i have done withdrawals from both without problems:

https://shibes.poker
https://swcpoker.eu/

So I've been working on bitcoin projects for the last few years, but I recently got back in to online poker thanks to Covid-19. Good to see the game is still alive.

Anyway, I decided to play at poker sites that used bitcoin as a deposit and withdrawal option (naturally), and I thought I'd share my experiences in this thread in case anyone is looking for recommendations on where's currently best to play.

1. Dedicated bitcoin only poker sites.

1. SwC Poker - This is the original bitcoin poker room. Has the most players. Top recommendation.
2. NitrogenSports - Nice software, but even less players than SwC Poker. You can still get a game at any time of the day, but your choices are limited.

These poker sites use bitcoin only to get money in to and out of the room. They're relatively new and tend to have a smaller number of players compared to older poker rooms, but you have the benefit of being able to sign up and play anonymously.

I found a few other sites in addition to these, but these ones I liked the most.

2. Older poker sites that use bitcoin as a deposit option.

1. Ignition Poker (US Only) - Good player traffic. One of the best options.
2. Americas Cardroom (Worldwide) - Good player traffic also, but players are tougher (more "regs").

These are poker rooms/companies that existed before bitcoin. They've introduced bitcoin as an option in the cashier, but your funds will be converted to dollars when you deposit and converted back when you withdraw.

These are reputable sites, and they have more traffic than the bitcoin-only sites above. They may also ask for your ID before you start playing or before you cash out though.

Summary.

I prefer the flexibility of the bitcoin-only sites, but the more mainstream options are fine too. I think all of these companies are reliable, but as a general rule you're better off not keeping your entire balance at any one place -- just keep a "working" bankroll and deposit/withdraw as you need. Bitcoin makes getting money in and out of poker rooms easy, so take advantage of it.

That's about it really. For what it's worth here's a more detailed guide: https://www.thepokerbank.com/bitcoin/ (https://www.thepokerbank.com/bitcoin/). If there's anything missing let me know.

Lastly, I haven't listed every bitcoin poker site in existence here, just the ones I like and would recommend. Are there any others worth checking out?

I would not recommend to you to relocate to another place. In terms of poker and crypto, SwC is the best one. I'm using it everytime when i want to play few cash games. I already tried Sportsbet.io poker rooms, and it was awful for honest. Starting from interface and problems with browser (cript doesn't start at some browser, like Chrome. Maybe for now it's already fixed i don't know) and ending with a problem with deposit policy.

in SwC there is not any of this problem.

And yeah, casino is shit (in terms of another games like dice or slots). Play poker and have fun  :)

There are actually a lot of Bitcoin poker sites that I know of, but finding one that is reliable and good is quite difficult.
We have to do a lot of research and read reviews to find a Bitcoin poker site that is worth using. Based on my research,
there are lots of people who recommend SwC poker as a good poker site. Although myself have never played poker on
the SwC poker sites, I really believe in the reviews of the members of this forum, that SwC poker is a trusted and good
place to play online poker.

Low traffic means that many people talk about crypto poker, but just few plays it! That's a sum up of the gambling section here on forum, where many people just talk about gambling, but they don't really gamble. So we have good crypto poker sites, but with low traffic, basically if you play cash games you will play with the same people all the time! And that has some pros and cons, like having many people and new opponents every time you sit to play! Who wishes to play poker should join us in bitcointalk poker series https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5271735.0, for tournament no.4 there's a free entry for the first new player, 1.4 mBTC entry fee will be covered for you!

The only crypto poker site where I am really playing is swcpoker. The traffic might be low, but if you sit down on an empty table and wait 10 minutes, there are people joining. It's mostly the same people playing on there but they are willing to switch to different buy in tables.

But to be honest, I would choose a poker site not only on their traffic but also on their promotions. If you get a 100% deposit bonus up to $500 that is huge. Just by claiming that bonus you can already make a decent profit. You will have of course to play for the profit, it's not for free.

Also all the major poker site I saw will let you withdraw money in bitcoins.

Except you have a chance to get in the money and win some prize, you will also get some tickets for lottery (10+, depending on the place). In last series one of the guys won some money on lottery with just one played game.
I think we have a great tournament! You can show us your skills, maybe you will learn something, maybe we will learn from you, it's like a friends game with all good people around! You can't get better than that anywhere.

I will follow the good example set by others! For the first new player 1000 chips for buy-in with 400 chips fee for Grand Finale and Lottery from me! Rules are the same, must be bitcointalk member and new player in our series!

You can be that first player! We play tomorrow! I hope you will join us! :)

It's been a year since the most active phase of this discussion in this thread, but the problem remains: there aren't many websites to choose from if one wants to play poker on a reputable website and pay with cryptos. Strangely enough, while poker is one of the most famous games in theory (if you ask someone which gambling games their know, poker will definitely be in top-5), it's not that popular with crypto users in practice. At least, that's why I believe there isn't a bunch of good websites to choose from if a person wants to play or join a tournament. There are way more websites offering dice and slots, so I guess that reflects the demand.
