You can't call it anonymous or no country restriction and ask for a phone number before giving someone an account.

It should default a new visitor to a new account they can choose to keep by entering their email address.

honestly I'm not even sure what the phone number is used for cause I registered and put my phone number , made a deposit and a withdrawal and nothing was sent to my phone
so I don't really see a use for it , maybe you can just use a fake phone number but not sure if you may need that phone number in the future for withdrawals or verification

if that's the only reason for taking the phone numbers then it doesn't make any sense , you have the emails of the users and if you want to contact them you can simply email them and ask them for their telegram , skype or any other method to get in touch with them
the phone numbers used in registration aren't always connected to these apps , so you might not find your users using any of these apps

We also use the phone number (the one they register) of our client for
added verification in case they forget there security code or on some instances that they need to reset there account.

I don't really like moving from one site to another ,cause I don't see the need… especially when it's a new website that we are talking about. Regarding this Yes we don't have KYC and it is really possible that some customer will just create a new account in case there commission will change to 6%. But it is really depends on our upline OrbitX what changes we will do on the account of the customer based on there betting activities.

yeah I know that's why I'm curious to know how Orbit is accepting that , since the logical thing when someone is using a broker that has no KYC and got commissions increased to 6% is to simply create another account

It could only be Pinnacle (PS3838.com), there were several winning bets there, and then they asked for KYC.
If you lose they ask for none.

pinnacle can't really be abused and there are already tons of bitcoin sites offering pinnacle with no KYC

I arbitraged an NBA bet in Pinnacle and got my funds out already not via Odsy, now my balance with Odsy is 0, I sent them documents but I'm not in a rush to use them now.

Pinnacle is aware of all bets placed in its site, whether they are small or big.

They have verified the documents, the process was pretty swift.

Asianconnect started like that as well , they said they will only do KYC if there is something going on but then they suddenly forced KYC on all of their BTC users so nobody can tell what you will do in the future

if someone had to do the KYC then it's better to do it with other brokers who have been in business for several years , you lost the only one thing special about you TBH

I agree though I would be a bit more lenient towards them. Sportsbooks that do not require KYC usually only ask for KYC when they suspect a customer for arbing, fraud etc which is something that is written in their T&C.

Odsy88 I feel disgusted just thinking of what you guys did to me. Your Customer reps conned me of 1600 EUROS for no fault of mine citing that I created multiple profiles. Upon asking, They dont have any proof, but says the 'system' caught me. How is that fair? Anybody who reads the post would agree that even if there were multiple profiles created, you cant just strip me off the winnings. Any sane website would not do that! If you accepted a bet, you are supposed to return the winnings. As in case of losses, we would not have asked you of our deposit back.

In my opinion, I will tell u about my experience with this site. My experience with SportsOdyseey was good, same as other Broker that I had as vodds as example. Just register, open an accout with ps3838 (asian version of Pinnacle) and make a deposit with bonus 20% added in the same day.

No KYC request before or during my betting, then when is time to withdrawal also didnt request any KYC, just asking the normal details as: amount to withdrawal, address btc. Then also, they ask me about my mobile number (the same mobile number that I insert when I made the registration) and I recieved an SMS with a code. After confirmation the code via Live chat and the btc address I get the withdrawal in less than 30 min. 

All this deal its always with his Live Chat, where you deal for open account, deposit methods and withdrawals.

Also, I remember the Rollover bonus 20% is not abusive so, its not so difficult to get it and finish the rollover.

Also, with ps3838, there is a country blocked list, so if you country is in this list (example USA), then you can not connect because they will block you account. In this case, Live chat will recommend that you use VPN and connect to a country that is allowed to bet with ps3838.

Well, I cant have a negative feedback with this site, I deposited, play and withdrawal without any problem, but if someone create multi accounts, in this site or other site in gambling of course they will ban you.

They dont have any proof of multi-accounting.. I asked multiple times.. Even if I was multi-accounting, they can't forfeit my winnings. Would they have given me my deposit back if I had lost the bet?

Its strange, what they tell you about when you talk with Live chat???? Usually, they must tell you all details about this problem,, its difficult to understand, usually brokerages as this one are clean and dont do bad tricks. Keep fighting until the end and try to solve this problem.

Also, very bad that the main support here dont write back,, strange.

I have emailed them multiple times, went on chat to explain my situation.. The customer reps on chat say they are just the middle man and conveying what their 'compliance' team is telling them. I asked them if I can talk to compliance team, they say - "No, its an internal channel, you have to go through chat". I am like, what the fuck! I am so irritated right now, never felt so cheated in my entire life. Its not a matter of 1600 EUROS, as I have lost way more than that.. Its just the feeling of being cheated from an anonymous book over which I have no say, is what is killing me from inside.

I have observed several friends who had their funds confiscated due to multi-accounting(They were arbing) which is why it is possible to lose funds in this manner since the sportsbook T&C suggest that they can.

Did you engage in arbitrage betting by any chance? If that is the case, some sportsbooks decide to withhold user funds since they consider it cheating. If not, I feel that SportOdyssey need to clarify their stance since they look like they are at fault here.

FOR THE ZILLION'th TIME, I HAVE JUST 1 PROFILE WITH ODSY. What does multiple profiles mean btw? Are you saying more than 1 punter created ODSY profiles with my name and phone number? (since no other details can match as you didn't even ask for my KYC docs)?

Wrong doing? Who is the wrong guy here? Do you even know what you are doing here? EVEN IF I AM MULTI_ACCOUNTING, YOU OUGHT TO PAY THE WINNING BETS. You can't keep anybody's money as a result of some faulty 'system' of yours.

I just want to know one thing, the other 'profiles', have they done anything wrong (Arbing, cheating etc). Are they even in profits? If not, are you returning their losses? Did you even convey to them that their profiles have been 'caught' or you are just waiting for them to make a deposit so that you can steal their funds? I am pretty sure you havent notified them and just waiting for ignorant folks to make a deposit to later realize their funds will be used to buy booze instead.

I am just wondering something, I have a question. Let's say I have an account and I use it mostly at my home, with my home IP address. What happens if I go out, and use my cell phone's internet for the sportbook? Or what happens if I use a public wifi for the internet to place my bets? Is that allowed or not?

i think that odsy88 should give you the snapshots of those connected profiles. they can check the IP, username, phone number to verify if someone has multiple profiles. phone numbers - they can check if  they are in the same country code and IP location check. they just cant accuse you without solid proof and not sending the details to you. otherwise, they have no transparency in resolving issues here. and made a decision for themselves. they can always ask further verification info from your end in case they want to resolve this fairly.

Ususally they only do random Kyc checks anyway and I really think that the documents I have provided are enough.

He "Agreed" to it by submitting his REAL documents and after few days, we verified his account and send back his deposit amounting to 7,783.63 EUR.

The reason why he keep on spreading lies was he claimed that he has a "friend" who also has an account with us which happened to be FRAUD as well
by submitting "FAKE DOCUMENTS"

It is a pity that gamblers and the casino has to wash their dirty laundry out in the open on forums like this. I have had my fair share of gripes with casinos, but I have always managed to sort it out with their support team, without having to go into a flame war like this.

It is nice to see that rating companies are following up on grievances like this, because we need a good watchdog to go up against dishonorable casinos.

Looking at the evidence provided by SportOdyssey, it looks like there were genuine concern over the legitimacy of the betting being done, but in many instances casinos will look for technicalities to get out of paying out people's large wins. <This case might not be one of them, just based on the information that was provided here.>

The lesson to learn from this is to stick to the ToS and not to take chances, because the smallest technicality might void the payout of a large win in the future.  :(

Yes, but every case has merit. Your casino has detailed information on every gambler on your site. If this user only made a minor infringement, then the recourse of your actions are a bit harsh.  :o   You could have determined what the impact of the other duplicate account could have been, based on the bets that he or she made and then based your decision on that.
