They have any working product at the moment you should have to take a look over the roadmap they will launch their platform after successful finish of tokensale.

I think the project is good. I have checked it in register, this is really a GmbH with branch office in Switzerland, which operates in the range Cryptowährunge. Maybe bounty program is planned?

The funds will be distributed as follows:


40% of the funds will be used to build the Soraix platform and perform upgrades to the system, which includes team recruiting, training, and the development budget.

50% will be used for Soraix branding and marketing, including continuous promotion and education of Soraix and blockchain innovations in industry mediums. A sufficient budget for various advertisement activities, to help Soraix become popular among investors, and to attract active users to the platform.

10% will be kept in reserve to cope with any emergency or unexpected situations that might arise (regulatory changes, or other unforeseen shifts requiring prompt and convincing reaction).

Very few projects are attaining success of their tokensale. I am wondering if they will not be successful in getting their funds, are they still going to launch their cryptocurrency exchange? This is not being pessimistic but the trend of tokensale nowadays is not really good.

is this another exchange project ?

For the collection in 2019, the IEO is suitable, as it allows you to make a quick listing on the exchange . I think developers need a top launcher for their project.

I'm sure all the team should be verified, especially founding team (for example, on icobench).
Most of Soraix' team don't even have an account on icobench which is suspicious.

I think that it will be really very difficult, because the fundraising model directly on the blockchain (ICO), the fundraising models through the exchange (IEO) are already working now.

It’s probably worth talking to one of the exchanges to collect funds on it

Do you think you can raise your soft cap targets for the next 39 days? Maybe it is high time to consider aggressive promotional campaigns here. You have a long way to go to get the min funds you are aiming here.

And those shares you don't have idea if it will be valuable or not. You may get large number of shares, yet it is not worth your effort and investments. And from my impression of how much they are raising right now, I guess this will not go that far. Hope I'm wrong.

I completely agree. Now is the time to find big whale investors. I think the team is already doing this.

the softcap is very large $ 4.5 million USD in my opinion for now is very large,
because some projects implement softcap is not that big, and maybe Soraix can reduce it because it's a good way in my opinion,
and launch IEO on the market with a large volume  ;)

Everything is relative. For some projects this is a lot, for some it is not enough. Much depends on the popularity of the project and its idea.

But the larger question here is, can they reach the soft cap? So far, they have raised $153, very far from $4.5M goal as soft cap. Very few now believe in ICOs. The team needs to reach out big whales to get their fundings. Otherwise, this project will be a flop.

Can you elaborate more of this? I checked the linkedin profile of this Patryk and seems the profile is legit with 500+connections, stating Soraix also in his profile.

Many projects, even without the expected funding, continued to function and create their own product. I hope the developers do not abandon the project, it looks potential.

Soraix project was good on begining but what happened at the end with this project?
Team solve some problem, find investor who can move project in good direction.
