DayXDT - do you have evidence of randomfrenchguy creating spam with the aim of blackmailing the creators of topics? If so I would love to know about it.  If I could automate detection of newbie accounts with posts making scam accusations in topics and detect correlations among particular accounts, that would be quite useful for my book.  It could help with sifting out accusations of scams with ulterior motives from genuine concerns about fraud.

Randomfrenchguy - do you have evidence suggesting a scam (not just suspicions) which is getting deleted over & over, as you claim in the previous message? If so I would love to know about it. It might help me further automate detection of suspicious activity and help with sifting out accusations made against whistleblowers for the purpose of silencing them from genuine concerns about blackmail or people who post because they have an axe to grind.

I said a week ago that this coin had some similarities to Pirrlok previous projects and people here said that this is legit just because the dev registered with companies house in the UK which doesn't mean anything as anyone can register a company with this site for around 200 pounds and it doesn't make the company legit. Has anyone actually visited the address as I'll be interested to see if Streamit is actually there or is it just a cover up? 

Hi, vella85. All PIVX fork projects are similar. I don't understand how do you distinguish one project from another. I always pay attention to price stability, listings, social networks, project development.
For all these factors - streamit is most transparent, stable and reliable project.
I compare Streamit with projects from the TOP-200 CMC ranking and hope and hope it gets there soon.

Well you must not of checked why the price is stable because all I see is fake buys and sells from the same people just like we have seen in the past with projects similar to this one so of course the price is going to look stable from the outside looking in but when you dig deeper you find the truth. All the listings were paid very fast which I saw with similar projects which all ended up being dumped in a few months so I will be interested to see what happens here but I will say that I'm not liking it at all and by the way I'm still waiting for someone to actually go and visit the address that they claimed to have registered with the UK companies house.

I didn't say that because this project is registered in the UK that it is a scam, I said that anyone can register a company with that website in the UK for just a few hundred pounds and that it doesn't mean the company that is registered is a legit company. Like I said, I'll be interested to see someone go to the address and see if Streamit really does have a set up there or is it a lie? CMC listing also means nothing as I have seen coins listed that are clearly pump and dump coins and over hyped so for the ones who think CMC list legit coins I would think again.

What i'm seeing is that veela & I have seen some concerns with the insiders of this coin and have been sharing it. Tbh, the answers are pathetic and show you don't actually want to answer our concerns and this is really shady.

I did ask a question about the company being registered at that address in the UK but I got no reply from anyone. I would like to see video footage of someone actually visiting that address and showing that it is Streamit because like I said anyone can register a company name in the UK companies house for around 200 pounds.

Well why didn't the team register the company where the software engineers live instead of the UK? That doesn't make sense to me and I think that the team registered in the UK because it is very easy for any company to register their name. I'll be very interested to see the video once it is released to the public showcasing the office.

Yes I remember that but I thought that the main team was living in the UK as you said the software engineers are working at this registered address right? All I would like to see is the office where this address is registered, not some conference which will be held elsewhere. Remember what I said, it is very easy to register with the UK and use any address so if it is true and streamit are at this address then showing some proof wouldn't be hard right?

It will be more transparent once we see the Streamit office where they claim to have registered the address with the UK companies house. KYD is a good resource to verify projects however there is no guarantee and even this registration with the UK companies house doesn't mean much as any company can get this. Time will tell, until then I choose to wait.

and can you explain how the StreamIt Video Bot Working? because there is no platform that provide the streamer a bot to increase their views/subcriber

Are you sure that the volume is real? it looks all fake to me with several people washing trading on CB. Linkedin profiles don't mean anything as they can be bought now days and to make them look real. I'm also not sure how the team was able to get on CMC so quickly as other projects are still having a hard time getting listed even though they have all the requirements to get listed.

No I don't go around asking other projects for video from their offices as proof only because Streamit was one project that registered with the UK companies house and everyone thinks just because they register with this means that they are legit when in fact that isn't the case as anyone can pay for this registration with the UK companies house. So I think they should show some proof that they actually have a office registered at the address they used to register with the UK companies house. Doesn't that make sense? wouldn't you like to see where their office is registered? or do you just believe this and think that Streamit is legit just because they register with this company?

 

Well that isn't always the case as I have seen several projects list on many exchanges and get listed on CMC within a matter of weeks within launching and the dev didn't develop the project/s. Do your research on LPC,LRM, LGS and you'll see what I'm saying.

I'm seeing a similar pattern here like we saw with LPC, LRM and LGS. They only worried about getting listed on as many exchanges as they could instead of using funds on developments. I hope I'm wrong but there are a lot of similarities, fast CMC listing and fast exchange listings and like you said most funds are being spent on top exchanges instead of developments.

Well if it is the same team behind this project, they have the money to do this and make Streamit look more legit. Just because a coin lists on more expensive exchanges doesn't mean it is legit. Also after doing some more digging the Facebook profiles look fake as the guy is Indian but the friends are Russian?

Also don't be fooled by the coin being ranked in the top 200 on CMC as most of it is fake volume which again I never received a reply from anyone about this crypto21212 who was buying and selling creating fake volume. Most of the volume was from this one person which is why the coin is able to move up the ranks on CMC. Where is the community? Maybe if the team was more transparent more people would trust in the project.

Did you even read what I said, the only reason why the price is holding up is because its fake volume. If someone is just wash trading and buying and selling their own coins, of course the price is going to be stable. I'm not touching this at all as I'm still waiting for the video on where the company is registered. Where is everyone then if people are earning so much money here? I would of thought there would be many people here saying this but there is nothing and the Discord is also dead.

Are you for real? Of course fake volume can keep the coin stable for months as the person just keeps buying and selling their own coins. Good for you on making $20k but I don't see a whole lot of people talking about this project anyway. If its as good as you think, don't you think more people will be talking about it and more people posting in here and on Discord? No we don't see that. To say that I'm not good with cryptocurrencies is a joke my friend as I have been in this space since January 2015 and I've seen a lot in that time especially when it comes to masternode projects that create fake volume to suck people into buying their coin. Do some research on LPC and the other projects that the same dev run and see how fake volume can sustain the price for a long time until the dev is ready to dump.

This really is becoming a joke now as all this project cares about is for people to buy this coin and saying how good the roi is. Just look at all the team have been doing, they just care about listing on exchanges and sites for tracking earnings. Where is the actual developments of the platform? Why do the team only care about people buying this coin? These are major red flags in my opinion and still no one has replied to me about the fake trading to boost volume and the proof was also in that video that the Youtiber put out.

I have been in crypto since January 2015 my friend and I can spot red flags in projects that only care about keeping a stable price by wash trading. Yes I know that a lot of projects wash trade which will soon catch up with them all. But as you can see here, where are the developments of the actual platform? why would someone invest in here just because the price is stable from wash trading when there is no actual value in the project or use case. This investment program is nothing but a way to suck more people into buying the coin expecting a return on their coins. Why not just develop the platform which is what this coin is all about?

Red flags that I have mentioned in here before and still no one from the team can come and answer the concerns with this project. If this was as good as you think it is, wouldn't you think this thread would be buzzing with people saying how good it is?

I wonder what happened to all them masternodes that were online in December, it went from over 200 masternodes online to around 40 in just 2 weeks. In my opinion this is another red flag unless someone can explain why so many nodes went offline and haven't returned since? If there was a problem with the wallet or network we normally see nodes start to come back online but not here so was it the team holding all them nodes which has also crashed the price. Where are the people here now saying that their making thousands of dollars with running a node???

Yep you and I were calling this out since the start and we received a lot of hate towards us. Where are all the fan boys now saying how good this project is and all the money they were making? It was only a matter of time before this fell apart just like this teams previous scams.

the fact alone they posted this stupid Certificate of Incorporation here as some "Streamit-Coin license", which it clearly is NOT, is a MAJOR RED FLAG fot this project and ANY OTHERS ATTEMPTING THE SAME FRAUDULENT PRACTICES !!

The ultimate stupid-trick of this "dev" (or rather CON-ARTIST and SCAM OPERATOR) here is his f***ing audacity of announcing some great new "advisor appointment" at a point in time when his bloody LTD company had already been dissolved for about six months. It can hardly get any dumber than that!

So there's a lesson here for the future: anyone attempting something along these lines is running a scam coin, it's actually pretty easy to spot. Strangely enough, this was one of the few coins that did not even have those usual naysayers and wolf-criers that are so common here on Bitcointalk. Hilarious how these know-nothings were all of a sudden fully silent and just not there" altogether when something really is fake -- but they've been accusing PAC Protocol, Smartcash, PiVX and everything all the way up to Mazacoin or Peercoin as "another scam" back in the day (or actually all the time)...
