seeing the current market conditions are very unstable and I see no growth in price values for ethereum and stellar which is very good, but every day the two coins actually fall in price. whether the two coins are good for us to invest

Both are still good coin to invest but it's better to know the fundamental and prospect from both of coins. Ethereum's demand decreasing every day due to the IEO and stellar too and the decrease of the demand to the stellar platform can be seen from how much new asset that is issued in the network and not so many people are using stellar as a payment system right now.
And my conclusion is both are still have potential but when there will be no a big update from the development or that token will be massively adopted caused by its utility and then i can consider both are not good assets to invest. 

right now and probably for another 6 months no altcoin is going to be good to invest in with the exception of small cap coins that get pumped for a day or two before dying back down again.

these coins, specially the big ones like ethereum, ripple, stellar,... still have some leftover bubbles that needs bursting. and also there is the problem of them being too old now. in altcoin world only fresh coins can be pumped big times and old coins are replaced every couple of years.

Altcoin market continues to be in a deep crypto winter, including the two coins you have mentioned. Indeed, they have a solid fundamentals behind, but if investors are not willing to shell out their money and invest on them, then all we can do is wait.

As for as investing advise though, it's really very difficult as we all know that crypto investment is very risky. So I wouldn't directly tell you invest right now, but I would say that the price is still at a discount and you can easily be a bagholder and can profit in the next six months to one year specially if you chooses to be a long term holder. So the choice is yours.

I am very bored to wait for the growth of altcoin because now there are many shiitcoins that are not profitable, seeing ethereum and Stellar every day is decreasing and this is not good for investment for this year, but we will see ethereum 2.0 which will be released in 2020 will likely rise but this will not be my long prediction. because now the investors don't trust altcoin yet

In my opinion, ETH still has a great surprise coming in 2020 (ETH 2.0) and I'm pretty sure ETH 2.0 can boost ETH price...

Idk, XLM maybe only will follow Bitcoin price moving only...

During this week, I saw their prices decrease almost every day. Yesterday it still declined from the last I saw. However, both coins, in my opinion are good for us to invest.

Comparing ETH and Stellar then I would definitely choose ETH among XLM even though these coins had been on the market for some time now.

Talking about prices? Its no surprise that no matter how good it is, they do drop prices but the important thing here is that they are still sitting on the top ranks.

Bakkt is the big reason why everyone running behind BTC and cashing out their altcoins due to this FOMO. I hope so ETH will get succeed to get back with big investment it is still under the radar and big players are accumulating the market for future move.

Ethereum is a coin that house other coins(token) and that makes it to pride itself as one of the used cryptocurrency!  The current declining in ethereum and stellar price is not new to us and the current market setting is what we have experienced several time in this cryptocurrencies era. We are to buy now that we can afford ethereum at $183 and stellar at $13! Time is coming and that time may not be far from now when we would be seen ethereum above $500 again. Stellar on the other hand is one of the best coins and I began to like it after reading the whitepaper.

Both coins are good for investing from a fundamental point of view. But technically ... Falling prices may not be the right signal to buy. Since January 2018, both coins are in a downtrend vs BTC. Even large trading volumes in the spring of 2019 did not stop these trends.
You should think carefully before investing when the market is falling.

I would say that Ethereum has a higher chance of bouncing back after hitting it's low this year. There are still investors within this coin even projects has a lot of ETH are their wallet and just waiting for the right time to liquidate.


What do you mean that falling price is not a good signal to buy? If you have bought Ethreum in the $80 range, then definitely you have been profiting by this time. But if you are aiming for more profit next year then definitely HODL and then continue to accumulate. As far as I know smart investors are doing this strategy. Buy/HODL, rinse and repeat.

If you see dip then it is the time you have to invest in them, don't just waste your time looking whether they rise or fall. Make a move if you are ready to take the risk. Most altcoins are dependent on the bitcoin price that's why it's normal to see such price dropping. Ethereum will be the best choice for you if you are planning on investing a profitable altcoin.

so, just split your capital to invest in eth and stellar,,

This year was dominated by downtrend for most of altcoins including Eth and Stellar but if your questions whether invest at those altcoins still good option or not and i would like to says yes it is good time to bought more especially Eth that based on my experience i had get decent profit by hold Eth for almost a year that i bought cheap and sold my Eth at $2000 range and although the current price still low but i believe Eth will reach the highest price again

Why is seeing no growth in their value as very good, are they not supposed to be growing since they have real use case, the product that these two coins you mentioned have is meant to be attracting many users to them, for stellar, I think what is affecting altcoins market generally is also what is having influence in the market of stellar, but for Ethereum with its popularity, I don’t expect it to be having same challenge as these other altcoins also because altcoins are meant to rely on them and since we are still having new project being registered on them, they are meant to be growing, so what exactly will be there problem?

I understand that ico is not as booming as before, but we still have so many ico that are successfully finishing their hardcap, but they are still worth investing in anyway, though you have to make bitcoin your major dominance coin.

Both are good long-term bets I think. Short-term prices however are at the whim of the market, and I don't have any real certainty which way it will go, although recent signs have been encouraging. I think given how volatile things can be from day to day, it is often better to take a longer-term perspective.

Both ethereum and stellar still decreasing in the price because those coins cannot increase the rate in the unstable market. Both ethereum and stellar have potential to increase higher after this bloody market, especially if the bear market comes in the future. Many people still believe that ethereum will going to increase higher and will be hit the ATH again soon. But as long as bitcoin still at a low price, there is nothing we can do because all of these coins have to follow bitcoin.

So maybe we need to wait for the end of this year, and we can hope that there will be a change for the market. If at the end of this year, all of the coins can rise again, then I think the bull run will come, and we will see another moment like what we saw in 2017 will happens.

I think you have investments in these two currency because on all the altcoins that has same movements only Ethereum and stellar is what you have mentioned but anyway you’re right about the good things when the value is dumping and that is to buy[ofcourse this is for those who really believe the said coins)

We are talking about two currency that is in the good position in the market so looking in their roadmap need not to look by now.what we need to do is look for the announcement of the team as Vitalik Is now silent about he’s Coin ethereum

actually both ETH and XLM is good.
but, i just think the best way of it is choose another like ADA or IOTA ,
nowdays, ETH have a low demand market , also XLM is non profit organization.

For me first choice is ethereum, this coin still have large ecosystem on erc20 token thats needed gas, and community still waiting for ethereum 2.0 launching next year. But if you have a lot of money for invest Bitcoin still number one choice.

Ethereum and Stellar are good coins. Ethereum will continue to evolve because it has a very large community. Only we have to be patient and not give up easily in trading.
Within a few weeks this was the condition Ethereum decreased. But we see the price of Bitcoin is still very high and I think that Ethereum still has a chance to pump.

I'm surprise that you considered it good when there is no growth, that's pretty rare, I don't know, maybe you are happy with the price of these 2 coins at dip? Anyway, I love these two coins for long term investment, but if I have to choose only one, I'd rather go with ETH as it's more popular and it's more undervalued now. 

What I observed about stellar is it follows when Ripple is performing positive, so until Ripple starts to recover, I don't trust it will.

They actually have a very wonderful team performance and to the best of their own knowledge and strength, I think they are trying, probably they need more innovation, although we can only attribute the reason why they are not growing to the general bear market for now, and I think it is high time that we stop picking on some of these coins individually also.

What effect these two coins, also affect the thousands of coins that we have listed in the market and only bitcoin has been the only coin that has successfully come out of bear market this year, and the same manner that bitcoin used I coming out of bear market is the same pattern that believe other coins too will also follow when it is time for them to have their upcoming bull run.

Answer is yes, we know Stellar and Ethereum are very active in developing their projects, and Stellar is cooperating with large companies like conventional banks in Indonesia.

Maybe both Stellar and Ethereum will be good for long term. I usually use things that already i put on my mind "If coin survived for long time in market, it usually be good coin1" because if bad coins or what we called shitcoins, usually exchanges will delist it because they will only put coins that profitable for them too. Profitable from trading fees and anything that developer used to listed their coins in exchanges.

I can say that you need to invest only in those coins that are ,,workers, and not speculative.It is Ethereum and Stellar that are like that.Therefore, it is necessary to invest in them.Those projects that simply create a hype around their coins,but there is no real use of them, will be dead in the future,and your funds, respectively, too.Invest wisely.

I think they are both really solid long-term choices. Short-term is obviously more speculative, and we still have everything in the market moving together to a large extent. So long-term I think the merits of the project will have biggest effect on price, short-term I think it will be general market sentiment that plays the larger part irrespective of the quality of the coin itself.

Actually, isn't the price could a thing should really matter, as we are in the investment platform the most important is to have those coins that have a sustainable market growth. Seeing what ETH and Stellar did today is not really bad, we know already that the entire market suffering downfall trend. Even that, ETH did its job and still sustain from the low market price.

ethereum and stellar have different platforms, they have very different developments and it is certain that ethereum will continue to be the winner because ethereum has high demand and has better technology than stellar.

yes we already knew it but that is not the topic all about  . op isnt comparing the two coins but he is only concern about the status of these two coin  .  sure eth is better than stellar in terms of value and usage but eth dont have a special treatment when it comes to the market conditions  . no matter how good eth was , its value can still go down harder than what most average coins can go but the again theres is nothing to worry about that  .

I have been using ETH a lot in the past..in fact a 90% of my coins are ERC20.. But in Grayll  (https://grayll.io/ieo/), our CEO was much more enthusiast about STellar so i took a close look. My conclusion is that Stellar is far superior in terms of scalability.. faster and cheaper transfers! Nowadays I shifted to Stellar when it is about sending payments. On top of that, there are no spam tokens in my wallets, thanks to the trustline system!

I think that right now, Ethereum is just still dwelling in past glory, and they are losing it without them knowing that and I hope that one day, Ethereum will not be a forgotten coin. They have a very good product that has been attracting people for years, but what is the real status of the product right now. One of their products which is ICO is already being messed up and we are finding it to revive the ICO funding, lots of investors losing interest in ICOs on a daily basis, and you have never heard of any new coin of ICO that has really made name other than IEO.

Harmony project that would have made a name again through Ethereum smart contract has already moved to Binance IEO where they had their success, so what now, what else does Ethereum has to offer?

indeed ethereum coins are very good for us to save and have very good potential, but I always buy ethereum and stars for short-term trading that quickly makes money to buy other coins so we can trade again, if for the long term ethereum and stellar are good but the short term is really a loss for me.

yes totally agree with your opinion because ethereum and star coins to trade for the short term is a loss if you are a trader you choose coins that have great potential like bitcoin and bnb both coins have enormous value for short term trading

If you ask whether Ethereum and Stellar are good for investing, my answer is good. Both of these coins are good for you to invest in, even though the market conditions are not stable, but in my opinion these coins are potential coins in the market.

If you have time to wait then I would say yes, but you might want to wait until this bear run is over. Both have solid fundamentals but nobody really knows how long they are going to dip.
I am buying more and more eth lower and lower. And the first time planning to get into stellar heavily too.

I can say that ethereum price growth is there, but it doesn't last long. An average increase of only 1% in a matter of hours.
However, it is good to invest in ethereum and stellar coins.

Ethereym and stellar : known as an old project with huge potential and smart dev team,
so, both are good to buy when the price in the bottom zone mate
but, don't forget to add BNB in your list too  ;)

if in my opinion, actually Stellar and Ethereum are also good future coins, although now the price is also no better growth, for me will also remain patient waiting for changes in market prices in the coming months, because I am sure the second price will also provide a price the good one

Technologically, these are definitely 2 businesses that we should buy now. But about the market situation, we need to wait a few more days.

Despite of the big dump with these coins especially on ETH, I still believe and hope for a good future with ETH. I know this is just another bear market and nothing to panic, if you see ETH on a more cheaper price then you should start thinking about buying bulk order of ETH. The price will recover, it will happen and after this bear trend we will see a new ATH and I'm hoping that this year, everything is possible.

ETH might go for a deeper price so don't expect that it will recover anytime soon, but it's ok because once we hit the bottom again it will start to pump. Stellar is still a good coin so again its better if you look at the future price than focusing on the price right now. I just bought ETH right now and will buy more if we see a real bottom.

i suggest choose ethereum because that is the only one alt that has a ability to survive in any scenario,  in fact it's very low when the market suffered in the past long bear season . And see now it's still making small progress and still showing potential to increase more despite if the situation.  So be smart men and pick the best one to invest. 

he isnt asking for suggestion but he is only concern about the status of the two coins  . i also feel that the op already have both of the coins  . when it comes to coin choice both coins are good  . i dont feel the need to choose one because i also witnessed the perforance of stellar on the past . stellar have its own comunity or forum where you can see that it got alot of supporters  but no doubt that eth is automatically a good coin without further explanations whatsoever

If anyone has doubt about these two coins, then they will surely have doubt about most of the coins in the market because these two projects are one of the best projects that I have seen in the cryptocurrency industry for their solid products and their real use case.

They have similar chain system though and they have very strong technology backing the chain system up, but it is just stellar that I dint know what is actually going with it yet as they are not growing as much as I expected, but I think they are all being controlled by the current bear state they are all in, and when they come out of bearish market, we will really see their functions and effectiveness. Ethereum will always be their leader anyway and should be considered as first choice for investment always.

for long term holder of course ethereum is more reliable than Stellar, because many factor can support ethereum in future, in fundamental ethereum movement can growth more than stellar, even they backed by big company, and ethereum just supported by community

I'm a fan of Stellar and still I am despite of not hearing any new developments that can help to gain it's price. Maybe due to market status now that almost coins are getting hard to get back on their original prices. We must atleast see the role of each project as a useful crypto and platform like ETH. These 2 is still worth having, we just need to know when to trade it or hold it since we can still earn even a bit thru our trading skills.

The 2 coins are great and can bring in good returns over time, I will however prefer to invest in stellar and buy millions and wait for the profits to come.
There is this unpopular rumour that stellar might request for holders KYC due to their relationship with coinbase.

I am of the opinion that the two coins discussed above are good coins worth investing, we just have to be patient waiting for the bull market to come and we don't need to panic when we see that the market is declining.

I think ethereum is a safe investment because we have seen stability in ethereum's price from the last few years so for long investment ethereum is a better option.

Stellar is quite good, for me it is associated with simplicity, speed and cost effectiveness across the board. New higher-performance blockchain networks are pushing users to exit ETH. Ethereum is no longer the first in the field of ICO. But both coins are definitely worth to invest.
