I was wondering if there's any new thing you expects to see in a new Casino website that would make it truly unique? To me, it doesn't really matter if it's just a dice or multi casino platform. What I consider truly important is relationship with the customers/players. Not being shady, trying to game players with bogus Terms of Use. I also like proactive customer support and a platform run by knowledgeable operators.

Deposits, Bets and Withdrawals: I like instant deposit, doesn't matter if withdrawal is automatic as long as it is honored in a timely manner.

VIP: This seems pretty cool to me but not 100% necessary.

Support: Like I said, I like Casino site with proactive support. Live chat is a must to me if I am to use the platform. Although I may not use it, seeing it gives me a kind of assurance.

Prizes: This is neither Yes nor No to me

Games: Like I said, It could be one game or multiple games platform.

Auto-mode: Auto-mode with stop loss is cool to me too and will encourage players. I like cashout system.

Dice Speed: Slow-Medium speed dice.

These are popular features of current casino platforms. Do you think it's necessary to bring in new features or we should just limit it at these? Innovation is what drives every industry. So, I won't rule out the customer's desires. What are the features you always look out to see in a casino site that you would like to see in a new upcoming ones?

You could try to target a market of casual-players, rather than exclusively gamblers. I don't see a lot of casinos going this route, but if you offer free versions of your games, or design separate games it might make customer acquisition easier. You'd also have more data to update your games, fix bugs - especially if you offer cash rewards to the casual (free) players when they report a bug or issue.

Additionally, I did a search for "fair" and it doesn't appear anywhere in your post. Provably fair is an oldie, but a goodie.

It would certainly be unique if there were no restrictions on withdrawals.

The rest of the things you've mentioned are things I have seen before and wouldn't exactly call "new".

VIP isn't too neccessary. It only give bigger advantages for those who have bigger bankroll since they can wager more than smaller bankroll.

You can also find the auto wd setting in seunjti bot, so it doesn't need to add in a gambling site, but make sure seunjti has supported the site first.

All of things from your list should be more than enough for people who want to try on new gambling site, so maybe, add a unique games which others don't have would be a good idea

Graduating ranks, that are earned through many hours of playing are extremely beneficial when incentivizing loyalty. I'm not so sure that is has much of an affect on users joining the platform, unless it is an extremely attractive benefit that they can attain relatively easily; at that point though, it would conflict with the idea of building brand loyalty. People want to be loyal to a company that rewards them for their commitment. Sign-up bonuses and other incentives are better for acquiring new members/customers.

Personally, I know earning "ranks" through playtime is more fun when nobody has the ability to simply purchase what I've worked so hard for. That's business, but I'm just too experienced with companies changing incentives and it leaving a bad taste in the mouths of those that have been there longest.

I think that nowadays there's a range of solid websites that earned the trust of their customers and offer various games, good customer support, promos, etc. However, it's rare to see fancy animation, and I think it really brings something to the overall experience. Really fancy animation is prohibitively expensive in the industry presently. Even pretty good animation takes quite some time/money. The most common solution is to use licensed games but then they are no longer provably fair, which to me is quite bad.

I am most concerned about withdrawal with limited terms and conditions. I play gambling sometime ago and when i wanted to withdraw i was told that i have to provide address verifications and i have to send my bank statement as that is the only way i can get my money.

You forgot to add provably fair that must gambling site have and of course open for investing in the bankroll. Because the are some gamblers that aside from gambling they also wanted to invest the house edge. The most important thing for me is the deposit and withdrawal should have fast transactions and KYC should not be implemented.

I believe that this is already present on most gambling sites nowadays.I do really like to see some feature which isn't really common or can be always seen on most gambling sites.

If a gambling site decides to offer any bonus on deposits, then they must implement and enforce some strict rules with it. I have seen many people misuse the deposits bonus by depositing certain amount and then gain some bonus. Once the bonus is added to their account, they withdraw the whole amount without even wagering. There should be terms and conditions associated with the bonus withdrawals.

I have seen a couple of new sites in the past months and I can guarantee that all the features you have listed below are available. There are so many new gambling sites and every one of them are working on giving out the best to their players, the unfortunate thing with new sites is the rampant scam sites that are also offering  this very nice services.

I don’t really think there’s anything special I desire in new site because I am comfortable playing with my old existing site, I can only wish they upgrade with their services especially now that all the services they have to offer are now outdated. I don't know this animations but I would only say that we are having allot of options in market. I like only want a casino to be good and fair so that no extra cutting it should be safe so that scamming and frauds will not effect your earning I am happy to be one of member in well known casino where i get all facilities i wanted to have.

They will never do that but it is really not something to hard for them to do. If gambling site decides to be giving out daily bonuses I believe they can but like you said, they are bunch of wicked people that will give out with one hand and retrieve back with both hands. More contest and competition maybe. Usually, casino new or old almost have same feature. Same game, same type of bet. Maybe with contest and make different contest each month, or maybe make like seasonal. WIll attract a lot of people to play. So this can make benefit for users and for the site itself. I don't online casinos games will ever go easy for players. Its more like everyday, games becomes difficult to play; players put in more than they gain.
I feel, nowadays online casinos owners are becoming greedy this days. Its understanding that the site is created for profit but making it solely for profit is very frustrating especially for new players. But as players, its either we up our game or quite playing.

I won around $50 with one of those bonuses before and they wouldn't even let me cash out.  I forget the name of the casino but I saw one of their ads on a crypto website.   Those bonuses there are usually just fake and exist only to draw people in and never let them cash out.

Greedy is another way to explain of lack of capital, people without any capital or small (like 0.5BTC) but would like to earn fast throught crypto gambling thus programming the casino site and call for bankroll investment.
