What Would you Like to See in a New Casino Site

I was wondering if there's any new thing you expects to see in a new Casino website that would make it truly unique? To me, it doesn't really matter if it's just a dice or multi casino platform. What I consider truly important is relationship with the customers/players. Not being shady, trying to game players with bogus Terms of Use. I also like proactive customer support and a platform run by knowledgeable operators.

Deposits, Bets and Withdrawals: I like instant deposit, doesn't matter if withdrawal is automatic as long as it is honored in a timely manner.

VIP: This seems pretty cool to me but not 100% necessary.

Support: Like I said, I like Casino site with proactive support. Live chat is a must to me if I am to use the platform. Although I may not use it, seeing it gives me a kind of assurance.

Prizes: This is neither Yes nor No to me

Games: Like I said, It could be one game or multiple games platform.

Auto-mode: Auto-mode with stop loss is cool to me too and will encourage players. I like cashout system.

You could try to target a market of casual-players, rather than exclusively gamblers. I don't see a lot of casinos going this route, but if you offer free versions of your games, or design separate games it might make customer acquisition easier. You'd also have more data to update your games, fix bugs - especially if you offer cash rewards to the casual (free) players when they report a bug or issue.

Additionally, I did a search for "fair" and it doesn't appear anywhere in your post. Provably fair is an oldie, but a goodie.

VIP isn't too neccessary. It only give bigger advantages for those who have bigger bankroll since they can wager more than smaller bankroll.

You can also find the auto wd setting in seunjti bot, so it doesn't need to add in a gambling site, but make sure seunjti has supported the site first.

Graduating ranks, that are earned through many hours of playing are extremely beneficial when incentivizing loyalty. I'm not so sure that is has much of an affect on users joining the platform, unless it is an extremely attractive benefit that they can attain relatively easily; at that point though, it would conflict with the idea of building brand loyalty. People want to be loyal to a company that rewards them for their commitment. Sign-up bonuses and other incentives are better for acquiring new members/customers.

Personally, I know earning "ranks" through playtime is more fun when nobody has the ability to simply purchase what I've worked so hard for. That's business, but I'm just too experienced with companies changing incentives and it leaving a bad taste in the mouths of those that have been there longest.

There are many ways to avoid this. For example, you could reward based on the amount of games played, hours spent online, users referred, or dozens of other custom criteria if you'd prefer. I'd prefer a ranking system based on the total wager as well as the odds they played with. It gives a warm feeling even for large losers.

I don't think animation really is a big hurdle and expensive thing. It can be easily achieved.
But most of the gamblers would rather prefer usability than fancy animations. That's why some of the dull sites have the largest whales.

Those are what to be my concerns about what I want to see in a new casino site because that is the most important thing that all gambling website needs to care with. They need to have good support that will always online every day. So if their members have a problem, the support system can fix it as soon as possible so their members can satisfy with their services.

I am sure if they can do that, many gamblers will come to their site because they don't have any worries at all. They can enjoy the games without any problem, and they will recommend that site to their friends too.

No KYC will be a good idea too because many people don't want to send their document to any third party. So I think the casino site needs to considering not to use this.

Did you ever registered on a gambling site before? Being an VIP member, you can get many "special" things which regular member can't get. I think people should rank up on the basis of amount they wager. There more amount a gambler wager on a gambling site, he should be given value in terms of VIP status.
