It's really great to see a new service doing this.
But...you are going to have to get a lot more competitive in price.

Using XBox $25 US card
You are asking BTC0.0025336305368
egifter.com even after the $0.40 additional fee that bitpay.com charges is 0.002414. If you pay with other coins egifter is even cheaper.
Plus, they have their loyalty points.

So congratulations on the new service.
The website is easy to navigate. The multi region cards are great. Get the price down and you will have my business.

Hi Dave, thank you for the feedback! We have overworked our prices. We can not always be cheaper than egifter. But now the XBox $25 US card is 0.00239BTC. So we are cheaper now.

We would be very happy to win you as a customer.

Do you have more Feedback for us?

Minor layout thing. This might be a USA vs other parts of the world thing but as a rule listing of prices for the cards would be
$5
$10
$20
$25
$50
$100

You have them as
$10
$100
$20
$25
$5
$50

Also, as of now checkout is not working. All I get it a screen that looks like this:

Cause of the price listing, we pushed an update and it's correct now.

You have this at the top of your page
Quote
To pay with altcoins such as Dash, Zcash, and others, the invoice amount must have a converted value of 0.001 BTC or more. Invoices below 0.001 BTC cannot be paid with altcoins.

But I get this if I try to pay with other coins below that amount it does work:

https://i.imgur.com/Q61qXnZl.jpg (https://imgur.com/Q61qXnZ)

I did not pay since I don't know if you have anything to stop it on the back end.
But CoinGate is letting people pay, and you don't honor it then you are going to have issues.
If CoinGate is not blocking the lower payments when they should that is between you and them.

I actually just paid with LTC and it let it though.
Side note a $5.00 card sold for $5.70 so you really have to check your rates.

1 more thing before I head off to bed:

This was in the header of the email that my code was sent from:

Received: from tobias.king-casino.de (tobias.king-casino.de [195.28.12.118]) by mail.[redacted].com with SMTP;
   Thu, 5 Sep 2019 21:18:52 -0400

It looks like you are sending mail from a casino. Might cause an issue sending the codes to some people.

Also, take a look at:

https://mxtoolbox.com/domain/coinsbee.com/ (https://mxtoolbox.com/domain/coinsbee.com/)

You are not publishing SPF records or doing DMARC might cause an issue sending codes to some people.

Did one more check it also let me pay for a $5 amazon card with DAI (was about $5.50 total still to much).
So yeah, it's not enforcing the BTC.001 minimum value.

However, both cards did come quick after confirmation.

The latest update screwed up my lighting node, so I could not test that.

Often also lower values work. But the BTC.001 minimum value ist given by coingate. So we have to inform the customers about it.

As you see, for some low value vouchers we can give you better prices as the service you mentioned before. But if you take high value voucher (over 50 or 100$), our Price is much better.

Feel free to give us more Feedback. It helps us to improve the page.

Okay this is actually a pretty great service, I remember another crypto gift card website (forgot the name, but it was a popular one) that would basically only serve US countries, so it's nice to see that European countries are also supported.

I reckon your gift cards are universally accepted? Meaning that they're not tied to any particular country?

Depends on the voucher. You can select the county you want a voucher for.
There are also vouchers for worldwide or for all countries in the EU.

Klick on "Buy now" and there you can filter the regions.

Maybe you can't but you need for attracting customers and continue growing. Btw I like your service, especially the fact that we can buy with up to 50 cryptocurrency, the more good websites will be in egifts, the better for customers.
By the way as I see some of gift cards (I mean value in usd) are out of stock and what about to add pre order options? Maybe I want and need exactly 250$ instead of 200 and 50 becausr I send gift to someone? Consider this too, otherwise design and etc is pretty good.

Just did another purchase. Quick and smooth.

Minor points:
You are showing 13 decimal places a lot of the time instead of 8.

https://i.imgur.com/4h7CDDOl.jpg (https://imgur.com/4h7CDDO)

And the amount the coingate gives is slightly different then what you have.

https://i.imgur.com/y3Lphx0l.jpg (https://imgur.com/y3Lphx0)

Although that may be due to the time between clicking and entering my email and clicking again.
You might want to see if there is a way to lock the amount for 30 seconds or so.

What advantages does your platform have over other more established platforms, like Bitrefill?

Also, what kind of markup do you take on your giftcards? And do you provide discounts if paying by lightning network?

Last question, what's your KYC policy?

First, thx @all for the positive feedback to our service and the suggestions for upcoming features.

By the way as I see some of gift cards (I mean value in usd) are out of stock and what about to add pre order options? Maybe I want and need exactly 250$ instead of 200 and 50 becausr I send gift to someone? Consider this too

Cause of technical limitations this is not possible at the moment. But we will add this to our plans and will see to offer this in the future.

You are showing 13 decimal places a lot of the time instead of 8.

We use the coingate-API to show the prices with the number of decimals they deliver. Sure, we can cut the decimals to X (maybe 8 ) decimals, but some coins need more and some coins need less decimals.

And the amount the coingate gives is slightly different then what you have.

Although that may be due to the time between clicking and entering my email and clicking again.
You might want to see if there is a way to lock the amount for 30 seconds or so.

You're right. It is cause of the time between selection of the gift card and show the checkout-page. But as you see on our page, we give this information to you.
Cause of technical limitations, we can't lock the amount at the moment. Maybe we can change this in the future.

What advantages does your platform have over other more established platforms, like Bitrefill?

More gift cards, more crypto currencies to pay with and often better prices.
For example, an 100€ Amazon gift card costs at bitrefill at the moment 0.01219900 BTC. At coinsbee.com (http://coinsbee.com) it's only 0.01164008384 BTC at the moment.

Also, what kind of markup do you take on your giftcards?

We try our best to give you best prices, but we can't purchase every gift card so cheep, that we can sell every gift card cheaper than other platforms. But as you see at the 100€ Amazon gift card example, our markup is not that much, so we have better prices than other platforms.

And do you provide discounts if paying by lightning network?

At the moment, there is no discount for lightning network. But at the moment, our partner coingate give you a 3% cashback, if you pay with XRP. You will see this during the payment process.

Last question, what's your KYC policy?

Please have a look at our privacy policy. https://www.coinsbee.com/en/privacy (https://www.coinsbee.com/en/privacy)
We only save your email adress to deliver the gift card to you. You will never get other mails. No newsletter, no spam.
If you buy a gift card, which is more expensive than than 250€, you will see other fields like name and address. We need this because of regulations in germany.
We will never give these informations to other companys. By the way, we can't check, if you fill the form with your correct personal informations...

The filter doesn't work properly (?)
When you select a country (Filter region) and choose a brand, it displays the results for other countries and so different currencies
For example, when I selected Paysafecard, I got only AED currency/Region AE, and BE, despite I filtered to my country (.fr)
When I tried later it displayed the right currency.

I don't know, what you mean. If I select "Paysafecard" at the brand filter (and "all" at the region filter), I see all "Paysafecard" for all available countries. On page 3 I see the france specific "paysafecard" products. If I also select "FR" at the region filter, I see only the "Paysafecard" products for the region "FR".
I can't see any problem with the filter functions.

Maybe you didn't see the page functionality at the bottom of the table?

Too bad my country is not on the list.

Which country, is your country? If it is a EU country, you can select the "EU" region. If not, you can select the "WW" region for worldwide codes.

The Skrill gift cards seem to be way more expensive (The 100 ones are 115 EUR) than the other cards. Why is that? Even If you use an exchange like Paybis, it will cost you cheaper.

Title: Re: Coinsbee.com - Buy gift cards with about 50 crypto currencies!
Post by: Coinsbee.com on September 12, 2019, 10:57:36 AM
It's not 115 EUR, at the moment equivalent 113,74 Euro but yes, it is more expensive than your other platform at the moment.
As we said, we can't be the cheapest platform everytime for every gift card, but try our best. But sometimes, our purchase for some gift cards is more expensive for us too, so we can't beat every other platform at any time.

We try our best to give you the best prices and work hard to improve our service to you.

Oh wow, this is something a lot of people have been waiting for really.

A lot of past providers run into problems down the line, and eventually stop providing it. I know externally they say it's a lack of demand but I don't find that to be very believable given there is a demand and especially now it's no longer possible to legitimately provide such on Localbitcoins.

You guys done with all the compliance issues in Germany?

Also, not clear in your TOC but what happens if we use the card and there's a balance? the card remains valid for the amount? Just checking cause I've had an experience you can guess what happened;)

Before we started our service, we let check our concept by our lawyer.

If you buy a card, it is your card and we never use your cards or do something else with it. Please check the terms of the brand you choose. It depends on the terms of the brand, if the card remains valid for the amount.
But I don't know any brand, which cancel the card with a balance.  ??? But please check the terms of the brand you want to buy.

While I applaud initiatives like your project, it needs to be mentioned that Crypto currency payments should be cheaper or the equivalent of Cash payments. Third party services like yours should try to keep the "fees" payable for this service as low as possible or your service will be disrupted in the future.

<When consumers start to adopt Crypto currencies, large merchants will sit up and take notice and they will start to accept Crypto currencies directly, if this happens and your service is too expensive, people would rather opt to bypass your service and to pay directly.>

Start thinking of value added services that your project would offer users, that merchants would not be able to offer.  ;)

Thanks for your feedback. We are working hard on our prices. We compared our prices with competitors like bitrefill and registered that we often offer better prices. We are working to lower our prices even further. But in the short term, we see no big levers.

Do you think our prices are not competitive?

Thanks for the reply! It isn't so much the case as cancelling the card, it is simply that there's no way to use the balance remaining, or to transfer it to another card, so you are stuck for options. But that's across all the cards I guess.

Your fees aren't that much better than bitrefill, and depending on the currency, still a bit stiff. It's not really I feel very encouraging to ask people to spend bitcoin plus >10% just to get a card... isn't there just any way you guys could cut your fees by half? That alone would put you at a massive short term leverage, that's what you're looking for right?

@buwaytress: To Reduce the balance which is remaining you can buy gift-cards with a lower value. Or you can combine the remaining balance with new gift-cards.

We overworked our prices. We reduced our profit margin to a minimum. What do you think about the prices?

Prices are much better.

Do you know when you will be getting the Visa / MC cards for the EU refilled?

I have a few things I purchase that are from EU based vendors and the US - Euro fees are killing me. ($2.50 which is the minimum fee on a $6.00 purchase) So I have been buying prepaid cards from a friend in Poland, but this would be easier.

Thanks,
Dave

Alternative, can be Bitsa EUR? Or Paypal-Giftcard EUR?

I have a few things I purchase that are from EU based vendors and the US - Euro fees are killing me. ($2.50 which is the minimum fee on a $6.00 purchase) So I have been buying prepaid cards from a friend in Poland, but this would be easier.

Thanks,
Dave

Hi Dave, we got an answer of our distributor. We won't get this product very soon back. We work on a solution.
Alternative, can be Bitsa EUR? Or Paypal-Giftcard EUR?

Can't be PayPal they don't take it.
Is Bitsa a regular prepaid Visa / MC or something else? Never heard of it, but I US based so if it's an EU only thing I just might have missed it.

Hi Dave, it's not exactly the same. But normal it should work for normal online shops.

You already have a tough competition mate. Coinbase has a partnership with WeGift (https://wegift.io/coinbase) and it lets you buy gift cards from them with your Coinbase wallet, the only difference is you accept cryptocurrencies from any wallet. If I were you I would try to keep up with them and offer up the same or even more gift cards compared to what they are offering. You are a niche gift card provider that only accepts cryptocurrencies and your goal is to be everyone's first choice for it. You should also know that some local wallet providers also lets their users buy gift cards directly from their wallet so you should keep that in minds as well.

We think about it. But we reduced our margin to a minimum. What % do you think is necessary for an affilate System?

I have no idea what similar websites offer. You have a few big competitors so you'll have to come up with a way to attract more traffic. Have you considered adding Lightning payments?

All seems to be really nicely done, however, maybe it's only me, but I would include the price in USD next to Bitcoin price. Let's be realistic - that way it would be easier to see the "real" price of the product.

I would like to see gift cards for Nordstrom and ASOS (USD preferably) as I can't see any services that have them, except for Bitrefill, but they have the GBP ones.

I agree with this. You have some cards where the gift card costs more than its value so it could definitely be useful to know how much more are we paying. I find it very annoying to copy/paste the price to preev each time I want to check.

You could add a column after "Price" and name it 'current value' or 'corresponding price' and calculate in $
Corresponding price = gift card price X BTC price

Something like this

https://i.imgur.com/Oh3GIDm.png

It's a good idea for users but be careful, it could have a counterproductive effect. People might think they're paying something $12 when the original price is $10 so they're overcharged, while not...(compared to the industry)

Exactly we compared our competitors. And nobody of them show the prices. We checked our prices. We are almost the cheapest on the market.

We are working at the moment on more content for the website for SEO.
At the moment we have less revenue and searching for potential marketing moves. Anybody any idea?

The prepaid cards are basically virtual cards with preloaded balance? I've checked them out and they're all out of stock.

The reason your competitors don't show the prices is that the rates are always the same (1:1) which is not the case here (there is PayPal, Skrill, etc. that are way above). As on how to show them, I think a tooltip on top of the BTC price (whenever you hover the mouse) would be good.

What cards have you checked? The pepaid Visa/Master are in stock:
https://www.coinsbee.com/en/visa-mastercard-bitcoin (https://www.coinsbee.com/en/visa-mastercard-bitcoin)

If you check bitrefill (largest competitor) they also have diffrent prices and they don't show the prices.
We are discussing a solution at the moment in our team.

When will you have the prepaid Mastercard in stock? I see none available. And another question a bit out of topic but it's about the Paypal gift card. I've never seen in my Paypal account a place to enter a voucher code, so what I get exactly after my order is placed?

Edit:

Sorry but after reading the previous reply I get the same thing as @OmegaStarScream posted in the screenshot

The Information how you can use all our paypal cards is below. Thanks for the hint. We will add this information soon on our page.

- Visit the TopupTools redeem page. https://topuptools.com/redeem (https://topuptools.com/redeem)

- Fill in the voucher code of your PayPal card.

. Enter the email address that is connected to the PayPal account you wish to add money to.

- Double check your entry and make sure you have entered the correct email address - a transfer to a PayPal account can not be undone.

- Confirm your entry to redeem your code. The PayPal balance will be immediately topped up with the gift card balance.

But If you ever visit the website for the first time, and search for "Visa card" then click the Cart to proceed, it will redirect you to the page where you put your email and not to the link given above, and in that case, there will be no instructions shown. I think it would be a good idea If you add the instructions with the sent email (Visa cards, PayPal, Skrill and any other cards that cannot be directly redeemed and also need the use of a third-party service)

Last week I wanted to purchase a Paypal gift card after your explanation but I couldn't find Paypal listed. I thought you were out of stock or you took it completely off. Today I visit Coinsbee again and still no Paypal.

I understand why
You merged everything under Topuptools. But for ignorant people like me who don't know this site, we will always think there is no Paypal.
When a visitor enters to Coinsbee.com he naturally clicks the 'Buy now' button and ends to https://www.coinsbee.com/en/shop
But if he looks for Paypal in 'Filter brand' he won't find Paypal anymore. Unless he already knows about topuptools website.

You should keep it the way it was before, especially if now you send the information with the email

Thanks for reconsidering. :) And yes I can suggest a few things:

- The first one is useless if I'm alone to think the same but to describe in pictures:

Instead of:

https://i.imgur.com/Z8auIZU.png

What about:

https://i.imgur.com/zKOxYpJ.png

- Now let's say I want to buy something costing 35€, I could, of course, buy a card at 20€, one @10€ and 1 @5€; Or there is a merchant I would like to use but not listed.

You could create something in which the users would just need to post the URL of what he wants to buy, give the information for the delivery, then pay with crypto and that's all. Even if it needs time for verification & confirmation from your side people will be fine waiting a day. As long it doesn't take 3 days...

I suck with web design but you get the idea

https://i.imgur.com/9EKeaii.png

- A contact page for support tickets (unless I missed it in the footer & header)
- Reddit: I know you started recently but don't ignore this channel, you can reach your targeted audience there too

The first depends on your resolution. If it is too small, you get the plus sign (+) to open the missing columns. This is an automatic feature of the used framework.

Full HD resolution:
https://img1.img1.de/example40274.png

The second is not possible at the moment. I know, it could be a good idea. But because of warranty and other legal things, we can't provide such a shop.

You find our contact at the imprint or the faq page, if you have any support related things. Or just reply the buy-mail.

Hey Coinsbee, checking in after a while too. Good to see you're still available. How do you add more than 1 order of the same item? E.g. If you click on 1 item with 68 in stock, it only lets you pay for 1, so you have to make 5 separate payments for 5 orders of the same item? I can't seem to find a way to change the units.

Also, any chance you're able to fulfill custom debit card orders? E.g. not in the amount you already sell but say, 10 cards of $45 or 5 cards of 60 EUR each? Better still, custom orders of many different balances.

That's what I'm currently doing but that's not always working since it's impossible to buy products that exceed 50€ (trying to buy flowers from Euroflorist) unless of course, the website allows you to deposit money inside an e-wallet and then use the funds (like steam does for example).

Getting 5 cards means 5 transactions with 5 tx fees.
At that point the miners are happy with the extra fees but it's just costing your customers extra BTC

At that point the miners are happy with the extra fees but it's just costing your customers extra BTC

Hi Dave,

we have this feature on our List.

Hey, a few days ago OmegaStarScream created a thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5208530.0) where he recommended your VCC's service, and I asked him if a Venezuelan citizen could request them, do you know if it is possible to use them from Venezuela to make purchases over the internet?

I ask this because Venezuela is on the list of countries sanctioned by the *OFAC, however, these sanctions are for specific institutions of the Venezuelan government and some companies.

Edited:

OFAQ -> OFAC

We recommend you to do a "test" with a small amount.

Trying my luck to ask here.

As Christmas is coming, do you know if you're going to get a promotion the next week? A second black Friday, for example, :p
I understand if you can't say anything to keep the surprise or even if there won't be anything, but since I missed the black Friday recently, I thought maybe Santa Claus will be wearing the Coinsbee.com logo this year.

You could have the possibility to offer more gift cards from different shops using the Awin affiliate platform.
I'm not able to explain it technically, but you can sell gift cards from certain shops generated by this platform. (Groupon, Aliexpress, ect All the shops selling gift cards basically)

We have a very little margin at the moment on our vouchers. We did the black Friday with our Partner coingate.com. If we get any information, that we can start a second Promotion we will inform here in the forum and also on Twitter and facebook. Feel free to follow us there.

Thanks for the hint with the Awin affiliate platform. We will check that.

We wish you some happy days with your family!

I have a question regarding the VCCs. When we are asked to give our country and address, is that just to collect info about users or the cards are actually issued based on the info we gave? Like, if I choose "Malaysia" for example, would that make it a Malaysian card? If not, which country are they issued in? Because I'm trying to pay for my Spotify and it keeps returning an error saying: Your payment method and country don't match.

You mean the virtual visa/mastercards?

There you can select US, UK, EU, CA and AU. Thats the region of origin our distributor communicate to us.
In which region u are? And which card you bought?

Normally all works fine with the virtual visa/mastercards.

We also have Spotify vouchers in stock.

Yes, I'm referring to the virtual MasterCard (EU).

I managed to use it just fine on Euroflorist, but when I tried to use the rest of the balance on Spotify, the error I mentioned above started to show. I've tried changing the country to a few European countries but that didn't help. Do you happen to know in which country these cards (EU ones) are made?

As for the Spotify gift cards, they seem to be country-restricted  (https://support.spotify.com/us/account_payment_help/payment_help/spotify-gift-cards/) (based on the country you registered from, and unlike when using credit cards, that cannot be changed) as well, but I'll try to make another account with a different location and try.

We don't know this. Maybe you can see this information at https://www.prepaiddigitalsolutions.com ?
If you google your problem https://www.google.com/search?q=Your+payment+method+and+country+don%27t+match you see, that many users have problems with different countrys regarding spotify. Maybe you find a solution in a search result.

Time-saving, thanks ^^

 2 other suggestions

- Geolocation to get automatically the vouchers available for my country. (If a visitor comes from a country without gift cards listed then he gets the default listing like it is currently)

- A shopping cart button on the top of the page, because when I finished shopping I don't know where to go to pay. The link coinsbee.com/en/shoppingcart is displayed nowhere. So I need to add another card, click 'go to the shopping cart' and remove the last gift card added

Geolocation is on our list.

The shopping cart button is there. You don't need to buy another product to go to the shopping cart.

https://img1.img1.de/coinsbeed7767_thumb.jpg (https://www.img1.de/?img=coinsbeed7767.png)

It's barely noticeable. It would be better to move it to the top of the page (header) where the 'Buy now' button is located. That's where everyone expects it to be anyway.

A few more suggestions (some time-consuming ones):

- Account registration/login system. Don't make it required though. People should still be able to buy gift cards even if they don't make an account.
- User panel (My orders, saved/bookmarked GCs, etc.)
- After implementing the above, make an app.
- Holding a GC for users: since you have limited stock for gift cards, it could be a good idea to add this feature. Basically, If a user is logged-in and adds a GC to his cart/bag, it should be held for him for an hour before being removed.
- Use checkboxes to filter (https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn%3AANd9GcSN3yeI6tNZqf2n3_nVxf3sn674O-nJfqm0OuVp9PH51LIkI2Pc). Ability to choose multiple 'brands' or 'regions' in one search.

I also found a bug with the filtering system, here is one way (out of many) to reproduce it:

1. Go to the shop (https://www.coinsbee.com/en/shop).
2. Choose any region from the filter (say the 'Levant' region) and a brand ('CashU')
3. Go back to click 'All' in the region. You'll notice that the filter brand will change to 'All' as well.

The problem: No worldwide GCs (https://i.imgur.com/a7WyZEm.png) will show, and all regions will disappear from the list. To get it to work, you'll have to choose another brand and then choose 'All' again. In other words, when you change the region to 'All' (in #3), the brand is not really changing from 'CashU' to 'All' even though it shows otherwise.

Also, if you're interested in supporting more languages, I could help translating your website to Arabic and/or French. (free of charge)

...

Oh thanks but I didn't notice it, I expected to see it on the top. With @OmegaStarScream's comment look like I'm not the only one.

Adding an idea to one of his suggestions below, I don't think it has been suggested before.

Quote

If a day it is something done, selling Coinsbee gift cards would be nice.

I wanted to suggest to make a members panel and lets us deposit coins in the Coinsbee's system. It's good for the regular shoppers, for example, we could deposit $100, buy a $10 gift card today, and use the remaining later.
But I understand it's something sensible since Coinsbee will have to store the coins of the members.

Instead, we could buy Coinsbee gift cards, for example, I buy a $100 voucher and use it when I want in the shop, all at once or not.
For Coinsbee, it doesn't store the user's funds, it's a product sold. For the users, seeing "Your balance is 0.1BTC" or "Your Coinsbee points balance is xxx" it doesn't really make a difference.

And same here, if you plan to translate the website I would volunteer too for free (I speak French only)

Could you maybe lower the amount of confirmations needed before receiving a gift card, or is that not in your control?

6 confirmations for a 20EUR giftcard seems a bit excessive and unnecessary, and would be something that would drive me to your competitors.

Other than that, your service works great! (And it seems i got a better rate than your competitors for the GC i bought, which is nice, i guess.)

I ordered from the site multiple times in the past, and I don't remember having to wait for that much. I've just tried to make a small order  (https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/9941b8df97a3708c30cdc9ab5e21ac70351d76507f86459a91b3e1a6e70d2d6b)to confirm this (10 GBP) and as expected, I received my code instantly.

It appears that no confirmations  (https://i.imgur.com/x1TYyxC.png)are required for orders under 50EUR. If you order more than that, you have to wait for one confirmation  (https://i.imgur.com/h5mIrEW.png).

No confirmations are required. I've been using the site for a few months now and I never had any delays and I just did another test:

I just bought a 10 GBP VCC. I got an email from Coingate saying that the payment is complete just after sending the payment and shortly after, I got my code from Coinsbee (https://i.imgur.com/cc6DHEk.png) as well.

TXID (Unconfirmed at the time of writing): https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/9941b8df97a3708c30cdc9ab5e21ac70351d76507f86459a91b3e1a6e70d2d6b

I'm pretty sure i just waited for 6 confirmations for a 20 euro giftcard last week. Perhaps you do something i don't?

I'll try it out. (https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/transaction/1c5576df3feb42329fcd88d6b175ad4436405cc412adf19b5cbfd7b3aebbd674)

Perhaps it's because I'm using RBF? still, 1 confirmation should suffice.

Update: received my first confirmation. My inbox is still empty and it now says 1/6. https://i.imgur.com/DgvAAbP.png

Looks like we got 5 more confirmations to go.

Hmm. I'm just saying that it took 4-10 minutes to confirm, and then i had to wait another hour (plus or minus) for both giftcards to actually be sent to me.

Sending a support ticket will probably not be worth the hassle, and i doubt i would get a response in time, but at the same time it's slightly annoying to wait an hour or more (if you're unlucky) when your transaction is already confirmed.

I'm just saying that, for someone like me who wants to have as little interactions as possible (unnecessarily sending tickets etc..), and receive the GC as soon as possible (i think this is your average customer), this could be kind of a dealbreaker.

We contacted coingate for this issue as mentioned before. Here is their answer. We try to work for the fastest process as possible (must be secure enough for us).

"Confirming" status indicates that your transaction has been detected, but that we are still waiting for cryptocurrency network confirmation of the payment.

Once you see this status, there is nothing else you need to do. Feel free to close the invoice tab (though we recommend bookmarking it first), and expect an email from your seller once the payment is processed by them.

Transaction confirmation times depend on 1) the fee that was attached to the transaction and 2) the load of the cryptocurrency network. Typically, transactions confirm within an hour, but can take up to several hours or even days if the fee attached is too small."

That answer is not explaining why the user above (AdolfinWolf) and I have different have to wait for a different amount of confirmation. I don't have to wait for any, while he has to wait for 6 confirmations, the bitcoin network and fees have nothing to do with that.

Also, here are some things you may want to look into:

- The filter is not automatically reset after closing the website and opening it again. If you choose "Canada" as a region and come back later to the shop, it will remain the same.
- Whenever you add products to the cart and then buy them, they'll remain there. That's not the normal behavior, gift cards should be removed from the cart if your order went through without problems.

- Yes we do don't reset the filter, because we think its more comfortable for the user if his region is selected when he comes back to the site. Or?
- You are right. The gift cards should be removed from the cart, if the order was completed. We will fix that tomorrow.

Could the confirmations be fee based?
If you set a low fee do they wait for 6, but if you use a medium or high fee they just take the risk?
Same with do you have RBF set on your wallet when sending?

Yes we do don't reset the filter, because we think its more comfortable for the user if his region is selected when he comes back to the site. Or?

I just gave the region as an example. I was mainly referring to the other filters (crypto and brand). In my opinion, these are not supposed to remain the same after each visit to the site while the region filter should automatically be detected and changed based on your location.

I'm pretty sure that's not the case. If you check the screenshots I posted above, you can see that the confirmations are determined before I even send the funds.

We will reset the brand when the customer came back to the page. But we think region and crypto should stay.

We also checked the confirmations....80 of 100 transactions are passed in less than 10minutes. There are only some which took a little bit more time. If there is any large delay in the future please give us a short support message.

Thx@ User LeGaulois, he helped us with the French Translation.

Are there some languages specific directories or forums where we or you can add Coinsbee.com?

Are there some languages specific directories or forums where we or you can add Coinsbee.com?
We would be very happy to get some help.

Are you looking to advertise your service elsewhere or you're just looking for translators for the site?

Also, I have a suggestion regarding the 4 randomly selected gift cards on the front page It appears that even cards that are unavailable (like PayPal GCs) are sometimes listed there. It might be a better idea to advertise only the cards that are still available and in-stock.

You can either hire (or get volunteers) to translate your announcement thread and post it on the localboards[1]... Or, since running a signature campaign can be a bit expensive. You can try and participate in the forum's auction[2]. I recommend the latter (more exposure).

You should be able to use the cards regardless of your location. You'll be redeeming them through Topuptools.com, so any details about the codes can be found there: https://topuptools.com/PayPal

Also, the GCs are not discounted. You'll actually pay a bit extra.

@rdbase
the margins on giftcards are really small. So we can't give high discounts on the giftcards.

Hi

Do you know when will you have Paypal/TopupTools vouchers available? It currently shows me 'No data available in table' (or it's a website error?)
And another question for a friend. Amazon opened in The Netherlands (https://www.amazon.nl/) will you have gift cards for it?

Thanks in advance.

Edit:

Regarding the first question: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5182163.msg53965190#msg53965190

@Coinsbee I've just noticed that Discord introduced gift cards  (https://i.imgur.com/Afaxhkp.png)for games and Nitro subscriptions. It would be nice to see them on your site. I looked around (Bitrefill, CoinCards, etc.) and none of these services had the cards.

Also, I believe you have some kind of glitch. I tried adding Amazon ES GCs to my cart (7 of them) but I got this error (https://i.imgur.com/o8qT4ft.png) even though I could clearly see that there was 26 in stock. I couldn't reproduce the error after refreshing the page, even after adding 30 cards but I suggest you take a look at it.

We talked with our distributor. Its a Problem with Topuptools. At the moment they do not offer Paypal and Skrill anymore. We hope they will do it again as fast as possible.

For the Amazon.nl vouchers we will contact our distributor.

Sometimes we have a delay, that happens if at the same time another customer shops the same giftcards.

At he moment we are thinking to add flightgift.com and hotelgift.com vouchers on our page. So you can also book flights and hotels via crypto. What do you think about that.
Would you use it? We ask because we will have to buy a high amount of vouchers upfront.

Not the right period currently since they closed the borders and the national confinement here but personally I will be interested in hotelgift.com vouchers to book hotels, I'm done with Airbnb.

Taking the plane is a NO for me so no use of flightgift.com

Do not buy it right now. If you are getting them at cheaper rates and you think that you can earn money from it then buy it. Once the pandemic is gone you will get a lot of profit since you have bought them for cheaper rates. I think it will be good for your.

Flightgift accept BTC, LTC and BCH already. I don't think anyone would be interested in paying an extra amount when he can get the same service directly from the site with a lower price. As for accomodation, then personally, I'm more interested in seeing Airbnb or Booking.com GCs.

I will discover more advantages of using these cards.
I noticed some blank icons, will these icons be updated or deleted entirely[2]?

Blank and not black. I've already mentioned that in a previous post. Paysafecard (the one hugeblack linked above) is broken (https://i.imgur.com/i6TY0za.png) (probably not taking its from the right path) then you have others like Virgin experience days, OPSkins, Roblox etc. where it looks like the products images (https://i.imgur.com/16ZS5D6.png) haven't been added at all.

Which browser do you use? Maybe a cache problem?

Yes, some brands don't have an image at the moment. We are working in the images the next weeks. Update will be comming in April.

I mean "No data available in table" ---> https://www.coinsbee.com/en/TopupTools.com-bitcoin & https://www.coinsbee.com/en/Rixty-bitcoin. (You need to delete cards icons that are blank or have no active offers.)

I get this error on many pages but I can fix it with the following:

 - Click on  Filter region >> choose any region >> back to all*.

* The problem may be on my part because I notice a lot of mistakes from different sites.

"No data available in table" - I will update this message with one of the next updates. Sometimes, the reason is your filter (region) and sometimes, the cards of these brands are sold out. (we only show cards with a quantity > 0) So, to remove these brands is no option. We want to show our customers all the brands, we have. Maybe, they come back later and these brands are in stock again.

I can't see your image. ("bitcointal.org image proxy: Invalid image") Don't insert the image directly. Post the link to the image that works, please. So I can see, what you mean.

Thx. Just an image of the no data available "problem".

Ok, ok, let me summarize:

- brand images for all brands -> that's already on our todo list. We will overwork all our brand images. (April)
- remove brands with no cards -> not possible, cause this is often just temporary and we want visistors to come back again to see, if it's available. If the brand is not listed, they think, we never have this brand. But for our todo: better information message than "no data available".

At the moment, I just wonder for the problem of OmegaStarScream, because I see this example image and don't know, why the image doesn't load for him. Maybe we can check this, waiting for feedback of OmegaStarScream.

Thanks all again for your input! You help us, to get better! We love our customers!

I found a visual bug on the site. Here is how to reproduce it:

1. Go to https://www.coinsbee.com/en/shop
2. Type "CashU" in the search box.

Results: 4 demonations (https://i.imgur.com/X55VPUs.png) (10, 30, 50 & 100 USD)

However, if you go to https://www.coinsbee.com/en/CashU%20-bitcoin

Then, you will notice that only the 10 USD cards (https://i.imgur.com/5qiyfZw.png) are showing.

Also, I would like to add that a user from the arabic localboard reported that the CashU cards are only redemaable in Iran. You might be using the Iranian flag, but writing "Levant" makes it misleading, especially when Iran is not part (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Levant) of the Levant (Cyprus, Egypt, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Syria, and Turkey).

Thanks. The visual bug is fixed. This was a problem with a whitespace at the end of the brand.

The region for these cards is Levant not Iran. The used flag is the problem. I don't know, which flag I can you to visualize the Levant region. Do you have an idea for this?

Title: Re: Coinsbee.com - Buy gift cards with about 50 crypto currencies!
Post by: OmegaStarScream on April 23, 2020, 03:52:52 PM
I didn't assume they're from Iran based on the flag. The user who reported the issue did reachout to CashU's support and they told him these cards were issued in Iran and can only be redemeed there. You may want to check that with your distributor.

If it doesn't have to be a rectangle, maybe you can create something like this one (https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/f/f3/Flag-map_of_Levant.PNG) (Source: Google image).

Will the site add a credit balance? I think the balance would be an excellent advantage to overcome price fluctuations, the same thing happened with bitrefill.
I know that this may lead to more troubles, especially with keeping user deposits that you do not accept it directly, but I think you can create custom cards for your site "promo code" as an alternative solution.

In addition to what hugeblack said and what I suggested sometime (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5182163.msg53704339#msg53704339) ago:

From a UX perspective (If you want to make the user's experience as smooth as possible):

- There is no need to send a confirmation email for both newseletters and account registration, the newsletter subscription should get activated automatically after the user confirms his account using the "signup email".
- After clicking the account confirmation link, and in addition to the displayed message, the user should be redirected to the login's page.
- If a user tries to confirm his account for a second time, he should not get this message (https://i.imgur.com/xqBBLCN.png). It's misleading. You should tell him that his account is already activated.
- The dashboard (https://i.imgur.com/jv7tebs.png)... unless you're planning to add something there, you should remove it. When a user logins in, he should be redirected to the shop directly. It's pointless to show him a page that he won't be using.
- Registration: Since the address, city, postcode and country can be changed after creating the account, you should probably take them off the registration process.
- In the verification page, you should display a progressBar to show the user his current limits.

I also have a few questions:

- I'm not sure I understand the limits:

Code:
not verified: max. 10.000€ per day, max. 15.000€ in total
verified - level 1: max. 15.000€ in total

What's the difference between the two? The level 1 allow you to buy 15.000€ in one single day? If so, you should make a mention of that. I think it's a bit confusing the way it is.

- For the users who buy "as guest" (without registration). What happens if they reach the limits?

- There is a need. Legal regulations in EU.
- Possible.
- You're right. We will edit this.
- We are thinking about the dashboard. Maybe we will remove it and show the shop instead.
- Registration: no change planned
- Information is there: "STATUS INFORMATION: NOT VERIFIED". Could be better displayed, wright.

- I'm not sure I understand the limits:

Code:
not verified: max. 10.000€ per day, max. 15.000€ in total

Yes, with Level 1 you can buy 15.000€ in one single day. Without verification, the limit for a single day is 10.000€.
Maybe it is confusing, but these are legal regulations in the EU. The limits are not our own ideas.

- For the users who buy "as guest" (without registration). What happens if they reach the limits?

If an email reached the limit, a signup is required. (and a verification, depending of the current reached limit)

not verified: max. 10.000€ per day, max. 15.000€ in total
verified - level 1: max. 15.000€ in total

IMO the above gives the impression that there is no difference between a verified (level 1) account and an unverified one. I was basically suggesting to add max. 15.000€ per day to the second line to make it more understandable. Are there any regulations that prevents that?

Quote
Information is there: "STATUS INFORMATION: NOT VERIFIED". Could be better displayed, wright.

I meant something like this:

Code:
1456€/15000€

So the user knows how more can he buy before being asked to verify his identity.

We will consider ur ideas in the next Update.

The last 2 weeks we worked on a very big Update of Coinsbee.com. It's now live. We overworked our categories and Brand Content. Also we made Coinsbee.com much more faster. And we added Mobile Prepaid Cards to Top up ur Phone. https://www.coinsbee.com/en/mobile-recharge-bitcoin (https://www.coinsbee.com/en/mobile-recharge-bitcoin)
What do you think about the new version of Coinsbee?

We would be very happy to get some feedback.

The loading time is a lot faster, there is a real difference. A nice improvement with mobile prepaid cards and categories too
Just a minor thing I noticed in the main header

"BUY YOUR FAVORITE GIFT CARDS WITH ABOUT 50 CRYPTO CURRENCIES!"
Below, 3 examples are displayed randomly. When it's Advcash, the image logo is missing

ps: out of curiosity, what country is shortened as "GCC"?

Edit: It comes from my adblocker, I tried without it and it's fine

Cache-Problem. We will rename the Brand-Image-Folder in a few minutes, so that this problem doesn't exists for our old visitors anymore.

EDIT: Fixed. No cache problem anymore. You see now the brand logos?

Paypal was available (here (https://www.coinsbee.com/fr/PayPal-bitcoin)) but Topuptools (their distributor) stopped to offer Paypal vouchers currently. I asked about it 2 months ago and it was their reply here

...Do you know when will you have Paypal/TopupTools vouchers available? It currently shows me 'No data available in table' (or it's a website error?)
And...

We talked with our distributor. Its a Problem with Topuptools. At the moment they do not offer Paypal and Skrill anymore. We hope they will do it again as fast as possible.

For the Amazon.nl vouchers we will contact our distributor.
I hope PP will come back.

I'm not looking for anything specific as I don't topup for myself that often, it's mostly for my friends who live abroad, but to mention a few operators: Orange (Morocco/France), Ooredoo (Qatar, Algeria, Tunisia) etc. I'm pretty sure you will have them covered anyway, since Bitrefill has them, and they only support 900 operators.

Btw, are there any plans to release an API anytime soon? :)

I find this (https://www.coinsbee.com/en/supported_cryptocurrencies) to be a bit misleading:

If you click on any of the coins (excluding Bitcoin's page), there is nothing displayed there, except for Other interesting gift cards" and "BUY GIFT CARDS WITH X COIN" which gives the impression that there should be a list of gift cards. Or in other words, it's like you're telling the user that there are currently no gift cards for sale for selected cryptocurrency.

If you're going to add a description for each coin (as you did with BTC), then you should probably change the header to "Why use Ethereum" or something similar and below that, add all the brands you have.

I was also wondering if you have any plans to add a referral program after implementing the API and pushing the updates you're currently working on? I'm going to launch a couple of crypto-related projects before the end of the year and I'd like to earn some extra income by placing ads.

You're right. There will be texts for the other crypto-currencies as well. It'll take a few more days. Should be finished next week at the latest.

We are currently working on the provision of further brands. (Mobile phone) In addition, the shop will be revised in the course of this.

The API integration is planned, but we can't tell you the date.
A referral program is on our list, but still needs to be worked out and programmed.

We still have a lot to do, but it all takes time. As soon as there are news, we will report about it ;-)

But whenever if I visit the TopupTools page (http://TopupTools page) and select U.S or E.U, I can see PayPal cards. Is this a glitch or you actually have them on stock? It's a bit confusing, because I can't see the cards in Topuptools (https://topuptools.com/) website either.

I think that the idea is very good but a lot of depends from the realization of idea. What shops will accept such give cards? How to increase the number of the shops.

The typical nonsense post on Bitcointalk. The first sentence is unclear and generic, you can post the same in thousands of topics.
As to your question of what shops accept gift cards: Obviously the stores offering to pay with gift cards. Of course, if you use a Nike voucher to pay on Amazon it won't work

Great job, I can see that most of the providers I was looking for are there :P  But I remember you saying that you'll be accepting around 1500? What happened to the other 1200?

There are a couple of features that I'd like to suggest:

- Ability to save phone numbers with labels. If you're topping up to other people as I do, it can be difficult to know who owns which number without going back to your phone, since the browser autoComplete only save the phone.

- Also, I feel like this page (https://www.coinsbee.com/en/shop) can be more "user friendly": A user types his phone number > Coinsbee automatically detects the operator and country > user can either confirm and top up or change the operator (assuming that it's possible for you to get the operator/country wrong).

Would you consider accepting monero as payment?

I'd like to see that as well but I can see that CoinGate doesn't support Monero so the solution here would be to either run a Monero node, or switch to another payment processor.

Currently, we have 300 providers. There are still some providers on our list to integrate. We will inform here when these are also integrated.
The 1500 are a wrong indication of the suppliers. There are not so many providers. Also there are always providers who disappear from the market etc.

- Ability to save phone numbers with labels. If you're topping up to other people as I do, it can be difficult to know who owns which number without going back to your phone, since the browser autoComplete only save the phone.

You mean like an address book from which you can select the phone number?
It's possible. We'll discuss it and put it on the todo. I can't promise when we'll get to that, though. We have a lot of work to do right now.

- Also, I feel like this page (https://www.coinsbee.com/en/shop) can be more "user friendly": A user types his phone number > Coinsbee automatically detects the operator and country > user can either confirm and top up or change the operator (assuming that it's possible for you to get the operator/country wrong).

It's already on our todo list. Will come in the next weeks as an update.

Would you consider accepting monero as payment?

I'd like to see that as well but I can see that CoinGate doesn't support Monero so the solution here would be to either run a Monero node, or switch to another payment processor.

The easiest way would be, if Monero contact Coingate: https://coingate.com/list
If Coingate integrate Monero, we will accept this Coin.
But apart from that, we already have on our todo list to integrate more coins. So there will probably be more coins added later this year.

Yes, that's exactly what I meant. It doesn't necessarily have to be in your dashboard, you can just have it on the checkout page. It's not the most important feature obviously, but I think a lot of people would find it quite helpful.

Btw, I've noticed that you've added NAC to your list of regions. What is it short of? I googled but nothing is coming up.

I have contacted our backend team and they will correct these regions to official region codes. At the moment, I can't say, what NAC is. The same question was for GCC at support. We try to fix these region codes as fast as possible.

UPDATE:
Regarding the mobile phone providers, we have added again many providers. Now, there are about 440 providers from about 148 countries online!

Would it be possible to get a confirmation about this anytime soon? AFAIK, CashU doesn't offer their services outside of the MENA region, China and Hong kong, so it's very unlikely that NAC is a reference to North America and the Caribbean...and thinking about it now, it might be for North Africa (not sure what the C could stand for tho).

If you use Bitcoin or Litecoin, we recommend using of Lightning:

We recommend not to use an exchange service (such as Bitcoin.de, etc.) for payment . As the crypto currencies are often sent with considerable delay, the accepted time of our payment partner CoinGate has already expired. We recommend to use one of many Open Source Wallets (e.g. Electrum).

What is new?

- new design of the main page. We increased the speed and added a clearer structure.
- No more external files are loaded. The visitor data is completely protected and no external person can access it.
- we added in the footer Press Resources and also our history
- we added "mobile_top-up" at the top of the page. You can now insert your number and see directly the top-up options
- you see now in the mobile top-up section all promotions we are offering at the moment for mobile top-up

what do you think about the update? What else u miss?

The website is well optimized, if I remember you improved it during the last update but currently it's a pleasure to visit a site loading fast.
When I enter to coinsbee, the sytem see I'm french and so display the french version to me, however I still need to select France in "Select Region". It would be great in France is auto selected here.

A newsletter may be usefull since not everybody uses social networks.

Mobil top up page https://www.coinsbee.com/fr/mobile_top-up
The page is too long, we need to scroll a lot. Also it should be great if only french providers are displayed when someone's using the french language, Spain providers for the spain language, etc.

And it has been prehaps suggested before, but a system that could let me deposit bitcoins, convert it to USD/EUR and use later. A kind of Coinsbee gift card?

Not sure if it's a bug or I'm missing something here [I'm not a regular user], but I noticed there are a lot of repetitive promotion results in the "mobile top-up page (https://archive.fo/eV89m) [e.g. Here's one (https://i.imgur.com/3YdFNTD.png)]".

Yes we already im proves the speed in the last update. On this update we removed all external files. So the speed is now really good.

The system selects only the language "French". But its only the language not the region. The region you have to select again when u select the cards section. The reason is, that a lot of people who are also outside the region "France" speaks French.

We will make the mobile top up section smaller. It's on the list now.

And yes something like a coinsbee giftcard is on our list. ;-) But it will take some month until we can integrate it. There are also some legal issues.

We checked it.

They are not double if you look closely. These are different promotions from the same provider. But you have to read the terms and conditions. The heading is the same because the promotion is under the same name.

Do you have ideas for marketing?

Aside from participating in the forum's ad slots auction or running a signature campaign as I suggested before, you can try and reach out to BitcoinPRBuzz.

By the way, I have reached out to you a few weeks ago regarding the translation page, but I never received a reply. Let me know if you still need help. I would also like to know if there is an ETA for the API?

Do you mean that we'll have to wait 72 hours before the card is delivered? If so, I'd definitely be interested in that if there are no KYC requirements (aside from the ones that you currently have).

Simple operation, good clarity and a trustworthy company based in Germany.
I have been using the site for a while now and never had any problems!

I have already bought prepaid credit cards, Netflix credit and Google Play Store credit at coinsbee.com.
The codes will be in your e-mail box a few minutes after payment has been received and all codes have always worked perfectly.

Just great, keep it up

Best Regards

I would have no problem to wait 72h to receive it. It's not like if Coinsbee was 3 days old and never heard of this site before.
However, this must be clearly explained BEFORE the person makes the purchase. In order to avoid seeing people panic and start posting on the web that they have been scammed because they did not receive their card immediately.

(Spent a relatively big amount on Coinsbee this week end, with no problem as usual)

There is no waiting period. Only when we run out of stock. But this should not happen. Perhaps we add higher values with waiting time but then we will mention it when u ordering the cards.

To me no, I always prefer to use a web version, I'm old school, I already struggle too much to use a smartphone. Perhaps by looking at your traffic? If enough visitors come to Coinsbee.com via a mobile device it might be worth it for you

https://i.imgur.com/9i2UelF.png

I'm used to it now but I find the button to pay not necessarily intuitive for a new user. It looks a bit like an advertising banner. The first time I spent a few minutes realizing that it was necessary to click on the banner.
Perhaps a smaller "Buy now" button would be better? Am I the only one to think the same?

Etsy gift cards would also be a welcome addition to your catalog.

If you can optimize the website and make it more "mobile-friendly" then no, I don't see any need for a mobile app. I'm not sure if you're the same representative I spoke to a few months back, but if you are, my offer still stands. I can try and work on an app in my free time once you release the API.

As for what I think is missing, then, have you thought about offering a similar service to DashBargain? This is may not directly be related to gift cards, but it's a feature I'd definitely be interested in using especially when shopping from sites that don't offer GCs.

@Coinsbee.com

You should find another alternative to Prepaiddigitalsolution to issue the virtual Visa/Mastercard and if you don't find any, it may the best to completely remove the option.

Their cards rarely work somewhere, they deduce the amount even when the payment is declined, they don't answer to an email, the website itself seems abandoned (technically) and I have nothing to add other than what the reviews on Trustpilot say (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.prepaiddigitalsolutions.com). It represents quite accurately the situation of the site and what people will get from it. It was good long before but now it has become unusable, and when it is used it is to make us lose money.

Better to not have any Visa-Mastercard VCC that something coming from PDS

Title: Re: Coinsbee.com - Buy gift cards with about 50 crypto currencies!
Post by: Coinsbee.com on November 09, 2020, 10:34:40 PM
We have some alternatives in our store. For example Vanilla (Visa) or American Express. There are also a few other brands of payment cards. If you want to use Mastercard, you may also use PCS cards. (You can buy the card on the PCS website and buy the codes for topping up your credit in our store. For fees see PCS website)

On the subject of prepaiddigitalsolutions:
We know the reviews, but unfortunately we have no contact to them. Unfortunately, many people do not understand the background, which is why the reviews of Prepaiddigitalsolution are not always correct. For your understanding:
- Prepaiddigitalsolution is only a wallet.
- Prepaiddigitalsolution does not delete cards or credit just like that (they can't do that at all, as said it is only a wallet), but sometimes the issuers (banks) of the credit cards do that because of violations.
- If prepaid credit cards are accepted is not up to Prepaiddigitalsolution but up to the store where you want to use them. Stores use payment providers and they can decide themselves if certain cards are accepted or not. These can be reasons for fraud prevention, for example.
- It is claimed that you can only use exactly the card value or less. This, in turn, is not correct either, because the store decides with its payment provider whether to accept more than one card or to pay remaining amounts with other payment methods.
- It is correct that the support of Prepaiddigitalsolution is not the best, otherwise they would explain that as well.
- It is also correct that the website (due to security precautions) sometimes causes problems with the handling. We recommend (successfully) to use a normal browser (many say they have no problems with Firefox) and also to avoid anonymization addons, Adblock, JSblock etc. We have heard that it also helps to dial into a western country via VPN.

I can understand if you have had a bad experience with it yourself, that you then say it is better to remove the product. On the other hand, we have many customers who use the product successfully and would not be very happy if we stopped selling the product.

As I said, nobody has to buy the product. We have alternatives in our store and if possible it is recommended to buy gift cards for the store you want to use.
We are working hard to expand our store and hope to add many new brands in the next weeks and months.
If somebody misses a gift card, he can mention this here or in support. We can't promise anything, but we will do our best to offer as many products as possible in the store.

Completely agree with you. Coinsbee should drop this sh*t from their portfolio. It's a complete rip-off. Their cards simply don't work whatever Coinsbee guys say in the previous message.

AVOID PDS as much as you could !

@Coinsbee: if you really think that PDS services are OK, then just provide explicit guidelines, refunds if something does not work and don't simply disappear with our crypto claiming everything on PDS and other entities.

And just in case: if you think it's fine, lets have a test: we start a Zoom conference, i buy a PDS card at your site and we together with you online will try to register it. I will screen share everything and you tell me what to do. If it fails, you as a honest vendor refund me. If everything is ok, I will be the first putting here a message about what a fine service PDS is.

Done deal, Coinsbee?

Title: Re: Coinsbee.com - Buy gift cards with about 50 crypto currencies!

OK, then I could say it in another way and to say the cards work but are rarely accepted because no e-commerce is interested in it due to security reasons or something else.

Perhaps some people are happy with but I believe over 75% of PDS's users have problems and are unable to do anything hence the bad reviews, with everything I tried nothing work, with zero success. I did read the 25 pages on Trustpilot and the messages 1 by 1 and I can say you can consider yourself lucky if the card is accepted.
Without considering the buggy website.

If e-commerces don't want to accept it then there's surely a legitimate reason, and we should avoid it too. I will stick using other cards vouchers

I can surely understand that.
I believe everyone will have no problem if it takes time, personally, I prefer to wait 1 year (or use another card) if it's needed, to then have a reliable card, instead to use something and not knowing what surprise is going to happen to us.

Thanks for considering our observations/suggestions, by the way.

Always well optimized. I see that you finally changed the check out button to process the payment.

One thing is, I don't get what is "Giftcardcreator"? I don't find anything about it on the website and on a search engine, it appears to be an Android application.

A very minor thing. In the footer page, beside the icons for social networks, the Trustpilot page should be given more prominence with an icon as well. Something like below

I believe he's referring to the "Gift card designer" which can be found on the footer? https://www.coinsbee.com/en/giftcarddesigner

@Coinsbee The idea is good however, I think it would be better if you change a few things. So Instead of giving the user a page where he has to enter all these details himself... You could:

1. Maybe this feature available for registered users only
2. Send an email directly to the user (instead of generating a PDF).
3. Give the user the ability to gift that GCs on purchase... so if he ever chooses that option, the code gets directly sent to the person he wants to gift (the brand, product, code, and "from" are all things that should get filled automatically)

-snip-

I'd like to see ASOS GBP cards. Also, it's worth mentioning that cards are not region-locked as long as the site supports the currency for your country. So if you're from Italy, you'll notice that you can shop in both CHF and EUR so if you want to use a EUR card from another EU country, you should be able to do that.

I suggest confirming the information (in case something has changed since I last used the site) then adding it to the ASOS cards page, I'm pretty sure that would be useful for people.

Thank you. We try to get all brands you want. Just write us, what you are missing.

Regarding the region / currency lock. This depends on the shop. Some shops limit their gift cards to currencies, others to countries / regions. We can't do anything here. It's the shops which limit their gift cards.
So please buy always the right country. If it's not available, check the shop first, if you can also use a gift card from another region or currency.

Are there any near-future plans to start supporting other payment methods? Specifically, stablecoins from other networks. The ones you're currently supporting are simply not usable with the current eth gas fees.

Any stable coin based on Polygon or Tron network would be good. Would you implement them manually though? Because as I can see CoinGate doesn't support tokens besides the ERC20 ones.

Hi Coinsbee.com

I see on the website that you provides Buy mobile-recharge gift card with bitcoin and altcoins (https://www.coinsbee.com/en/mobile-recharge-bitcoin) for Vietnam. It is good to see your service has 5 mobile providers in Vietnam.

When I choose Bitcoin in Show price as, it is only has a drop down list of Bitcoin and altcoins. How about payment with Lightning network? I know your service accepts Lightning network.

In case you need a Vietnamese translation for your service, please check (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5241800.0) my service. I see your website has a few languages so far.  :)

We will see. We will discuss this with our payment provider and we try to accept more Coins during this year!

Lightning for Bitcoin and Litecoin is available. At the last step, when you see the payment page, you can select Bitcoin for example and check the lightning option.

In case you need a Vietnamese translation ... I see your website has a few languages so far.  :)

We are working on new languages. For vietnamese we don't have a timeline yet. Maybe until the end of the year.

I don't think you should blame Coinsbee for your own mistake [unintentionally underpaying].
- You probably sent it from an exchange or an online wallet of some sort, since there was a deduction; In other words, you didn't read the payment part from their "FAQ (https://www.coinsbee.com/en/faq)" page.

We do not recommend sending transactions from online wallets because transactions from these wallets are often sent with a long delay or fees are deducted from the amount sent. As a result, these transactions will arrive late (if the invoice has already expired) or the invoice will not be paid in full.
Therefore we recommend to use one of many open source wallets, where the sender has control over the exact amount and the time of sending.

Thank you for your inquiry. There were frequent problems with the products on the customer as well as on the supplier side. That is why we will no longer offer the products. Other payment cards such as AMEX could be an alternative.

May I ask about what happened to the plans of pushing the Arabic translation update? It's been a very long time since it was supposed to get pushed and it never did and I can see that you have added many languages since then.

Because Arabic is a right to left language, it's not just to translate it. There is also something to do with the website technics. So it's not that easy at the moment. But it's still planned and we hope to add it this year after some website updates.

Hello,
Would it be possible to add Uniqlo gift cards to the website? It's now a large company (even bigger than Zara in income).
That could be great, I'm certainly not the only one interested to buy some vouchers with BTC

thank you

Hi :)

Nice addition but I'm confused about something.

The cards sold on Coinsbee are only virtual or we can use the vouchers for plastic ones? Because reading their website it looks like they have both products but I'm unable to find something about the cost of a plastic card or the costs linked to it (ATMs fees,...)

I thought they were PrepaiDigitalSolutions cards (which is a piece of shit) and had rebranded but they are another supplier, which is a plus
Since it's cheaper than PCS, I could be interested if they have a plastic MC.

What else do you miss at the moment?

I already suggested this a long time ago but... any plans to support more coins from cheaper networks? From the look of it, I'm guessing that CoinGate has no intention to do that? I'm not sure if you're willing to change them with another provider, but I recently came across Paybolt. I'm not sure if they're good, but I know they support multiple networks so it may be worth checking.

AFAIK, Solana and Polygon have the highest userbase. Neither should cost more than 0.01$ per transaction. Since there are a lot of tokens on both networks, I'd recommend starting with the native tokens obviously + a few stable coins.

I have noticed something in your OP and I am not sure anyone mentioned it to you before. It's a big discussion with hundreds of posts so apologies if it was brought up before.

In your OP, you have that part that mentions the supported cryptocurrencies. Underneath the coin icons, there is a text that says: show all mobile phone credits brands. The link takes us to correct location (https://www.coinsbee.com/en/supported_cryptocurrencies), but the text on the the button is misleading. It's actually copied from the last part of your OP where you talk about mobile phone credit.

I guess it would be better if it said: show all supported cryptocurrencies instead.

Congratz for the new look.

1 or 2 very small things

- the text on the products page is really too big. I'm talking about "buy <name> with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies"
- the products description (about/help/ToS) should be placed before "select option----price"

it gives more sense to the structure of the page.

The color of the bee should be changed (or bigger), maybe with the gold/yellow color used for "bee" in Coinsbee.
I find it less visible, not sure how to say. Before the bee was in a dark background

https://i.imgur.com/mA8a7Dc.jpg

beside this, the loading speed is always awesome. If all websites could be optimized like coinsbee...

edit:

Quote
the text on the products page is really too big. I'm talking about "buy <name> with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies"

I forgot my zoom is at 125% 🤓
Checking with 100% it is better but could still be reduced.

It's an attractive design, but I feel the content on the homepage is a bit all over the place [especially when viewed on larger screens (e.g. desktop)], so IMO it just needs a bit of minimalist approach to make it flawless :)
- It'd be nice to also see everything in dark mode.

Does myprepaidcenter have different cards for each region? I'm curious because Bitrefill has started to sell these cards as well, but unlike yours, they're only available for U.S citizens. KYC is not forced, but you can't buy it or redeem it from outside the U.S (VPNs don't work).

-snip-

They should work fine but you can find a list of "prohibited countries" on the card's FAQ page. Keep in mind that these cards do require ID verification, unlike the ones they used to provide some time back.

Normally it should work fine. But some webshops have problems with this. As a test, you can try a smaller value first.

Thanks for the heads up about identity verification.

Thanks for the answer.

When the card has a very small balance, like $1 or $2, do you refund it or can the user recharge the card?

We cannot refund it and it's not possible to recharge their cards. These are prepaid credit cards which can't be recharged and we only sell the gift codes to redeem on their website. The cards are issued and handled by them.

We now have more than 3,000 brands in our portfolio. We are pleased that our offer has received such good support. Do you have any further comments on how we can offer even better service?

You're doing god's work. Would it be possible to add Wownero as a payment option so one can finally retire and live the memelord's life by paying directly with wowlet? ;D

It's good. I think it's a good upgrade but I have a few suggestions here:

I would like to point out that when the following page for example:

https://www.coinsbee.com/en/gift-cards/payment-cards/my-prepaid-center-mastercard/

You would expect that clicking one of the payment methods on the left side, would actually take you to the payment page directly but it doesn't, it just takes you to a page where it tells you that you can pay with Monero (or whatever coin you have selected).

I think the behavior should be: It should either redirect you to the payment page, or shouldn't be clickable at all so we know it's only "for display" and so that the user has an idea what payment methods he could later use after adding the gift cards to his cart.

I also don't see the point of selecting "the estimated price". It just gives the impression that I'm selecting the payment method.. but then in the payment page, I'm asked to select the payment method, again.
