1.go to gyft.com 2. Buy a visa e-gift card. This is just an electronic debit card you can use to purchase online only 3. Buy BTC with your visa card on any exchange you like. Good examples are poloniex.com, bitmart.com, cex.io etc. That way, no one will accuse you of trying to scam anyone. You get? Once PP blocked my funds in my account for 1.5 years, just because i was not willing to tell them from where i had my btc that i sold and received funds in pp ;-) Also i got already scammed by pp-senders after 4.5months...
