Noone... and I mean noone... as long as he is not a scammer himself, is going to take PAYPAL funds in exchange for btc - except you have known each other, did some trades before etc. Why dont you just withdraw and buy btc when we are talking about such a huge amount?

Op, a better way to convert $7700 on your PayPal account to bitcoin is:
1.go to gyft.com
2. Buy a visa e-gift card. This is just an electronic debit card you can use to purchase online only
3. Buy BTC with your visa card on any exchange you like. Good examples are poloniex.com, bitmart.com, cex.io etc.

That way, no one will accuse you of trying to scam anyone.

185days is nothing.
Once PP blocked my funds in my account for 1.5 years, just because i was not willing to tell them from where i had my btc that i sold and received funds in pp ;-)

Also i got already scammed by pp-senders after 4.5months...
