Freewallet is willing to scam there customers  in a heart beat  i exchange some eos for xrp a day ago but it never reached they never even sent the eos to exchange and gave me a fake hash to go with it then for hour support is telling me there working on it then just stopped replying the exchange  shows failed yet they never returned  my coins https://freewallet.org/tx/1e2c6266-b7dd-6cd1-3a35-524fbc92aecb

So far here are a few accusations against them and some are supposedly solved.

Perhaps you can contact this account: Freewallet (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1177176), the official representative in this community (as far as I can see) and try to get your issue resolved with him/her.

Ive been trying to get help in there support over 14 hours in a row  so yh think they just dont care and running a half scam wallet no way it takes 14 hours to swap some eos to xrp

I always thought why people still use their service besides their lack of support and reputation, well they don't have to begin with.

Its been almost 24 hour the little bit of patience  i did had is far past streched and im still sitting coinless now i have late fees thats not me fault that i have to find extra money to pay for your incompetence  and still lookin like i have to wait days for my own money

So update is after 3 days of trying to get my money now there saying it can take days to 6 months to get back 4 eos ? You guys are a scam ass wallet provider that need to be shut down the reviews  out there are proving to be true ! Everytime i message support u guys have a new stroy first financial  department  will refund now off wait few months on blockchain  cause we messed up your transactions

That's the second time i see you use OP's real first and last name... Are you sure he's fine with being doxxed on bitcointalk? I haven't investigated his claims (yet), but personally i would hate it if you would link my bitcointalk username with my real life name (even if i disclosed my real life name to you over facebook or some other social media system)
