How do I get bitcoin on my sales site, in my btc wallet? I don't want to pay 1% for sites just to confirm tx

Take a look at btcpayserver.org (http://btcpayserver.org)

They are free, open source, self-hosted, support the lightning network and are pro-BTC. And of couse, you receive everything directly in your wallet. Don't go with services like BitPay (they suck, have a lot of KYC procedures and can freeze your payments).

I think CoinGate would be easy for you. Seems it also support multiple coins. Anyway you have to use third part wallet in order to receive payments from customers. You might also use coinbase (https://www.coinbase.com) API, as far as I know they do not require any fee for receive payment, but you might need KYC verification to avoid further problem. (Coinbase isn't recommended).

It's impossible nowadays to use Coinbase for anything without KYC verification. Also, Coinbase could end up blocking transactions similar to how BitPay has been blocking transactions recently. They're not going to do anything that their banking partner would force to cut ties with them, so they'll rather kick you out before any 'damage' is done.

While Coinbase doesn't charge any fees for their ecommerce services, you will have to pay a Bitcoin network fee to send the coins from your ecommerce account to your regular Coinbase account, and then pay another fee to convert to fiat, and then likely another fee to have the fiat be transferred to your bank account. In other words, their 'zero fee' service is just a gimmick.

Their api is easy to integrate to your website even if you are not a tech guy.

They charge a 1.5% tx fee for Bitcoin payments, which is not what OP needs. Scroll down, and you'll see that they write "transaction fee starting from 0%". The 0% fee only applies if you use Speedcoin. Never heard about it before.

If you don't know how to set up BTCPay server then ask someone trusted on this forum to do it for you, or explain to you how to do it.

In the end, whatever you end up doing, it will cost you something. Centralized payment processors charge a fee, and BTCPay server requires you to pay for a hosting plan.

I think you can also just use a third party such as https://btcpayjungle.com with almost (if not) exactly the same functionality. Atleast- that's what i've read about it.

And they run on a donation based model-- so, 100% free. Of course there's some trade offs versus running your own node. ->

Sure indeed there  is no need to pay 3% to get a wallet. Coinbase.com does that for free. At Zanzibet.com we use it for our clients to fund their accounts and access our services

You can use CoinPayments, fees is only 0.5%. Also there is no need to do KYC. I think being a merchant, you can afford that much fees. Even VISA/MasterCard charge inter-change fees which is near to that.
Else, you always have BTCPayServer as an option. However, if you are not much into tech and doesn't fully know how bitcoin transaction works then setting up BTCPayServer is tough job.

If you don't want a self hosted payment solution, you will inevitably have to pay some sort of commission. These services just don't work for free.

In my case I ended up using https://cryptapi.io on my gambling website after being done with coinpayments.

They do charge a 1% fee, but I'm ok with it. They settle it immediately and there's no API keys, KYCs or signups necessary.

I agree I'd definitely discourage using coinbase's API, even though they charge 0 fees, you'll need to show them everything for KYC, as well as there always being the possibility of your transactions being canceled/account locked, since they need to adhere to anything their banking partner tells them to do, otherwise it's over for them.

Coinbase has one of the worst spreads in the game, I would definitely not recommend using them, I think it's like over 5 percent with them. Use BTCpay, they have a great service, or electrum if your bothered to set it up, and if you aren't cashing out via an exchange, try to make your own ads on LBC, which gives you another way to profit off the spreads.

I like the idea behind the convenience model, but there is too much of a security concern that will float around in my mind every single day. I don't think anyone should discard these concerns just for the sake of saving a few dollars. It defeats the whole purpose of BTCPay server in my opinion. Perhaps I'm too overly paranoid.  :P

I do however appreciate how honest they are by clearly articulating what the risks are, which can't be said about most other sites providing a similar service.
