As the title say , I have a website and would like to accept crypto payments from my users

I took a look to a cool website called https://eliopay.com
it looks easy to use with fair fees , but it gives only a fixed plans
my users buy a credit = so I need to only set a custom price for the purchase

I would recommend you either CoinGate or BTCPayServer. The latter can be self-hosted, but third-party hosting is also available. Both of these solutions support SegWit and the Lightning Network so you and your users will save on the transaction fees. I haven't heard of eliopay, so I can't tell you anything about it.

Theoretically, all Bitcoin forks with SegWit support the Lightning Network. However, I have seen merchants accepting mostly Bitcoin and Litecoin LN payments. CoinGate should allow you to accept them easily. BTCPayServer requires much more sophisticated setup.
