I put in Litecoin halving into google and got:

"Will litecoin go up 2019?

My opinion about it: This is yet another shitty article with no substance and a bunch of generic premises that looked like it was written by a 12-year old who just discovered cryptos. I will now proceed to block the name of that website on my browser so that I can avoid reading the nonsense they publish.

Very unlikely that LTC will reach that price this year, it's ATH is around $320, so 4-digits is out of the question for the time being.

basicaly everything about price predictions of altcoins just came from wishful think.
because altcoins its more more unstable than another .
and what i see now, its some big wishful , approximately 80 days later this year is over,and nowdays price of LTC is $60,
its no sense for me, even if bull run come, its still no sense. range 100-260 can be reasonible .

$1000 or $2000 estimates seem a little utopian. but I'm sure it will rise because the market conditions demand it. for example, I think that soon halving pricing for litecoin will begin. Also, technically, we see that a descending wedge formation occurs in the litecoin graph, I think it would rise to at least $100-150. This is not an investment advice, just my opinion.

Three months left and you think that a $1000 would reach by the end of the year? Their ATH price during the last bull run was around $320, how would you expect a four-digit price by the end of the year? Even after the halving there is still a little less effect of the price.

Is there any perfect speculation which can show litecoin price at 1000 USD or more than that. I am not sure when we therium value is under 200 USD how we can expect lite coin value to that price.

Maybe next year when the time of halving you will find some decent value growth in litecoin too...

Litecoin at $1000 by this year? that's totally high. How much bitcoin will cost if ever Litecoin is going to hit by that time? I'm sure that it will be as high as expected. But after all, op if you are believing with such predictions don't put that much hope with that. I don't think it's a realistic prediction.
$300-$500 would be a good range IMHO.

Sounds impossible if litecoin will touch about $1000 at the end of 2019,,

Even though it is a good project but it is clear that they are trying to create a FOMO to increase it's current price.

Litecoin is good. But the prediction is way too far from reality mate. Litecoin currently at 2 digits as far as I know. If 3 digits for them is too hard to reach. 4 digits is too much. I have not heard any news about Litecoin though. But Litecoin is powerful altcoins out there. Just not have much support to pump the price.

This is not new to me though. Bitcoin supporters say that Bs too. But one thing I've notice. Whenever they post predictions about the price. The price goes down. Anyway, it's pretty normal. They do that everyday. Just be smart. We are still in bear market. This means it's going to be hard for the price to go up.

That's bullocks, no way litecoin price will reach $2000. I think the litecoin value will not surpass $200 by the end of the year. why not predict litecoin price at $150 or $200? If you look at the litcoin ATH record you can see litecoin never surpasses $400 and why would litecoin get to $2000 now?

It can happen if the bull run is finally come to the market and bitcoin started to go up. LTC can reach that high while BTC is still down, we know the dominance of bitcoin and if the price of BTC becomes better then altcoins will follow. Litecoin is still a good coin, but I doubt that it can hit $1000 before the year end.

Nah, sorry to burst the bubble but I don't see Litecoin going into a full beast mode and goes to a 4 digit mark this year. And that article that the OP has read, it's pure garbage and perhaps the author is just a bag holder of Litecoin so obviously he/she needs to put a lot of spin to create some hype. But to be fair, it's possible for Litecoin to hit $1000 but I don't think it will be at the end of this year. Down the road it can reach it, probably 3-5 years as it is own of the more stable coin out there. What I mean is that there are still investors who are going to buy and be a bag holder, and gamblers are going to still use it for obvious gambling purposes together with Dogecoin.

The bear market is not a good time to invest but if you have experience in trading then coins like LTC can also help you to make good profits. We are still in a downtrend right now and everything can happen unexpectedly if we do not prepare ahead for the bad things to happen. Now I am very careful in investing and LTC will not be my favorite coin during this period.

And John McAfee predicted that BTC will go to $500k or $1M (I forgot which figure, but you get the point) by 2020. So what is really the point of looking at random articles that claim to be experts in speculatory investing?

I'm bullish on LTC. There is no questioning that, because I think that it's still one of the most practically used coins despite its decline in status. Besides, its low transaction fees should still be attractive to actual users that demand the coin.

But these predictions are absurd. BTC doesn't seem to be entering a full on bull market until at least next year, so what reason would there be for LTC to all of a sudden have these types of 10x, 20x growth in market cap?

I will be happy if the price if the price crosses $100 let alone $1000  :P. I sold majority of the coins in my collection when the price touched $300 and never had the confidence to enter the market once again and if you think the advantage of Litecoin over bitcoin is that you will get many new investors then that can be said about bitcoin too. There is no way the price of litecoin reaching $1000 anytime soon and i can wage a bet on that because i am that confident about it  ;D.

If we see Litecoin price is like following Bitcoin price.
I believe litecoin will still bullish. Some news only opinion, so i don't 100% trust them.
Litecoin is better for daily transaction, because the fees more small than bitcoin. Hope litecoin have new inovation, so some investor want adopt it.

Who can tell? Price predicting is just plain guessing at this point. As far as anyone is aware, we might have another bear market start today afternoon, or have a bullish trend that will go on for years. One thing that remained constant in crypto for the last decade is that nothing remains constant, and that nothing can be predicted with accuracy.

I am very sure that the price of Litecoin at the end of this year will follow the movement of the prices of the main coins in the exchange. If the price of bitcoin rises, the price of Litecoin will also have an increase in price, hopefully the price of Litecoin at the end of 2019 can become expensive and can at least reach the price $100 is enough.

Litecoin's performance today doesn't seem to be worrying as it trying fight for its declining trend. Eventually, the current market condition isn't only the fight for Litecoin but of the entire market. Though we are in the positive towards the possible market growth before halving next year, we can't deny that some of us still doubtful of this. 

As usual, a lot of guys still dreaming and hoping with nothing solid to back it up, right?

It isn't impossible since altcoin is one of the most promising projects and it's continuously proving its capability. It's a potential coin which could probably reach $2000. Some people are underestimating it but it's one of the best altcoins to buy now. It isn't risky to believe in positive speculations. It also happened to Bitcoin a few years back.

In the end of 2019 the possible price of litecoin is still unpredictable but my prediction to this coin now is already change because now the price of the litecoin is still very low but I still believe to this coin. But I adjust my prediction that possible for the $1000 and up is the year 2020 . But for sure litecoin can have a chance for that price but low chance for now to happen.

Litecoin is the coin similar to Bitcoin. It follows the trend of Bitcoin. When BTC rises, LTC rises too. Considering current trend, it is possible that the price of bItcoin will reach $20K easily in next six months, LTC will follow it too and we may expect $250 for LTC by March 2020.

Remember that still no more months to end in the year of 2019. It's really over expectation because how it possible to increase 60$ to 1000$. I don't think a lot of new investors focused in LTC platform. Even i heard many old investors try to convert in other coin investment specially which are new coming in the market. But i agree with you LTC is very strong platform. Personally i expect LTC will be reach 80$ in the end of thia year.         

I don't dream too much about litecoin price. If the price can increase by about $500, I will be glad and happy to sell my litecoin. But I guess that will be too difficult for litecoin to hit that price, but it could be possible. Litecoin price now has below $60 and still struggling to break $60. We don't have any info on where litecoin price will go. But many people are making their own predictions, and we should have our own predictions too. We are at the end this year, so we have at least 2 months to see what will happen at the end of this year.

The market is struggling right now, after bad news about the rejection of the ETF it is already good for us to see Litecoin hits $100 at the end of the year.

People continue to monitor information related to cryptocurrency now, in my opinion it is a good thing.  Trading is very vulnerable to news, good or bad. All traders want a better price to get results, but everything requires time and reason.
In my opinion, LTC will increase again in the future. But without an increase in bitcoin, LTC will be the same. Bitcoin and altcoin continue to be related to price issues. Many predictions say that, if bitcoin increases then altcoin will also follow it.

I stopped expecting too much after the whole 2018 was a big disaster on my crypto investments. 2017 was a golden memory for me and I would be very happy if it happens again. It is three months more to go and 2019 ends. With this short span of time there will be 5% chances of Litecoin reaching $2,000. And maybe 30% chance of it reaching $1,000. I will be contented if Litecoin ends at $200 this year.

Investing in new coins is very risky, I think, because they have not enough proven that they are able to survive with various market conditions, I think those who invest with new coins are just hype, not for long-term investments. But if you choose LTC or other coins in top 10 at CMC, then you can make it a long-term investment, because they have proven and have a professional team.

I don't think these predictions will be accurate and the price would not reach your anticipated level of $1000 as we are already in the Q4 of 2019 and charts don't show any sign of rapid uptrend anytime soon. So don't make hasty judgements.

Based from the past experience, we have proven that those projects who have been pioneering for quite some time now have been successful and have proven something. We tend to stay at our comfort zone and just invest on the coins that are familiar to us even though the value is like riding on a roller coaster. But atleast we know what to expect and on what to do during those scenarios until eventually, the market will recover and we can enjoy the fruits of our investment.

Buying LTC for long-term holding is very profitable as market growth for solid alts will bounce back once bitcoin rallied up.

LTC like most other Altcoins have no real adoption, it only tends to get used when BTC fees go through the roof. Most people know this but there are some who still hope for the moon with their LTC. after leaked chat between Franklyn and Charlie Lee about lack of development and no transparency, there is no bright future for this currency. that's a very high target, I'm not sure if it can be reached even if there is a big pump. the current LTC price is less than $60, a realistic target might be $200-300. what's more at this time there is no good news about LTC, so it's hard to speculate whether this coin will become one of the coins that will experience a big increase during the bull run later.

Litecoin is one of the promising cryptocurrencies and in fact, there is a lot holder of litecoin. This is the current price of litecoin 57.76$ and there two and half months left and 1000$ is totally far to its current price. Even the prediction is possible but for me, it might not reach that price and I guess if there will be a bull run the highest price of litecoin that can reach is around 100$ - 200$.

Going up in 2019, raise to $1000??  very impossible.. but in the next 2 to 5 years it might rise to $1,000.  Litecoin circulation is currently around 63 million coins, if the price of Litecoin goes up to $ 1000 then it's market capitalization will beat Ripple and maybe Ethereum at current prices..  Litecoin price movements are purely dependent on Bitcoin price movements, don't say Litecoin will Bullish if Bitcoin doesn't. cmiiw

Obviously there will always be two sides to a coin and people who are pro-litecoin then will try and find ways to promote the coin. You'd be surprised about how easy it is to develop a website and manipulate SEO to make it appear on google's front page.

The increase is included in the category that is quite large. we ourselves must have a strong belief that later the price of bitcoin which must first strengthen to be able to give a sign that the market has increased and altcoin will also rise,under these conditions an increase of 1,000 $ for Litecoin would indeed be difficult especially with fairly short targeting

I love Litecoin technology because every transaction in this coin is processed very quickly and in my country many people use this coin to pay for goods and the government always supports people using LTC . In my opinion, LTC is a very good long-term investment at this time because the value of LTC is still very low and if you are lucky enough to be able to buy it at a low price, do it this year. I personally can predict the LTC price will soon reach $200 by the end of 2020 and that will definitely happen.

Wow! That is a prediction that is probably too bullish. That is something that Litecoin is impossible to reach in only barely three months time, even the lower prediction of the two, which is at $1,000. Take a quick look at coinmarketcap.com and you will see that Litecoin is somehow stuck at around $55. If $1,000 is possible, that is roughly x 18 of growth or 1,800 percent. I can't see enough reason for now why Litecoin will suddenly rise that fast in price. Halving is not enough reason I guess.

I know that Litecoin is indeed a very potential coin, but estimating the price could reach $ 1,000 this year is hard to believe. even daily predictions make only a small increase.

The way the space has developed lately relies so much on bitcoin's price and some of those CEO didnt prepare for it and thats why anyone could consider it has been stupid for price predictions, there is nothing on the roadmap and no development except the halving. The space economics is as important than ever, every new project see the need to prepare a product and process that can drive a sustainable demand, even exchanges demand a good tokenomics before listing

LTC is one of my favourite coin. After the Bitcoin wave, second wave of cryptocoins came in 2013-14 and the biggest winner of the wave was LTC. Litecoin has very much potential to reach ETH market cap very soon. If not $1000, we can see it growing to $300-400 soon.

open CMC and you can click on litecoin and then see the chart of litecoin after you have opened the whole time of litecoin's chart and then you must take a look at how much ATH for litecoin itself.

Your analysis is logical, optimistic in speculation is a good thing but if too optimistic and put too much of our ambition and prediction, it would be unreasonable and even lead us into traps then trapped for a long time. And maybe the guy above fell into an overly optimistic state, devoting too much love to litecoin but didn't realize litecoin didn't have enough power to go to that path, especially at this moment, the pump period is focusing on coins of average and relative value, litecoin really doesn't have too many chances to leapfrog

if only chasing 1000 $ it means an increase of 20x from now, and there is no sign that BTC will fly.
no matter how good the news that comes out about LTC I think it will be difficult to catch up to 1000 $ if bitcoin is stable in the range of 8000 $.
but if bitcoin can touch $ 16000 this month as predicted I think it might be possible.

Still far from that predicted value and there's no clear market movements that will be able to bring the hype up to this level. Litecoin can be double
or triple in the next following months only if bitcoin bull showed strong position. It's tough to predict as holders are no longer waiting for high profits but instead they are dumping when they see enough.

Charlie Lee needs to develop more friends in the corporate world.  You would think that would be easy for someone of his stature, with the big push on cryptocurrencies (like Libra, which probably isn't one).  Then he could annouce Litecoin being used on such and such a platform.

Over Litecoin there is a big expectation based on the halving which is scheduled for the past August. But nothing big happened to the expectation. The price continued to fall, and now this is much close to the $55 mark. Maybe this year end if there is good progress in bitcoin we might experience Litecoin above $100 and if this doesn't happen we might experience the price fall low to $50.

Litecoin would not have reached it stature right now if Charlie Lee is amiss in his role as the founder and number one supporter of Litecoin. Although Litecoin has to earn more and more actual users and partners, I already admire it the way it is. Even if it is only considered a replica of Bitcoin at the start, it has earned the loyalty and support of a huge crypto community. It is constant in its development as well. As a matter of fact Litecoin is ahead of Bitcoin in one or two development. Litecoin has adopted lightning network first for example.

Litecoin is just a small coin in this market and the trading volume of LTC has recently tended to decrease more so the value of LTC cannot grow well. I think we will face a lot of difficulties in investing because the bear market is still overwhelming and will cause a lot of loss for investors. In my opinion, be more patient because LTC may return to the price of $40 again by the end of this year before a new price increase.

1000 usd in the near term I'm not really sure, but if in the next few years it might be possible, because Litecoin has amazing potential after switching to the lightning network,
and of course not because of the lightning network, but because of a small max supply, and old coins that have a large community.

Litecoin can`t do much without bitcoin, who ever expect litecoin to rise exponentially before bitcoin will be disappointed. Next year is bitcoin halving, and after that we can see some huge market rise, when it happens and bitcoin start rising, we can expect from litecoin price to follow that rise. All time high for litecoin is at 360 dollars, now price is around 85% down since that time. Litecoin will recover previous ath but will it go to 1000 dollars after that, or will it come close, nobody can say! I believe in litecoin in long run, and probably one day litecoin will cost a lot, it`s my general opinion with old established coins with limited coin supply.

Definitely one of my favourite coins, I use LTC for transfers among exchanges and for payments among community. 1k is not realistic in my opinion, but 200-300 bucks is a good goal to reach before the end of this year.

This is not the year for Litecoin, it has not recovered from the flunk from the recent years and no development from it since then. A new strategy shall they conduct to get investors.

Litecoin has only one advantage over other cryptocurrencies - it is a quick confirmation of the blocks. However, in the near future, it will be almost impossible to it in terms of the number of users, cost and popularity in general. The advantages that are tied to the rapid formation of blocks and alternative, more affordable methods of mining, currently do not justify themselves. This is an absolutely wrong prediction and this is not gonna happen by 100% confirm. In every major update, you would see such predictions, which has no real value. The crypto market started the bull run at the end of 2017, from then to now, every predictor predicts a price by targetting the end of the year! 2017 incident was once in a lifetime, not an example. Even that golden time of crypto, LTC did not make even 500 USD, why now? Only because of halving? No way. LTC price highest can go up to 200 USD this year, not more than that.  

How has it earned the loyalty of the public when has a replica of bitcoin, it is meant to be used as an alternative and if people are really using it as much as they use bitcoin or recognizes it as replica, then the bear market of altcoin should not even have been affecting it as the bear market of altcoins is in no way affecting bitcoin.

I think you need to think again when talking about this issue because LTC is really just a normal coin and lately there is not much good news related to this coin so surely the price of LTC will not be much improved. Now you should be more patient because the market does not support the uptrend so if investing, there will be a lot of big risks.

Currently the LTC price is only $55 to $57 and there will certainly be more price adjustments until the end of this year so please consider carefully.

If the raise would continue and BTC dominance would fall to 50 percent, everything is possible. In this case, I would not wonder seeing ETH for 3k and LTC for 1k USD at the end of this year. But honestly, I do not believe in such a rapid increase.

That is too high a prediction within the year. There are only a few days left in October and then we only have November and December for that possibility. Ethereum right now is still valued less than $200. That is too far from $3,000. This is impossible to happen. Ethereum could manage to reach halfway though. The same with Litecoin. Perhaps $500 is a better goal for Litecoin for the rest of 2019.

LTC has huge potential, but I hardly doubt that LTC will cost more than 1k USD before the end of this year. There are no big announcements till the end of 2019, so why should LTC make x15 within the last two months?

Some peoples are spread the huge hype will possible on further days. So we don't consider these kind of the notification, because I think it will cross the $ 100 on end of the year. May be Bitcoin will reach 100k USD end of the year it will possible so everyone know the reality of current market situation. Never believe everything you read on the Internet, litecoin is a good project and it has been around for a long time but thinking it is going to reach 1000 by the end of this year is a mistake, for that to happen we will need an altcoin season and I do not know if you have noticed but the coin that has been growing the most during the last months is bitcoin, if you have some litecoin keep holding it but do not buy litecoin because if we see an altcoin season we are sure to find other more profitable coins.

The price of LTC is lower than its value, but by the end of this year $1000 has been a huge claim. Even BTC's reach of 20k will not help LTC. The current price is around $58 and the price should be increase almost 19x, even if it is LTC. It is likely that prices will rise until halving, but I think it will not be that much. This is not a newly created coin, this is the LTC with a daily volume of over 3 billion. I think, do not trust your source too much.

LTC can return its value if the developer makes updates to convince the community and find new investors for greater adoption. some people have already switched to other assets because they might be disappointed several times when the halving isn't working as expected. LTC increases and then falls back and it is difficult to get up. the effect of the market downturn is very large and it is difficult for LTC to rise if the market is not in good condition.

They did just have their own block halving right? So I guess we could consider that as an update already.

However, many people are disappointed because they are waiting for the price to go up by this time, unfortunately the bear market has took its toll and no one is willing to risk and put their money on Litecoin even though it just had the momentous event.

if at the end of the year there is a pump, maybe Litecoin will be one of the altcoins that will experience a high increase. After halving Litecoin yesterday, LTC has not yet increased in price, but there are still many people who believe in this coin. So it means if there is a pump, there will be many people who will go back to buy LTC because ltc looks profitable.

I doubt that's going to happen.  Litecoin seems to me to be a finished coin, one that's no longer popular and doesn't even play second fiddle to bitcoin anymore.  I don't dislike it, but I wouldn't own any either.  There are so many other good coins on the market with more attractive features that I don't even consider it an option to buy any.

That isn't to say that ltc won't ever experience periods of being on fire in the marketplace, but that's true of most coins when bitcoin rises.  I've had the feeling in the last few months that a lot of the biggest name coins (ltc included) are worth buying if you're looking for a short term trading profit.  In other words, litecoin and other coins are looking pretty cheap right now.

But I don't think ltc has much future potential.  It's going to stagnate on the market and will probably be eclipsed by all the new coins that will eventually get released.

The development and plans on how to proceed are impressive with litecoin as they are planning to implement privacy and it is a good development from the team but how it will impact the price is yet to be seen as regulators will not like privacy based coins, Halving in litecoin does not mean anything and you cannot expect a price rally in litecoin but if the entire market starts rising you will see the price move along with the rest of the coins.

I don't expect Litecoin's price to go up  much from now till the end of the year. Litecoin has had its time. Thanks to the Litcoin block reward halving event that took place on Aug. 5, 2019,  It reached a high of about $141. And there's no any "big" news about Litecoin coming soon. The only big cap with pending mega updates are ETH, Bitcoin and TRX. The price might increase though. But I don't think It'll be much. Say a $5 increase.

This time I have high hopes on TRON as it's priced at very less amount and have the potential to at least cross $1 and it will provide huge return on investment to it's users which will be much higher than other potential coins due to it's underestimated price just like how Ripple used to be before the mega bull run. Litecoin also had it's time at the last quarter of 2017 as it crossed $300 at. that time

I as a Litecoin holder feel unreasonable for the end of 2019 to be able to touch the price of 1000 $. I only think realistically,
Litecoin for the end of this year there will definitely be an increase in prices seeing the movement of bitcoin which slowly rises
in price usually likes to be followed by altcoins. Therefore I am optimistic that Litecoin will rise in price but around $ 100 is

I don't where and how you get the prediction of Litecoin clinching the $1000 price range which I don't see it happen cause Litecoin is yet to have much support from the crypto traders and investors. However, the coin previous ATH was $360.66 while its current price was $58.40 and we have just a few days before the end of this year.

Too early to affirm because the market is still very volatile so other altcoins will be greatly affected. I think Litecoin will be hard to reach $80 this year because the coin has more than halved after reaching $130 and that makes me a little nervous investing in this coin. Everyone has the right to hope for the future of LTC but I personally am sure that LTC will probably return to $40 this year.

For me, LTC is only a tool to make a profit during this period of time because there are not many new activities at this coin so if you want this coin to increase then you can only wait in 2020.

im sure that the prediction would be failed, i have some reasons:

1. this is not altseason, altcoin wouldnt pump so hard in this time

2. LTC price is $ 58, the prediction is $ 1000 end of this year. those are too far and looks like delutional

3. i dont see any good catalys to pump LTC

$1,000 is an obvious FOMO. They should not have even mentioned $2,000 in their forecast. It made everything a clear case of spreading FOMO to altcoin supporters. But this exaggerated prediction will not result into anything positive. They should have just lowered it to $200 to $300 and perhaps it could have made a more realistic effect to the altcoin supporters. Litecoin is no doubt a great altcoin to invest. There is no need to state things beyond what is real.

I would say no at the price of $1000 or even $2000 this year.

Why, because lately I have seen that nothing special will happen to this project so there is no reason to raise the stated price.

True, the market condition is either good nor bad. And $80 is indeed will be hard to reach.

But looking past the chart, For the past month LTC price was around $55-60$, even that $60 price was only for a moment then going back below it.
I think once it reaches above $60, we will gonna see the same pattern from the last march to early april, 2019. Where when it reached $60 the price went upto $100.

The last ATH seems to be more realistic to catch up once the strong bull run approach once more. But we are now in the last quarter and the value of LTC still down, maybe assume to reach $70-$80 after this and if the market movements will continue to be more positive it surely ride with it. LTC still in good position in terms of CMC so traders and supporters still have a good insight to continue buying and holding for investment purposes.

I predict that by the end of 2019 Litecoin only has the potential to reach the price of $430, and even then must cross the resistance lines of $126, $243 and $315.  I assume if these three points can be passed through it is not impossible that Litecoin can reach $430.

Passing their 8th anniversary last month, ive always said if LTC was less dramatic it could have been way more expensive, its a great coin for everyday txs imo

I think by the end of the year the Litecoin price will be stable at 50-60$. maybe there will be an increase when bitcoin starts to rise later. but this is just my predictions, because of seeing market habits. after halving them a few months ago, we have never seen an increase in LTC again, so maybe there will be an increase when bitcoin goes up.

It doesn't really need any big news. It just needs to start to be used more and more and it will automatically start to gain in value.

If you look at coins like Ethereum - it gained valued because it had a unique use case - people had to buy it in order to invest in the smart contracts built on top of it. Litecoin just needs to find a use case of that kind.

If there is a pump then litecoin will go up in price, but we do not know if there is going to be a pump there could be a dump as well and if that happens you do not want to be holding any altcoins, the market is in a state that is difficult to predict, it could go either way since there are many mixed signals which makes difficult to predict its direction, it is better to not risk it by investing in a coin that has not been performing that well for years like litecoin.

LTC is a great project and this there are possibilities of hitting the price. LTC halving is completed.

Most definitely, Litecoin will definitely make a very huge rise when bitcoin have its bull run, and Litecoin is among the top altcoins that will always have very positive increase every time that there is an improvement in the value of bitcoin, but what I still ant about this altcoins is that they are meant to increase in their own since they are independent, they all have their own working product that is different from that of bitcoin, they should not be a coin that will leave very much on speculation, but I am still wondering if people are not making use of the products that they have the why they use bitcoin, because if they do use their coin, they definitely supposed to always get an increase topping up their value as people use their product.

$1000 At the end of the year, I think it's impossible because Litecoin doesn't have a reason to go up. the only reason is to wait for bitcoin to be pumped. so to be able to make litecoin go up to $1000, how much bitcoin is needed to be pumped ?. 1000%? or 10000% so that it can come true?

when there is a rise from bitcoin and starting the pump is also not a definite reason. if the adoption of bitcoin is too strong then there will be no altcoin that can increase their trade because everyone will foster the adoption of large amounts of bitcoin in a short amount of time. after that are stable assets that will help. because in the bitcoin pump everyone will be careful with fast corrections.

Do not bother people that have those kind of expectations are not being rational at all, we all can recognize that litecoin is a good coin, with a good development team and a numerous user base, that should be enough for litecoin to go up in value in the future, but anyone expecting 2000% at the end of the year is simply not looking at the same market as we are, maybe that was possible many years ago but today litecoin will be lucky to go up 200%.

A lot of people trust in Litecoin. A lot of people have Litecoin in their portfolios. And a lot of people are also using Litecoin. I think it's almost imposibble since litecoin isn't have upcoming events this year. Also aiming for 1k is too much since the price is just around 50-60USD right now. I think it will reach 1k when bitcoin price is more than 50k. Litecoin is great, i usually use it for transaction between exchange due to low fee and fast transaction speed but people are not buying it for investment, some just for daytrading or for transaction between exchange purpose like what i do.

don't be too optimistic like that (litecoin at 1000$) ;D, now it's still in a bearish condition. Until the end of 2019 I think the price of Litecoin will only reach the highest position at 80$ (still far from 1000$).

Who knows, there would be an outbreak this year which could eventually trigger the price movements of litecoins together with other altcoins. Don't just stop and limit your imagination, and as long as there's fluctuating movements the resistance can be overcome when there's another surges. Although we're far from reality, let's be more positive rather than troubled.
