     I am selling one of two, of my BTC Mining Farms that are within one mile of each other. I'm not getting out of mining. I am expanding into another geographical location also close by, and need to cut down one site.

As I am still actively involved in the area I'd like to offer two possible Purchase scenarios for this operation.

1) Asking Price $290,000.00

Total Purchase. Buyer takes complete control of business. Current owner has no involvement after deal has closed.

2) Asking Price $325,000.00

Buyer can purchase the business and own/manage with minimal involvement. Current owner will oversee and manage local needs such as maintenance, upkeep and problem response on the site. I have a time tested support team in the area including Master Electricians and Network Professionals.

There are several other advantages available to the buyer of this site. I am expanding to larger capacity and with each step up in size I have access to cheaper and cheaper power rates. The expansion capacity is also quite large so growing your business would not be a problem. I am also seeking investors to participate in my next 20MW expansion. Minimum $100,000.00 investment.

truth - I am learning all types of new skills just trying to get permits which so far have all been denied lol the only thing I have so far is the land.

I've added the 300 S9's as part of the existing offering and price to sweeten the deal.

I'm actually in Houston. It runs smoothly for the most part and it's an 8 hour drive for me. I get there basically as needed or about once every 2 weeks on average.

Thanks! Had it sold once and the buyer flaked out. People are concerned at the inability to scale it out. For this reason I may just list my other location at the same rate and 4 MW capacity. Keep this one.
