Total Purchase. Buyer takes complete control of business. Current owner has no involvement after deal has closed.
2) Asking Price $325,000.00
Buyer can purchase the business and own/manage with minimal involvement. Current owner will oversee and manage local needs such as maintenance, upkeep and problem response on the site. I have a time tested support team in the area including Master Electricians and Network Professionals.
There are several other advantages available to the buyer of this site. I am expanding to larger capacity and with each step up in size I have access to cheaper and cheaper power rates.
