When i search i found ICO projects with very good rating, this rating posted buy ICO rating websites, how this rating works, websites did not mention about the factors use to rate this projects.

They are mostly paid, so do not pay attention to ratings. In general all rating websites are paid, so you can create whatever rating you wish, if you have enough money. Do your own research and do not trust such websites.

Rating websites do take money from developers to rate up their projects, its not a reliable way of knowing solid projects if you ask me, most times they are so misleading, do better research instead on relying on rating websites

Yes mostly are, this rating can change at any time. I have encountered a few projects that were rated as 5 stars but after the project failed to meet up their softcap or proven as a scam project, the rating went back to 3 or 2 stars. Some raters on rating websites are charging for money if your project wants to get rated as a good project, not only that you can request the context that will be posted on review too.

This mean this rating websites changes the rating whatever they want, but way it is popular ?

Some rating sites are simply own by a bounty hunter, I don't know yet the owner of ICO rating but most rating sites are paid or only few people give rates and we wonder if they really do check it or find some analysis that will determine certain factors. Better do our own research so we will not regret in the end. I only used ICO rating before for checking of new projects to search if they have bounties, but now I don't visit the site anymore.

Yes they are, unless someone intervened in giving an honest review about the ratings that affects the review and can not be changed as their wish. They did something shady in the back but it does not mean they are completely useless because on their exchanges we can gather information regarding the project or important links about the project without searching it. And we can find the detail about their tokenization on their exchanges too, this is why it is very popular. This is a good place to get information regarding the project you are looking for, of course besides the rating.

its time for us to forget review from any site.they just review based on money that they received.analisys not be subjective again based on quality.the only way was we should to improve our own  knowledge that maybe will be more accurate and  profitable for us.we've see many projects that its quality not suitable with its rating on site,

There are some websites that are just promoting their coins with this kind of technique so mostly I dont believe on unknown websites ratings, there are also a legitimate ratings those on the trusted websites.

Some of this rating websites charge more than 1 BTC, for just listing you and give you good rating, do not trust any ICO rating websites, all looking for money, all do business and make profit.

Probably, because some of the ICOs project having a good ratings till failed. There are many factors why a project failed, according to study  I read, almost  80% of projects failed. When value suddenly drops means there is someone dump their holding, and what happens next is domino effect until it cannot recover or developer abandon the project.

Don't believe in ICO ratings because they can only be based on what they see and don't have enough analysis on whether or not they are true.

Most of the scam campaigns I have been involved with have raised that they have high ratings, but have also become scams in the middle of the campaign or if they have reached their target price they suddenly become inactive. So don't rely on this website, much better if we analyze the campaign we want to join.

The rating are simply votes of the viewers of that particular websites which means rating sites are based on the opinion of the majority on which project they think is having huge potential. But it won't change the fact that those ratings are only assumptions, therefore, not having assurance. Things could possibly go the exact opposite knowing the market is quite unstable nowadays.

I don't trust ICO devices anymore. I don't think it's accurate like ICObench, ICO rating, ICO Holder. They just add warning as they like. In fact, I often see in ICObench there are projects that reach the target funding but the project is not successful, so from there I do not trust anymore.

At present many ICO projects fail but I am sure you will find the best ICO project.

They will not put the quality on how they rate an ICO project. If they will put there how much they got from the team then it will a mess for them.
ICO rating websites are not trustable now as they are not the ones like 2017. they are into money now and most of them are paid.
The more they get from the team (payment) the better the ratings they will give!

ico site review has different view with our analisys.they just look from site, whitepaper and team.but they forget some important thing that usually be the success.bounty hunter in my opinion has better analisys based on their experience.many developers team left their projects when already collect money and listing token in shit exchanges.

Personally I don't trust this rating site most of them are paid or have fake ratings. They usually hire some people to give them 5 stars and good reviews, of course, they will pay for that so the quality of these ratings is not accurate or false ratings. It always better to review and rate it for yourself. I usually look for team profiles if not fake, project uniqueness, real partnerships. etc.

I don't trust any ratings online anymore. Most of them are paid and not real.

What I'm looking in an ICO is see MVP, live and working product. Something that could really make a change. Not just empty words with fancy pictures.

Yeah most of the rating is fake. Project team pay some money to achieve good rating. I saw few people working on this area.if you search there you will find that top rated ico turned to scam. So don’t believe in rating. Better to find out good ico or ieo project yourself.or there is high possibility to scam or you may loss your money.And i don’t believe in rating now.   

Just like you that rating or whatever it is now no longer a concern. people can already observe that ratings can actually be bought and can also be manipulated. when things happen like this do we still believe in rating? It's natural for them to pay websites for fake ratings, it has been done by so many projects even before.

It has never been accurate, ico ratings are just for a display to deceive investors and attract them to invest in a project.
Ico ratings have been trusted before, but ever since that even scam campaigns are being advertised, it is not good to trust their ratings anymore.

Yes to boost up their appearance. Usually those who lack in experience and new comers are just looking for trust rating platforms whenever they are about to make a decision. But definitely those platforms are just a business and no way an independent one. It is very dangerous to make a decision from a controlled trust rating platforms. It is still safe if you had your own research towards the project, and make an independent decision.

yes a ranting site cannot be trusted completely in the rating given. the best is that you have to do your own research so that you understand the techniques when doing research and also the projects that you research. but the ability of research for new investors may still be a little ability and therefore new investors still think that ratings are pure results from a site's research

Indeed, because its actually every individuals responsibility to have do research when it comes to the legitimacy of the project.
Using ICO ratings as a reference won't help since they are just being paid to promote a certain project without knowing if this is legit or not.

Don't depend on ICObench, ICOrating and etc. Most of them are paid sites in which they will rate the ICO on a higher rate and then it will just bait investors to invest in ICO. Most of these people that pays ICO rating sites to boost their project most likely ending up as a scam. Because if your project is true, there's no need for you to bribe ICO rating sites just for you to boost your project.

TBH, I think gone are the days that ICO's with good ratings can influence a crypto investor's perception towards a particular project and this is evident from the ICO failures and the market slump of 2018 until now! I understand there were so many projects that conducted ICO's were either an exit scam or have become disabled for many unknown reasons - leaving the crypto-community in total disappointment and disbelief! Now this problem has become more compounded because most or if not all, these ICO ratings sites don't have credibility and will give good ratings to projects in exchange for monetary considerations which put crypto investing in a very bad light.

But now, I guess there have been lessons learned and experiences gained  by these incidents and so far I think it will be harder for any ICO's to convince the community to support the project even if we assume that project core team are developing it in good faith! THB, the community, except for those scumbags are altogether sick and tired of this frauds and are finding ways to change the system!

Lastly, before we try to partake in any crytpo project, we just make sure to conduct a due diligence first and always be vigilant and suspicious as much as possible. Imho.

Rating sites like ICObench, kickico etc. all use different parameters in rating ICOs but the general ones that i know is that, they look at some of the parameters below:
1. The experience of the team members
2. the feasibility of the project's use case
3. The token economics
4. Established partnership with relevant companies
5. Any developed product already working
  
This together with other intricate details are what some of these ICO ratings consider when rating crypto projects.

Stay alert, unscrupulous scams always provide information with lure that is profitable but for clarity of the project or the team is not convincing, and ends with a scam. Stay alert and always do research

A rating site is a marketing place for a new project that wants to get interest from potential investors and it's definitely not free or paid. All analyzes and reviews on rating sites are not objective and often do not correspond to facts. I think it's good for you to be more active in discussions here or also in your local community to get the best project.

most of it is only predictive and not really real. because the website is paid for by the ICO project and others. so my advice if you are an investor or just a bounty hunter do your own research / analysis. discuss if you have a community in your area, because that is quite helpful.

If ICO has a good rating it is a good sign, but that is not all, I have seen many ICOs that scammed people even they had 5.0 rating on ICOBench. Some people even think that they are buying good rating on such sites to attract more investors, be careful and always do your own research.

At least we can use those websites as a reference but we can't rely on them.

You should check the project individaully and not to base on a websites ratings. There are many project before that  pay any amount just to increase thier ratings.  This ratings can help them to make more investors so project owner  wont hesitate to pay for it.

Definitely yes, it also involves money. Some websites are faking ICO ratings in exchange for a certain payment to attract more investors. We shouldn't trust even reviews because these things could be manipulated and might being control of either bounty hunters or the developers. Do your own research and analysis but don't be deceived by fake information.

The ICO rating companies are already tarnished and not a credible reference in choosing the right project. I think these companies should also undergo government regulations because we don't know who these people are, some of them might portray experts in the field but without a single diploma to show. The best rating site that I can recommend so far is this forum itself.  

These parameters are often manipulated because it has become a public secret if most of the ico rating websites receive payment to promote a project well. There is even one project that gets an almost perfect assessment but it turns out the development team is fake (using someone else's profile and edited in such a way). In my opinion, it is more effective to assess the quality of a project than the discussion process with several members here, there are many who are open, and are happy to provide information if there are projects that indicate scams in here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0).

In my own point of view, the reason why ICO projects have very good rating because some of them are paid for advertising or promoting those projects, which i suggest don't be fooled by those ratings because you might get scammed. Some comments and ratings in this forum are also not legitimate because they are also paid especially for low rank members, that is why you should only depend on members that has high rank because some of their comments are very informative and useful.

Right now, you cannot fully trust the platforms that gives a rating as most of them are giving a rating base on how much you are going to pay for your ratings. Everything can be bought right now so we cannot fully trust the websites that gives a ratings to any projects.

Genuine ratings will be base from their websites security,product,team,roadmap,whitepaper,softcap,hardcap,total supply and etc.

In my opinion, ICO and IEO ratings are important things to know. Even though the rank given is high, it still cannot guarantee success. The quality of ICO and IEO will be obtained through the presentation of the project development team on the website and whitepaper. ICO ratings can only be used as a comparison as well as additional information to start investing. This website is paid for and ICO and IEO ratings can still be manipulated through the rankings given by experts. So what investors have to do to find out which projects are legitimate is to analyze the project itself.

Stay away from rating websites because they are misleading, websites like icobench, icodrops etc fooled me in the past and i don't belief in them anymore, for example miracle tele project is scam and icobench rated them 4.3

Yes, ico rating sites were just being paid by projects to give them good ratings and promote them to investors in the market. It's no wonder because they only did it because of their business. Trusting ico ratings is not sufficient anymore, we all have to make our own research to avoid projects with an intention to scam their investors and its whole community.

Don't believe all the crap about ranking for ICO.
This is really not an ICO success factor, ranks can be bought if the project has people. I am sure that many people here say the same thing about judging ICO ratings.

Some of them do mention the factors considered during the rating but still most of them are biased ones.
Almost all of the ICO rating sites are found to be taking money from projects to give them a higher rating regardless of their nature and status.
ICO rating sites has created more confusion than solutions for the ever confusing ICO markets.

There was a thread about ICO bench in the late 2018 which I think some of the advisors there were involve in this rating and they were paid to give ratings. I believe some of them are asking 3ETH  for reviewing and then giving rates. Really interesting how they can get money from teams just by having a website like of the ICO ratings.

Now that ICO has died down, which is why you can't find any good ICO projects with ratings. ICO ratings aren't real anyway. Those advisors could also find their way to IEO and ask money from the team again.

as far as I know about ICO ranking on the ICO website, that does not guarantee the success of the project. it only shows some of the information contained in the whitepaper. in addition, they also sometimes only explain how clear, or complete the project is. Well, from my experience, don't choose a project just because you see the high rating. in fact some of these sites have different values.

Projects with good rating on rating websites are mostly bullshit, they are paid by project developers to rate up the projects to attract investors like you, if you invest a penny on them you will lose your money very fast, no matter how good a project seem to be always do research on them

Agreed, almost all ratings sites are just getting paid to give you high ratings even though they did not study the project properly and because of them a lot of new crypto investor mislead to a crappy project. even the so-called ICO experts who give ratings and positive feedback can be bought so never rely your judgement on the ICO ratings.

Institutions that are not transparent do raise many questions about how they can pay for operational needs of the company. the reality of bribery has indeed been revealed, but when the momentum was there, ico was no longer noticed by many people due to fraud that was so systematic

My research always comes first, even if the project is been rated 5/5 or 10/10 on rating websites i will still do my normal research on the projects, ICOBENCH is good because they allow external developers to rate projects too so you can read every thing these people are saying about the project, honestly the reviews aren't bad

Don't easily trust ratings, most of them give high ratings because they have already been paid to put the project on their site. But to find information about the project, the rating site is very useful. Trust your analysis to dig up information and determine project rating with your analysis.

Believe it is okay, but do not believe it completely. ICO ranking can be used as a reference to find new projects and you yourself are very right to analyze it and give a rating. If you think it's good, then determine also not to invest in the ICO project.

Obviously those ratings were paid. And are you still investing to ICOs? the days are now dead for that investment scheme so you shouldn't bet your money with those projects anymore. It's been known for a while that many ICO are dead and scam.

I don't know how much they paid for each of those reviews that's why when you have read a very good review, it doesn't mean that the project itself is really like that.

Same thought about the ICO reviews on ICO review websites, Most of them are paid as far as I know. It is based according to the threads and articles that I have read. It's also true that ICO today are not on the trend like the old times theirs a new way of investing in altcoins, IEO is far way better than ICO, Partnering on a exchange before launching a project can gain a trust from investor not worrying the exchange that they will trade after they got the coins from the crowdsale.

   I participated in VTOS bounty last year. That bounty had good rating on ICObench
and other rating sites. Somewhere at the end of bounty they just disappeared, their Twitter account is still there, like their other accounts, but without any activities for almost a year. 
   After that I learned to not trust this sites, in a hard way. I agree that IEO's are much
safer for investors and for bounty hunters. At least they can't start IEO if exchange team
doesn't check them.

Please do not base your ico investment decisions on ico rating websites, you need to do your own thorough research and analysis about each project you are looking to invest and make your own decision to invest if it satisfies your due diligence in all the aspects.

Rating may give us a quick backround of the project but it doesn't mean that it is really good. I totally agree with most statements in here that mostly those who reviewed it are paid. We don't have any evidences though but it is still better if you will do your own research about it. Again, reviews MAY help but no guaranteed.

Forget this rating websites, focus on IEO, all rating website is untrusted and list high rating according to project payment.

Good observation. Well some of us know they are paid ratings. Although you can take a decent opinion from ICOdrops. They seems to have dominated the reviews space because of the fact that over 60 percent projects featured there do raise huge money at ICO. Nevertheless, the onus remains on you to make your researches before any investment. Only you can protect yourself

If that was already created by a crap icorating website and it must not be trusted, it's better for you to stay away from there. What already used by that exchange to determine the rating based on how much money already paid by the project. Not all of the projects are doing shit like this but almost all of the project paid the crap icorating website to give a fake rating.

Paying attention to ICO rating sites can be misleading. At a point, I thought people were no more following ICO listing sites and that they do not trust then again. Once they get paid, so many factors are left out. So get more they are paid, the higher the rating.

The research we have to do is indeed in its own way. Rating on some of these websites should not be made as a benchmark for us to be brave in investing. because that isn't right either. the most certain is when we invest in research that we have done ourselves. use the rating website as a preference

Why don't we just instead rate these projects ourselves? I think it would be ideal if assess them ourselves in order to get to know the project's fundamentals first hand and not just rely on some scrappy rating sites that has been conning us ever since. As everyone is saying, don't rely on those ratings. Most of them are paid ones. If you are serious in investing your money to some of them, you should do your own research. Don't just rely on higher ratings. Check the feasibility of their project and when will they deliver their goals. Sometimes the timeframe is very important in considering a specific project.

Everything can be tricked. Yes one of them by paying enough money to the rating site. Don't trust the site too much. Because 2 years ago that's what I did, I trusted the web review and rating provider to take the ICO, and in the end the coins were not as good as what was written on the site. Finally, only losses that hit me. It's better to review for yourself what projects you are interested in.

yes, indeed there have been a lot of cheating by paying on ICO rating service providers, as a result the projects that are not of high quality have high ratings, and the ones who suffer losses are investors,

How many score trusted on ICO rating is not become guarantee for ICO will success at the future with sold out and have higher price after listing, many ICO have higher trusted rating on ICO website but they failed after lsiting on exchange market, depend how developer want to listed their coin with big exchange market, without want to try listing on big exchange ICOs coin will failed.

Yes indeed, I think also still not enough to give reasons for each of these ratings. For reasons that could have been made up, but when they were executed, they were too slow and ignore the roadmap for various reasons. In the end, investors are the victims of all this. The rating provider doesn't care anything when it's paid.

For me personally I will not look on the ratings given by any ICO rating sites since they can be paid just to give a high ratings to certain ICO company who want to list.

And there are so many scams before even by now who get a high ratings so best to check the whole transparency of the project before going on it or much better not to look on them anymore since they are all the same and we cannot pick on which of them is best right now.

Honestly, the ICO rating sites are now becoming the same scams as the projects they are giving high ratings to. No need to bring in the ratings ICO projects got from these sites into your decision factors. It will not help you kept away from possibly investing into a scam project.

If possible, do not invest in ICOs anymore. It seems the best crypto projects out there do not have to undergo this fund raising scheme anymore. 

As I have seen in a few, there are several experts on the site, and they are the ones that votes ICOs. They are also often not known people by community. I doubt they are reliable, because a few times I have seen that they have listed scam projects and rated well. I think this is enough evidence to avoid following these sites. Right? Do your own research and never trust anyone else.

Before move to  IEO investment I join with many ICO project have very good rating on website, from icobench, ico rate and many site rating of ICO I check for investing in ICOs project, but when listing of ICO coin price lower than how much price with ICO time, now I can give recommendation for ICO rating site very good or not before you investing with ICOs project.

Analysis is better done privately because if we follow the opinions of people or opinions from the website then we do not know clearly what makes them give good judgment because some projects are very easy to deceive many people with their false data which may be provided by the dev ico

Some project ratings are not true or we can call it fake because projects that has a very good rating that is not neccessary to their do's just paid the developer to rate them high. You can look to the project it self if you wanted to see if it was a good project or not.

many people don't trust ICO anymore. if the ranking of a project has been manipulated, I think this is coordinated fraud. therefore we must become smart investors in order to make a profit in the crypto world. fundraising that they do over time will dim because of their habits that disappoint investors

You have to find your own reason of considering if a project worth the high rating or not, beware of high rated projects because they are more likely to be scam and then use money to bribe rating websites so that people will think they are very good projects, find your own reason in any project before making decision

Yes they are. And that market grow strongly last two years because of the hype of ICOs but later gone because as we can see the death of ICO has come.

Those ICO websites came to review now with IEOs so basically they are doing the same thing. Nothing has changed, there might be some legit reviews but very few and minimal.

Before we trust ICO's in rating sites, try to examine first the rating site itself. In the first place, there's no indication that the ratings they produce have a quality standard. Some times, the creator of the ICO ratings sites, are just those who are creating the projects as well, or else, they are associated with the project. They try to scam bounty hunters and investors but right now, we're already had our experienced how these projects works and we don't have any reason to support them at this time.

I'm somewhat surprised that most members of the community are in unison now in their attitude towards ICO's with good ratings! And why is that? I think its because most of us are in one way or another have become victims of this scam projects doing ICO's with the aid of this ratings sites that we couldn't trust anyone now except ourselves!

I also think most of us had learned a lesson on the previous ICO fiascos which on the brighter side made us more vigilant and aware giving us the edge to avoid these types of projects if we ever we encounter one again.

I think everyone should stop relying on those so called ICO rating website they are just a bunch of paid people a faked so called experts. I remember when i was participating in one of the ICO in 2018 the rating was very good and the remark was being done the KYC of its team member, but suddenly it will become an exit scam ICO after they are collecting the large sum of money. thats why i dont believe those so called ICO rating website anymore. if you want to invest in any project participate instead in IEO it has no guarantee of big profit atleast our funds are safe since the exchange itself was act like a escrow. but just make sure you choose the right exchange.

To me rating don't really matter too much especially coming from this rating sites, i don't know how authentic their ratings are, if they are influence in any way no one can tell, some project with high ratings don't perform according to expectations, some even turned out to be scam even after the rating, so it is not very wise to base investment choice on the ratings from this sites, you might get disappointed, best bet is to conduct several research if you can to determine the legitimacy of the project or just go with your gut feelings.

There are so many ICO projects but there are also a lot of ICO rating websites out there. Most of them are manipulated or "paid" by the owners of the ICO to have good publicity. Instead of looking at those websites, I personally look at the exchange instead and look at the graph of the changes in the price of the ICO. I trust the quantitative stats of the project rather than the qualitative reviews.

Actually i do not believe trust rating so i am believer the successful strong project roadmap. Where they have good activity team with more future development, good partnership and withpaper. Even now if i take IEO then first i want follow exchange, which good exchange they want listing.

but they said exchanges are also sometimes manipulative and faking us  . i dont visit the exchange too much so i definetly go for reviews and user feedbacks on this forum  . ico projects with a verry good rating is worth to try than an ico without rating becuase they have a higher success rate based on my exprerienced  . they have budget to promote it , so they also have the ability to manipulate and pumped it , so you can still expect to earn from them if ever thier hyped was only for temporary purpose  .

Most of the people’s are belongs icobench is the highly trustworthy ICO rating platform. But reality is very different because many fishy projects got 5 star out of 5 this is totally fake feedback it’s not happen in every ICO project. Actually, i don’t believe such a rating because i think own research is main factor to find out promising projects. So, i suggest don’t blindly follow which projects. A lot of ico rating website you can find but most of them are fake or paid trust. Right now you can follow all of the big exchanges IEO projects than you will be get reliable projects for investment.                                     

One of the most valuable lessons I learnt about crypto is to DYOR and if you are deoending centralised ICO rating websites door your research, then you are not fit to invest. It is advisable to check the team, check their level of seriousness and decide for yourself if you want to invest in the project.

There are several ico project out there with very good ratings from these ico rating websites and the truth about it all is that these ico website will never mention the specific criteria upon which they rate these ico projects which makes it more evidently clear that some project pay to be rated higher to attract more investors and traders which is a bad character on part of the ico rating website to deceive the mass out there.

I don't trust different ratings because it doesn't mean anything at all. In addition, it is such an indicator that you can draw whatever you want, if you pay money. I believe that a good project can be found without rating sites.

ICO rating websites provides shitty and biased reviews. You are likely to lose money if you rely on their paid reviews. Yes, paid by the ICO that they are promoting its better to do your own research before investing.

do not trust the ICO web rating too much, there are many ICOs I see with high ratings in the end when entering the market the price falls below the iCO. the possibility of ICO Web rating being paid big by the ICO project in order to raise their ICO rating.

It appears the era of ICOs is fading away gradually as IEO is taking over with its well structured way of performing token sales. Most of the ICOs could buy their ratings from these ICO rating sites which made most of the scam/fake projects joined. This is why in 2018, most of the highly rated ICOs still ended up failing.

Even if the ratings are not paid but genuine ratings, it still adds no significant impact on the success of the project when it is finally launched. Successful token sales doesn't guarantee promising project because i know many projects that were close to their hardcap but still not doing any better on the market due to low value of their tokens.

most of the ratings are biased anyway how can a project have a good rating even before the ICO being held, maybe the ratings site considered the developers and many factors but it's all not the deciding factor as to whether the project will turns out to be a good project or not. These ratings means literally nothing in crypto world. there are plenty of exit scam there that initially having a 5 star rate ICO. People should just make their own analyzation regarding the project and find if there is any suspicion themselves rather than blatantly trusting such sites which usually could be paid by someone.

It is common knowledge that ratings can be bought. Some time ago there was news about investment about a rating website that received payment from a new project so that the project has a good rating and in my opinion it illustrates that there are still prone to new projects for scams

Do not trust with ICO project rating, may possible if ICO have higher rating score on some website, maybe they have working together make ICO website have higher rating score, after investing and listing on exchange market price lower and we lost trusted with ICO rating site, just check how many investor participated before and how much coins sold to public as ICO running.

if you are looking for an ICO that has a good rating then you can try to see websites that can provide ratings on existing ICO, you can look at ICORating, ICOBench and others who have a platform to provide ratings on the ongoing ICO.

ICO's ranking is good for giving confidence to new investors, but I prefer to do personal research on new projects that are implementing ICO and IEO.

Usually, they are only in the value of the project Whitepaper, roadmap and the Team. Although their project is good not necessarily their ICO bestselling.

Indeed, we can see that nowadays there are many websites that give positive ratings on ICO even though we don't know what makes them do so many say that they are all manipulations that they deliberately do to get good ratings..of course this is tantamount to fraud

IEO is the next big thing literally taking over ICO due to ICO's nature of scams and shady principles and it will be a smart move to choose IEO over ICO. As far as the ratings are concerned don't blindly believe it as it's easily tampered and I have heard some of the ranking sites take bribe in order to give higher ratings and I have been part of projects like Chynge, Timebox which had relatively higher ratings but they turned out to be a fead project as it's yet to be launched and just wasted time of investors and bounty hunters.

Every ICO rating website usually has their own parameters which they use when trying to evaluate the project. They don't really explain how this works its just their own opinion.
