If your website does not allow to pay in any crypto, it should not even be on Bitcointalk, honestly. This community is interested in crypto gambling as the name of the forum might suggest. So yeah, you should definitely expand the options and at least allow Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals. I wanted to ask about your KYC policies, I did not see it in the ToS. Is gambling anonymous or not? Under which conditions (if any) do you require the proof of identity?
I also looked at the rules and found out that people who know each other should not be playing at the same table. Why not provide an option of personalized tables where people can play specifically against each other with their friends?

Why should it be taken off if there is only a lack of players? Can't browser players play with mobile players? I think the lack of players is not a reason to taken off your web version. I hope that both the web and mobile versions of the player can be combined in one server so that it is better.

And for languages, I think you can track and analyze the location of your players, so you can choose several countries with the majority of players to be given their local language options. Please hire a transalator to translate it.

Perhaps everything is a trial and error first until they were certain with the amount of players that are interested on their poker platform. Although I agree that some players do tend to find the comfort of playing in desktop computer rather than in their mobile phone.

They can work on the languages later if they gather enough information on which country has the most players they get and I think it is possible to locate them using their apps but of course, there are VPN players that might be difficult to track their location.

You should visit the TOS website, their TOS was not really long to read it was really easy to understand and you don't need to take a long time to get important information since they make a TOS with some point list. Also at the bottom of the TOS can be an F.A.Q information for me.

They don't have many fans in this forum because there we can only use fiat money to play even though they accept cryptocurrency payments. It could also be that the problem of limited introductions in this forum makes this site lonely enthusiasts. I'm not sure this is happened to someone else than me or not but currently i'm unable to access the site and seems my internet provider blocked the site because i think there is nothing wrong with my internet corrections because i can access other casinos instead of this site

I have different Simcard and try to visit the site, one of my sim card provider called "Telkomsel" blocked the site with "Internet Baik (Good Internet)". My other Simcard called three (3) can access the site without a problem.

I believe some ISP Provider blocked the site because gambling activity, try using a VPN to access the site. But i would not recommend play and gambling using a VPN if other players use the same IP & VPN with your VPN IP your account can be blocked because the site will mark your account as "Multiple Account" based TOS from the site we cant register with multiple accounts.

I find it inconvenient to download something to my computer to play any game. Even when downloading the world's most popular games on my laptop, I feel uneasy. Can't we use the website to play poker at this casino? Do we have to download the desktop application first?

Some casino sites that I know also require us to download an application in order to play like SWC poker. On this site, you cannot play using the web and must use the application. If I have to go with anything to gamble, I will choose web-based one as my first priority; then the second and the last is software on mobile devices.

Paypal was not a good option for the payment.

A user can dispute the transaction, that's why PayPal was not a good option for the payment system. I think a cryptocurrency already enough for the deposit/withdrawl system since "Natural8" already accepted more than 20 cryptocurrencies.

I barely use paypal to deposit and withdraw. I have nothing against with it, but if we have bitcoin at first it would be much easier coz it instantly process the transaction, although paypal is safe and secure too especially when it is linked to a bank.

I don't see anything negative with using paypal for payment settlement with gambling. As a matter of fact it offers a two layer security when it is linked. But then again, if the site is accepting cryptocurrency that would be much more easier for the players. Good thing for Natural8, and accepting 20 cryptoccurencies is great giving more option their players.

Much better don't work for PayPal. You would fall in trouble in near future. People are too smart now and your disadvantage will be advantage for them. Those currency available on the website is enough in my opinion. Since lots of crypto currency accepted and gamblers moving on crypto lately so at this point PayPal isn't recommended from me due to many reason. Another most important issue is dispute, everyone know about it and that's the most disadvantage of traditional payment methods.

It still won't work if you uninstall and reinstall it. I once had a problem like that and the cause is on your network where your network provider is blocking this site or this site is blocked in your country. Play using VPN but I don't know if they allow you to play using it.

actually for playing i dont have any issue before because my country not prohibited, but for menu like deposit or withdraw i must using vpn because my network blocking this site.

I don't recommend this, once your country is prohibited from gambling sites dont ever try to bypass such rules. Maybe it will end up soon a big problem once you are detected using PVN.
