I only gave him other options besides using a laptop or PC because he also did not want to just download the file/application and consider it dangerous for his laptop. So I don't think he has a problem with his internet connection. And also playing using a mobile device is even easier but it depends on the device you are using, the specifications must be good.

But I don't like to gamble on a mobile phone. For this, I use a laptop and desktop.

Most of gamblers tend to gamble on mobile phones or tablets but installing a software on computers (laptop or desktop) to gamble is inconvenient - that is what I agreed with you on. Computers are important and lots of private things stored in computers. So at somewhat extent it is a little inconvenient and risky to install software for gambling.

If I have to go with anything to gamble, I will choose web-based one as my first priority; then the second and the last is software on mobile devices.

That is a good move, gamblers are really like a web version than stalling an app. You will probably see the improvement and the number of players who will visit the site. Sometimes some of them are lazy to download the app or maybe low internet connection so that they are much preferred in web versions. I hope the team will consider to bring it back to the web version.

There were some restrictions in obtaining Paypal as one of our deposit and withdrawal options. We are still working on it and also increasing the number of options available in our in-game cashier.

I have faced same problems with registration process and live chat support provided me with new link to register and them verification email reached my inbox.
Also they said if we play with crypto we do not need to submit KYC if we want to withdraw.

I barely use paypal to deposit and withdraw. I have nothing against with it, but if we have bitcoin at first it would be much easier coz it instantly process the transaction, although paypal is safe and secure too especially when it is linked to a bank.

Much better don't work for PayPal. You would fall in trouble in near future. People are too smart now and your disadvantage will be advantage for them. Those currency available on the website is enough in my opinion. Since lots of crypto currency accepted and gamblers moving on crypto lately so at this point PayPal isn't recommended from me due to many reason. Another most important issue is dispute, everyone know about it and that's the most disadvantage of traditional payment methods.

I don't want to link my personal information in any gambling platforms when it comes to the payment system, that's the reason why I didn't use any payment processor that involves personal details(like Paypal you've said). I preferred to use cryptocurrencies and there are 20 selected cryptocurrencies. But I'm just curious, can I use other wallets aside from the CoinsPayments wallet? Because it was stated here.
