Is there free exchange which is trusted and can list new tokens for free?

There are some (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5079048.0;topicseen), yes but that doesn't mean that you will automatically get listed after submitting your application. You usually have to meet certain requirements set by the exchange (user base, the team behind the project, clean code, etc.). If it's a ERC20 token, then you should try with these DEXes (https://coinsutra.com/best-decentralized-exchanges-dex/) and Forkdelta.

Decentralized EXchange is what you are looking for. But don't expect too much liquidity compared to centralized exchange that asking for huge fee. The fee that you paid will be used to pay market makers to trade on there exchange using your coin.

Binance claim that they have no listing fee but it's totally BS. You will never find a trusted exchange that has no listing in all the current exchange available. All exchange offering listing fee is SCAM or has Zero traders on it.
Your chance to get free listing is to win the voting competition of the exchange which is very hard since other project are paying people just to vote for there token. You really need money to list your token in a trusted exchange. That's the sad reality on crypto world.

Just like @OmegaStarScream have stated, peruse that link and you might find one that fits into the profile you wanted. But the ''free'' will come with a cost which might necessarily be parting away with fees. Just be ready to comply to the list of things they might require you to do which might not be so for those who are willing to pay certain fee for listing. Some conditions might be that some of your coins must be held in escrow not to be in the market while others might put some stringent conditions that you might risk delisting should the volume on your coins fall below certain range.

Last time I checked the decentralized bisq exchange had no fee for listing coins. All you had to do was edit your github according to their guidelines. It's not a super big exchange but it's somewhat popular so I think it's worth a shot.

Most of the exchanges which they written the listing is free, they asked fees, i think they trick the investors, actually i am talking about the famous exchanges like Binance.

Popular exchanges like Binance is not accepting any coins for free, listing a coin will need payment, and it is out of your option if you are actually looking for a free listing. It is also known to everyone that listing coins in popular exchange is expensive.

Binance, Okex, Huobi and many famous name exchange are doing that kind of trick. They claiming they have no fee but you will pay a tremendous fee monthly.

They didn't trick investors but project that listed on there exchange. Investors is just enjoying the benefits of listing the tokens their holding which will give a huge price boost on it.



Forkdelta is DEX and yes it's safe to use.

Free and trusted are two words that generally do not go together. However since the crypto markets are still new and many people want to become a part of it, we have some of these "freebies" to attract new registrations. DEX like others said, list coins as soon as tokens are unlocked and for free like etherdelta and forkdelta.

However if you are looking for trusted exchange and they list for free, you should not go for a CEX. They will all ask for some amount of listing fees. Often they are pretty big, which Binance suffered from a few months back, getting a backlash from userbases.
