Most of the exchanges which they written the listing is free, they asked fees, i think they trick the investors, actually i am talking about the famous exchanges like Binance.
Binance, Okex, Huobi and many famous name exchange are doing that kind of trick. They claiming they have no fee but you will pay a tremendous fee monthly.
They didn't trick investors but project that listed on there exchange. Investors is just enjoying the benefits of listing the tokens their holding which will give a huge price boost on it.
Decentralized EXchange is what you are looking for. But don't expect too much liquidity compared to centralized exchange that asking for huge fee. The fee that you paid will be used to pay market makers to trade on there exchange using your coin.
