If you are paying in your own token then this should not be in the Services section and you need to move your thread to the Altcoin boards.
In the services section the payment method is Bitcoin. Alternatively you can pay your workers in Bitcoin and keep the thread here otherwise it will probably be moved or deleted by the admins. 

Experts will not take a token payment for there services instead they surely want any good crypto's like BTC and ETH or other which is listed on exchange and for sure the one who will accept that offers are those newbies who are building up there portfolios for the kind of job description so think for it nicely since if you get those unexperience guys for sure your project will be a total bluff.

So you plan on paying those possible crypto marketers with a utility token? It doesn't sound like a good deal to me.
I mean, If I were to allocate some of my time helping you and promoting your website, I would certainly want to get paid for it. Maybe not in fiat but even some of the popular cryptocurrencies would do; BTC/ETH.
I don't think anybody here would be willing to work their ass off in exchange for a couple of no-value tokens especially if there's no guarantee that these tokens would even be listed on a decent cryptocurrency exchange in the near future. You might want to reconsider your approach here.

That token would be that marscoin which is base on your username and the telegram group you have, right? I reckon what julerz suggested that you should avail to pay BTC or ETH or other popular coins/tokens that are tradable on the market.

No one will work for you if your coin isn't even tradable and has no value at the moment.

i'm afraid you are going to get that "Expert Crypto Marketers" who will accept your no value token ,maybe better ask for those newbie or "wannabe" marketers so may be willing to take that utility tokens offered by your team.
or better pay for Popular crypto like BTC or ETH like what julerz12 say as he is a trusted Bounty Manager and a expert on this field .

have you received any inquiries?i'm sure nothing right?because no one will take this offer until you change the payment in any reputable cryptocurrencies.people now are tired in expecting something from the ICO tokens because there are tons of scams happen before and until now so if you want a good partnership then make the payment useful .

I get that you are paying with your own altcoin. That is not really bad. But it is made worse by the fact that your token is not yet on exchange. That makes everything in your offer not interesting. I don't necessarily agree with everyone saying that you will have to pay in BTC or other major existing altcoin but at least your altcoin payment must be on good exchanges already and with a good volume.

Since you will pay in token, I will suggest you not to find experts but find those few people who are willing to work hard for your project and highly believe that your project will be successful in the future.

I guess you'll hard to find someone who accept your offer, the problem is one you pay with your own token and hasn't listed on the exchange yet also you try to find an expert.

Maybe you have to pay them with bitcoin/another altcoin who have listed on the exchange in half and then you can pay them with your own token.

This thing will be seen by another member that you have money and your intention is really legit. It seems a bit hars, but you will be realize that you will find many member here who got bad experience when they try to promote new project.

Finding an expert but they do not want to use any money for that lols, what would we expect from the project will you make if you cant even have money to start your project. Since they are expert i dont think someone will accept your offer unless they are not really an expert but only a self proclaim expert.  :)

If you are looking for real experts, then you should present your offer a little bit more serious. I understand that rates will be negotiable, but you should provide details of the project so that interested people can at least assess its chances of success.
You should also present what this person's work will be about. Does it concern social media, blog, forum or maybe some other form.

It doesn't belong there, as the title says, the payment will be made in their token and that section only allows services that pays in bitcoin. If it will be moved there, this thread will be returned back to this section or gets deleted.

Im afraid that you cant get any advertisers on this one yet this is no different with common projects that do have bounties paying up into their own token.
Even you'll do say that this one is a utility token it wont able to spark out advertisers interest.Unless if you do pay up like BTC or ETH then you might get
some numbers but for token payment? These options are only good who do love to waste their time into projects which doesnt have an assurance for their
tokens to have some value.

You could at least give some information about the project we are supposed to advertise, and the specs on the bounty in the public so we can at least have something in writing.

It'll be good if you can created your own announcement thread revealing vast information regarding your project. Alongside you can start a bounty program that pay iin terms of your utility tokens. No one is gonna contact you to promote your project, if you pay in terms of bitcoin or in some other altcoins that have got listed to the exchanges having good volume you'll be contacted by more users.

It is also strange that it is not on exchange. If it is a utility token, then I see no problem that it will be used on the website and traded on the exchange.

@OP - How do you want to calculate its value and the value of our work if you cannot determine the value of the token?

They will probably calculate the price base on this page. Its really hard to tell whether the token will have its good value whenever it got listed in the exchange. If it does have then you got lucky. But you best believe it won't have if you don't wanna risk spending time promoting them while you are not really earning thru it.

I don't think this is the project. Mars that you mentioned and is on Coinmarketcap is from 2014 and doesn't seem to be being developed anymore.

It is not the right way to hunt the legendary members for your bounty campaign. If you just write the the perfect signature code with instruction under your body campaign for signature campaign.
users who want to participate in your campaign will reach you for sure and they will apply there.

I think for the good appeal in your project from Sr. member to Legendary rank might give a better result but I suggest to create a thread regarding this, OP said is paying token and I think bounty altcoins is the appropriate board to post. Then thats the time you do seek out people and much more better on setting a bounty yet you're paying with Tokens.Dont focus on Legendary members yet even lower ranks can do the job.
