Experts will not take a token payment for there services instead they surely want any good crypto's like BTC and ETH or other which is listed on exchange and for sure the one who will accept that offers are those newbies who are building up there portfolios for the kind of job description so think for it nicely since if you get those unexperience guys for sure your project will be a total bluff.

So you plan on paying those possible crypto marketers with a utility token? It doesn't sound like a good deal to me.
I mean, If I were to allocate some of my time helping you and promoting your website, I would certainly want to get paid for it. Maybe not in fiat but even some of the popular cryptocurrencies would do; BTC/ETH.
I don't think anybody here would be willing to work their ass off in exchange for a couple of no-value tokens especially if there's no guarantee that these tokens would even be listed on a decent cryptocurrency exchange in the near future. You might want to reconsider your approach here.

I get that you are paying with your own altcoin. That is not really bad. But it is made worse by the fact that your token is not yet on exchange. That makes everything in your offer not interesting. I don't necessarily agree with everyone saying that you will have to pay in BTC or other major existing altcoin but at least your altcoin payment must be on good exchanges already and with a good volume.

I guess you'll hard to find someone who accept your offer, the problem is one you pay with your own token and hasn't listed on the exchange yet also you try to find an expert.

Maybe you have to pay them with bitcoin/another altcoin who have listed on the exchange in half and then you can pay them with your own token.

This thing will be seen by another member that you have money and your intention is really legit. It seems a bit hars, but you will be realize that you will find many member here who got bad experience when they try to promote new project.

If you are looking for real experts, then you should present your offer a little bit more serious. I understand that rates will be negotiable, but you should provide details of the project so that interested people can at least assess its chances of success.
You should also present what this person's work will be about. Does it concern social media, blog, forum or maybe some other form.

Im afraid that you cant get any advertisers on this one yet this is no different with common projects that do have bounties paying up into their own token.
Even you'll do say that this one is a utility token it wont able to spark out advertisers interest.Unless if you do pay up like BTC or ETH then you might get
some numbers but for token payment? These options are only good who do love to waste their time into projects which doesnt have an assurance for their

It'll be good if you can created your own announcement thread revealing vast information regarding your project. Alongside you can start a bounty program that pay iin terms of your utility tokens. No one is gonna contact you to promote your project, if you pay in terms of bitcoin or in some other altcoins that have got listed to the exchanges having good volume you'll be contacted by more users.

They will probably calculate the price base on this page. Its really hard to tell whether the token will have its good value whenever it got listed in the exchange. If it does have then you got lucky. But you best believe it won't have if you don't wanna risk spending time promoting them while you are not really earning thru it.

I don't think this is the project. Mars that you mentioned and is on Coinmarketcap is from 2014 and doesn't seem to be being developed anymore.
