Your title is really misleading. It is like the title of many posts and articles online that are nothing but mere click baits. $1,000 in four weeks is attractive but it looks very difficult to earn. And in your post, it can be earned by doing a lot. It is not easy money as you say it is. You are even computing it with the assumption that you will be referring hundreds of people a month. I don't think that it will be easy to refer to 600 people in a month because I think people are being careful with a new project which gives the reward.
