I am waiting with bitcoin halving moment can make bitcoin wake up to higher price or not, I know without looking bitcoin back to higher price above $20,000 impossible we can see altcoin keep touch with higher price. Now always pray with bitcoin can back to higher price first before altcoin keep stable with on the top until the end of 2020.

We all can only predict we can't be certain for sure what will happen in this space. Everyone looked up to the anonymous speculations of price when it didn't hold in October, I greatly affected the price of tokens. Its all speculations for now.

Why not? Again and again, everything will depend on those prices for Bitcoin that we will see by the end of the year, more precisely on what will happen to Bitcoin throughout 2020.

I dont think that the whole world will accept bitcoin as the international currency because of ots volatility that may lead to economical problems. Its been a long time since bitcoin has been made but there are still more countries that is still ignorant when it comes to cryptocurrency because there are also a lot of people who are not inn favor of cryptocurrency and continuesly discouraging people to join crypto world due to its disadvantages.

I think altcoin will grow and investors will have good profit when buying altcoin. But do not too hope that altcoin will grow x20 or x50 like 2017 because people have more knowledge and skill to decide value of a coin. The most important things in crypto is technology and any project can do this excellent then that coin may have good chance to grow high.

Yes I am been hopeful that 2020 wi make a great year for altcoins. A lot of these altcoins are currently doing well. Even dead altcoins already rising. Its surprising though, but this makes me more hopeful that 2020 is the year of altcoin. And I think the best time to buy and hold. Buy potentials coins and hold for profits.

Market will have positive impact with halving. There will be no immediate impact but market will react eventually. If everything goes well BTC may climb upto 15 to 20k. So ultimately whole crypto market will go north. But anything may happen. We will think positively, thats it

The simplest answer is that if BTC goes up by a lot like near the ATH of 20000 altcoin s will also pump and get close to their highs. Wait and see what Bitcoin does. It dictates the pace.

It is possible but do not have unrealistic expectations. Cryptocurrencies fluctuate too often and one single factor in the market can change everything. If the prices is consequently increasing, expect that the prices will go down also. And after that, another cycle of price recovery and pump.

Yes like $1 can become $50 beating its ATH early 2018. That seem realistic since I saw it happen.  Alt means alternative to BTC such as ETH which its price spiked up to $1400. It does look realistic to me. BTC and accepted in many countries and it has proven to be a good way to store wealth in times of crisis and when BTC moons, all else moon.

Why not, but we can't predict the future and crypto is volatile so no know can know which altcoin will have a good price or higher than now at the end of 2020, but possible if we have enough people interested in crypto and many companies to accept it as payment we can have a higher price than now.

They're keeping their own prices down by having no utility, no development, no community and no users. Any instrument that is used purely for speculation will eventually crash to nothing. This is exactly what you are seeing with most cryptocurrencies now, since they were pumped to the high heavens from pure speculation in 2017, and now people are realizing they don't deliver.

altcoin prices are good or not honestly no one knows because the market is very fluctuating, we just hope that with many important things happening this year can push up prices for the better.

If seen from history, the price of altcoin will improve if the price of bitcoin is good too. If viewed from the fundamentals, halving bitcoin will happen this year, which we can know that the supply for miners is reduced by half. This can increase the price of bitcoin itself. Some maybe but not all. Dont expect new projects to have a good price especially the market experiencing a bad movement. If bitcoin will go down at the end of 2020, expect altcoin will be affected as well. Especially halving is coming. Yes that would be ideal but not most of altcoins will increase in price. Only the altcoins that have usecase and good team. Investors and holders already learn, they will not buy useless token anymore. They already learn, those token who dont have usecase will turn worthless in the long run.

not all altcoins can be the same. altcoin is currently like an item on the market. but has no other function, other than just to accumulate numbers. if altcoin is accepted in all countries, I think there are only a few. maybe the top 10 of altcoin. and others will die. so, don't think if altcoin is accepted, it will affect all altcoins that are there. the only effect of increasing altcoin globally is from bitcoin.

For me, when all countries allow cryptocurrency or legalize cryptocurrency I think the price of all coins will increase and maybe things that can happen in 2017 will be repeated. But if I see this it is not possible, where all countries legalize cryptocurrency because we know that some countries do not accept cryptocurrency and only a few countries that accept cryptocurrency and also allow transactions using cryptocurrency.

Can you please specify what certain altcoin it is? Looking it generally altcoins doesn't seem to have a one price movement. There were who currently spiking up like even a 1 month ago, and there are who decrease. But one thing I think is for sure to conclude, right now. Once bitcoin hits bullrun the time for altcoin to increase will accompany as well.  

When cryptocurrency goes legal around the world, means people can use it without afraid if get scammed or something that might can harm their investment because government protect them. And not only bitcoin, maybe people will start to know altcoin too, and then good altcoin will attract them and it can make demands.

I am not ignoring Altcoin that has just appeared. But in my opinion Altcoin that will go up is Altcoin which is already popular, for example Ethereum, EOS, Tether, XRP. Why is that? because most of the countries that legalize cryptocurrencies are approving these coins, and campaigning about them, not with the new Altcoin. Well, the question? You might be right, even more so nowadays people only want to see the coins they hold have a great price compared to the function better than coins that have similar products.
but, the reality is that only popular coins can have high pump potential, it is because the development of their team is done continuously. for new coins, I am still considering that, because I am pretty sure that not all new coins will pump. In fact, some coins that have been developed have many problems to date. this year maybe the price of altcoin will be good, but not all altcoin.

No one knows well if what will be the outcome of altcoins this year but almost crypto enthusiast I can see from different platforms bitcointalk, reddit, fb,twitter users opinion hoping that this year will have huge improvement in crypto especially its price to be more positive and most probably more regulations from authority regarding the legality of cryptocurrency this year.  

Good all altcoins season should come by the end of the year. The reason is Ethereum POS. Before end this year Ethereum will stop POW. Any people can't earn any Ethereum, only holders will get rewards. This way Ethereum and altcoins both could pump this year. Bitcoin halving also help there.

The possibility is not certain to the end of the year, but to consider many factors that differs per altcoins. I see, altcoins unlock endless potential to be bullish, and that means, anytime and season, they could achieve bullish trend but should depend on the news concerning that particular altcoins. Although the price of Altcoin  began to improve in early 2020,you should always look at the price movements of Bitcoin because it will correlate directly with the price movements of Altcoin

I think for the time being it will not be much different from 2019 and it is true that you say that expect altcoin to grow x20 and also more like in 2017 I don't think that's possible. For me this year might be a little more profitable than in 2019 and for now what we need to do is how we can at least and can continue to survive in cryptocurrency and continue to look for opportunities to be able to generate profits.

Yes there is no doubt about altcoins having a good looking price if a lot more people will use it for the demands will increase but i think we'll not see it soon for there is still lots of issues that concern others to be involved in cryptpcurrency but lot of people are expecting bitcoin and other altcoins to have higher price later this year because of the halving, bitcoin affect altcoins price so if bitcoin pump this year then so do altcoins.

There must be any change because of halving, either the whales are placing traps and make the price looks like going down or it directly boom to more than 20k. But if the price is still low, one or two year later it will become boom so i started to invest from right now.

It seems to be like that but we don't think that all altcoins will rally once the market turns back high again. A lot of altcoins that are already had been for many years, they'll surely can't make it. If the market just relying on halving, there is no way that these altcoins will make a huge pump. It can move some but not all altcoins do.

If you are asking if the price of Altcoin will go up when cryptocurrency will be legal around the world then I will say a BIG YES! That only proves that crypto was already accepted and embrace by thw whole world. All will be accessible and I think the development and project would be great.

yeah it is very much clear that if the countries accept cryptocurrency then Altcoin will grow up very quickly and by the end of the year their prices will be very high. But coming to the reality i think it very difficult that most of the country will legalize the crypto by the end of this year, however halving is coming maybe it proves very beneficial for altcoin.

It is high time people understand that Altcoins market value will not be as high as they were back in 2017 were most of them were paired with Bitcoin. Agree with you both. when country accept altcoins, it big possible to altcoin increase price, one of reason altcoin increase price is demand so when  high demand of altcoins make altcoins good price. almost country wil accept cryptocurrency but need more time, like old people not accept internet in few years ago and then internet accept all country in the world. i hope it same happen with cryptocurrency

I don’t even think that we need to think so much about the legality of cryptocurrency. Of course, this is very important, but it is more important for us to think about the technical development of the cryptocurrency market. when technologies will be ready for mass use then legality will be achieved and we will see how people around the world use cryptocurrency

but not all countries have agreed to the presence of this cryptoqurrency world, there are still many countries that do not like this. but I think if every country adopts the Blokchain technology and the public enthusiastically welcomes it and the price of bitcoin increases, then it might be able to influence the value of other altcoins as well.

If the price of altcoins will go up then the price of bitcoin must be up. The price of altcoins mostly depends on the price of bitcoin. If bitcoin enjoy more support then it will reflect on the price of altcoins.

You can't just say altcoin and mean every altcoin. You have to pick certain coins that stand out. Not all coins move together price-wise but there certainly is that trend. I do think alts are doing a little better then they were before but people are still afraid to invest it seems since all the scams from before. A coin really needs to stand out to make it. It was almost dead before. I really hope good projects get people involved in more alts and give it a better name then it has. I also hope people wise up against these scams and do not fall for them a second or even third time.

the rise and fall of coin prices depends on the demand and supply in the crypto market. and regulatory issues in each country will certainly have a positive impact on the adoption of crypto in the country itself. but in reality cryptoqurrency has not yet been fully accepted in every country in the world, more countries forbid it than approve it.

Yeah, it could be that if many countries legalized bitcoin, the price of altcoin would go up, it might be like that because in cryptocurrency sometimes there are unexpected and not technically predicted surprises. Ahh, i forget to say about control our emotion. Yes, any strategy will be needed but pick right coin really can bring big affects so we're can get profit or at least not trapped into bad coins. And any strategy we can do to do that.

I do not use any type of analysis in long tern view, I'm a short term trader and my focus is only short term trades and that is why I do not have care in analyzing charts for long term trades. There are only few altcoins in my watchilists and it is Ethereum, Xrp and Litecoin. Those coins are in my portfolio where I trading it daily. There are many opportunities in altcoins that have high volume, just ignore altcoins that have low volume.

I believe that the year 2020 is more promising than previous year. This is owing to the fact that there are several events coming on board this year. why is it not possible if most governments can legalize bitcoin or altcoin then it will affect the market price so that it becomes more valuable. but all of that certainly will not happen in the near future everything needs a process because most governments cannot decide to be able to legalize cryptocurrency just like that

I think bitcoin rise but there are limited altcoin does grow up because for now the ICO doesn't good enough unlike before. Maybe not this year the altcoin do grow but when the bitcoins rise some altcoins do grow up too.

People are working on bringing awareness about the use of Bitcoin and Altcoin’s everywhere, as a result of it, it will be widely applicable throughout the world. The price of Both Bitcoin and Altcoins (Ethereum, Litcoins and Stellar Lumens) will increase as it is increasing with the period of it. We will not find a very high change in the prices, but I have high hopes with halving, that will surely bring considerable increase in the prices of crypto currencies.
