No altcoins price is very low or totally bottom. Bitcoin volume hit top transaction in bear market. For using purpose Bitcoin can't get legal notice all around the world. By the middle or end, there is no contact to come altcoins season. It's depends on develo version of popular blockchain.

Well legalizing cryptos isn't gonna guarantee a sure price increase.
Think of it as like a stream or door.
When the government decides to legalize the crypto to their country, they're pretty much opening the door to the investors. They're not forced to invest but rather it gives them more options/opportunity to invest into it, but in the end, it is up to the investor himself whether he would invest or not.

Legalizing cryptocurrency means that the government will enforce regulations as well. It may help those users who want to invest in ICOs and IEOs, as there have been a lot of scams lately and government regulation would cause a decline in the number of scams perpetrated in this sector. Yes, but not all. Maybe that simple to answer. And our job is pick which one is potentially goes up and which one is bad and we avoid it. Altcoin sometime can give return more than bitcoin give but risk is also high that is why we must be careful when pick it as investment.

investment does have a lot of risk and you have to be able to fight the risk to get a profit but you also have to be able to control your patience because when you are affected and lost control it will make your investment collapse and loss, cryptocurrency is not safe you have to be able to have the courage to fight it.

I do not use any type of analysis in long tern view, I'm a short term trader and my focus is only short term trades and that is why I do not have care in analyzing charts for long term trades. There are only few altcoins in my watchilists and it is Ethereum, Xrp and Litecoin. Those coins are in my portfolio where I trading it daily. There are many opportunities in altcoins that have high volume, just ignore altcoins that have low volume.

Nope, Most of countries is netral to crypto, not ban them. Just a few countries which ban crypto, such as china
but china itself has the biggest mining farm in Bitcoin, so I think it is just a 'lying'
even many countries are positive to crypto development, such as Japan, Malta, Switzerland, etc.

If the price of altcoins will go up then the price of bitcoin must be up. The price of altcoins mostly depends on the price of bitcoin. If bitcoin enjoy more support then it will reflect on the price of altcoins.

I think bitcoin rise but there are limited altcoin does grow up because for now the ICO doesn't good enough unlike before. Maybe not this year the altcoin do grow but when the bitcoins rise some altcoins do grow up too.

People are working on bringing awareness about the use of Bitcoin and Altcoin’s everywhere, as a result of it, it will be widely applicable throughout the world. The price of Both Bitcoin and Altcoins (Ethereum, Litcoins and Stellar Lumens) will increase as it is increasing with the period of it. We will not find a very high change in the prices, but I have high hopes with halving, that will surely bring considerable increase in the prices of crypto currencies.
