Pivx Lite is a pure POS v3.0/masternode coin.
As the name suggests, Pivx Lite is a fork from Pivx but with 4 major differences.  

1. As of this posting (February 3, 2020) there are only 9,468,00 coins in existence.

2. Block reward is only 4 coins in order to maintain low supply of coins.  

3. 70% of the block reward goes to masternodes and 30% to POS.
 
4. Masternode collateral is set at 100,000 coins and are awarded 2.8 coins from a block.
   (as of February 3, 2020 there are only 12 masternodes online)

PIVX LITE was originally launched under the name Quark 2.0 (Qrk2). It was re-branded to PIVX LITE on December 23 2019.

9,321,106 coins were mined (exact amount of Quark 2.0 coins in existence) for a 1 to 1 coin swap with Quark 2.0 holders.  
The Quark 2.0 code base was not compatible with Pivx Lite therefore the new coins needed to be mined on the new Pivx Lite blockchain.

It is an old project, they re-branded it from Quark 2.0 to PIVX Lite. Their pre-mined coins will be used as a swap for Quark 2.0 holders, they pre-mined the same number of coins as Quark 2.0.
I do not think they will do any bounty since all of the pre-mined coins will be used for swap.

after the completion of their swap, what would be in store for this coin? they have put some items on their roadmap to accomplish for this year but nothing in particular that caught my attention that will give them a solid reason to prosper in crypto space. can they attract companies to use the pivx network rather than other network?

It is based on see-saw mechanism in the code take from Pivx code.

Block rewards received by the staker and winning masternode vary based on the amount of coins held for masternodes vs amount of coins available for staking on the network allows for Variable rewards based on needs of the network to keep the network services (Masternodes) and the security of the network (Staking Wallets) evenly distributed. When there are fewer as the number of masternodes rises the portion of the block reward that they earn is reduced, it increases when the number of masternodes declines.

The reward is static in that the winning masternode will always get 2.8 coins and the winning POS staker will get 1.2 coins to = 4 coins per block reward.

Please note new wallets will be released soon, most likely next week.  We will bump to Version 4.1.1 to match current Pivx wallet version.
This is a new minor version release that including various bug fixes and users should also see wallet performance improvements.  There are also updated translations.


THIS IS A MANDATORY UPDATE


This release contains new consensus rules and improvements that are not backwards compatible with the older wallet version 1.0.  Users will need to update their clients before enforcement of this update goes into effect.  This version fixes issue with masternodes going offline.

Update enforcement is currently scheduled to go into effect at the following time:

Mainnet: Saturday, August 1, 2020 9:00:00 PM GMT

Masternodes will need to be restarted once both the masternode daemon and the controller wallet have been upgraded.

Apparently there was a hack of user wallets on Monday June 1, 2020. 

A large amount of coins were allegedly stolen.

Users are asking to roll back the chain to void the transactions and return the coins to the legal owners.

Everything you do on the Internet from Tails goes through the Tor network. Tor encrypts and anonymizes your connection by passing it through 3 relays. Relays are servers operated by different people and organizations around the world.

A single relay never knows both where the encrypted connection is coming from and where it is going to:

The 1st relay only knows where you are coming from but not where you are going to.
This 3rd relay only knows where you are going to but not where you are coming from.
The connection to the final destination is encrypted whenever possible to prevent the 3rd relay from reading its content.
This way, Tor is secure by design even if a few relays are malicious.

What is the point of this pivx fork?
With a lite prefix?
Lite means a light version, but here the collateral for the masternode is increased 10 times.

I will follow the project.

Right, entities committed to supporting Tor by running the relay node, are non-profits. See? And you are a for-profit dude. Wanna a slice of their cake? How about you send profits from selling your coin to MIT, and other altruist organization from your list. Encourage them with money you have made. Keep not a single dollar. Give it away to volunteers with vision to support Tor.

This project is run by a non profit Foundation (like most crypto projects) and has not been financially profitable.

On the other hand it has been VERY PROFITABLE IN OTHER ASPECTS THAT ARE EQUALLY, IF NOT MORE IMPORTANT, for example:

Anonymity

Both Dash and Zcash have the option to remain anonymous but the transaction information can be disclosed by the other party thereby breaking the security feature. The Pivx Dev team has decided to follow the same path.  

Optional privacy can easily be broken at any point in the future and therefore is not really private by nature.  It only has a superficial appeal of privacy.

Pivx Lite with fork to v2.0 soon and implement Zcash security (zk-SNARKS) on the blockchain.  

Shielded addresses will be mandatory for all Pivx Lite transactions, there will be no way to opt-out.

Most of the info are missing. Maybe, you can contact and submit them your necessary info.
Because in cmc, your project is also nowhere to be found.
As I was looking, what markets are you available to trade with?
If you can tell them to add those 2 exchanges, so we know also we are looking at the official PIVXL.
I am familiar with PIVX, as I am staking some of these coins.
But if you are comparing your project with PIVX, you need to have available info in known sites like coingecko.

The altmarket exchange does not helpful to buy PIVX Lite. Spread is huge and volume is almost not existing.

Please tell me if there are other ways (with Escrow) to buy PIVX Lite.

Does the team sell your PIVX nodes in previous week? If you sold them, at which price?

I would like to wait and get your responses with details about non-exchange methods to buy PIVX Lite.

yes there have been off-exchange sales between users of Pivx Lite, however the Dev Team never sold any coins or nodes. 

The sales have all been by individuals.

I am fear of peer to peer trades with strangers. Can the PIVX team make some efforts and ask TradeOgre exchange (https://tradeogre.com/markets) to list the coin?

I feel more safely when I buy coins on exchanges. If volume is low, I will slowly accumulate it rather than take risks with peer to peer trades, especially with strangers.

The TradeOgre exchange seems to have not too strick listing rules so PIVX Lite can try it.

This is great news about the listing on the popular masternode coin exchange.  
The question of liquidity and marketing remains open.  
How about the idea for a signature campaign?  
Or decrease collateral for the masternode?

We (Pivx Lite Foundation) is providing liquidity at the moment and will until the market can sustain itself.

With respect to marketing we certainly have a plan that we will share with community shorty.

Masternode collateral is set very high at 100,000 coins to provide stability to the coin price and as a reward to early adopters. Right now almost 50% of coins are locked in a masternode leaving the balance available for trading. 

Last, we have not considered a Signature Campaign until you mentioned it and we are investigating this possibility now.
