My pick is the first one and I have done it so many times.
Just inserting the bitcoin talk out of nowhere. Informal conversations. Mostly, when my friends are having a drink.
Somehow I can make them intrigued about it and they will really listen.
You can see people who are listening and who are not. I mean, those who don't want to be entertained. They will just walk away.

I don't care though, as long as there is at least one who will be left.  ;D

To be honest, I am useless when we talk about promoting Bitcoin. I could talk to people about it when someone open something related to it. It is like I could push it there sometimes but we usually ends up with the scams that is happening until we just forget all about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and just talk about scams.

That is a great video and also in that way it can help to promote Bitcoin. Let me innumerate it here the list of what are those ways to promote Bitcoin that stated in your video.

Yes, there are a lot of ways to promote Bitcoin but it doesn't mean they will easily learn with it. It will probably take time for them to understand very well how Bitcoin works. Explaining to people about Bitcoin without technical knowledge to understand how it will work is not easy for them to absorb in their minds.

Yeah, he surely got something in making animations, I guess this is a great start in promoting Bitcoin and I think we can all do this in a simple and even with complicated ways as well, I think the ideas are simple inside of each and every one of us but the courage in doing it is the one I think lack the most and in my opinion, writing an article may surely be informative and I think spreading it is simple enough because of technology and I guess the most common application that people are using right now is Youtube you have done a great thing in getting a go in uploading it first hand on youtube.

That would indeed help people get curious about Bitcoin if they haven't yet heard about it. What I am thinking about right now is the adoption of Bitcoin as a currency or as a payment system, and so I think one of the best ways for Bitcoin to get promoted as such is to encourage or suggest that your friends' business, may it be an online store or a physical restaurant or a tattoo shop or a street food cart, to accept Bitcoin as a payment option. Or if possible a sign that says "Prefers Bitcoin payment" or "Offers discount to Bitcoin payment."

I think that most people with a computer have heard at least once in their life about Bitcoin(for the last 10 years).They just don't know how it works,so we should focus on education,rather that just saying "Hey,check out Bitcoin!"

Even, we can promote Bitcoin in the smallest or very simple things such as put a picture or text of Bitcoin on our social media account profiles. Don't worry, it is also possible to attract people to know about Bitcoin. So, no reasons that someone cannot participate in promoting Bitcoin. All people can contribute as long they have the intention to support Bitcoin's existence.

Other simple ways to do:
- Put a picture or text of Bitcoin on our social media account profiles.
- Make clothes with a picture or text about Bitcoin. Commonly, it is applied to t-shirts or jackets.
- Create trinkets themed Bitcoin.        

I did two if these. I've made some memes and talked to my friends and relatives about Bitcoin. I don't know about the first one since Bitcoin memes don't strike me as something universal which people who aren't already into cryptos would get or even notice. As for talking, I managed to introduce Bitcoin to about five people that actually started using it because of me, but they are most likely not into that anymore...
I think that personal promotion cannot do much but the presence of Bitcoin in TV shows can make wide audience somewhat curious about it.

Today one of the best earning is with the use of cryptocurrency and the very popular today that is bitcoin, but we have now a good topic that how can we promote the bitcoin?. There are a lot of things how can we encourage this like having sharing first to the small community like into your home share with your family that you can earn bitcoin and they can too in that we can help each other to make more earnings. Next, share it with your friends so they can now know all about it. And one of the fastest spreading platforms that we can share our thoughts today that is social media many people today uses it to understand what is happening in the world like news, trends and more articles. I don't know why we should promote Bitcoin. How can it help the crypto? Wearing T-shirts with Bitcoin image or posting pictures is useless for building crypto community. 

You don't actually need a video presentation to be able to promote the usage of bitcoin. With just a simple way you can actually endorse it to other people like posting in this kind of forum or trying to talk about in with your friends. In that way, they will realize that the usage of it is good for the economy of our government and other country.

Ways on how to promote bitcoin? There are a lot ways on how we can promote bitcoin or other cryptocurrency in other people. You can promote bitcoin on the very easy way by just using it whenever you are doing a transaction with other people or just simply asking on some stores if they are accepting cryptocurrency as a payment method on buying their products and many more, by just doing that you will be able to get some people who will be more curious on what this bitcoin and cryptocurrency is.

Im not pushing you down or anything, but using your youtube channel as a medium to promote BTC isn't effective enough compared to just wearing a BTC tshirt then going outside.  Let's be honest, those 15 views? Majority if not all actually came from the people who visited your post and opened the vid. That's it. It isn't even promotion at this point. Why? Because people who know it are the only ones who have seen it. A much effective way to promote BTC would probably be posting the vid in facebook, though still not as effective as wearing a BTC themed shirt.

Still, nice vid. Probably create a bitcoin themed game (if you can, or if you can't, ask some programmers for help while you do the UI/front end) and post in in google play store. Probably better.

I think one of the best way that I have been done is the making of a bitcoin arts and selling it into an auction here in the forum especially those paintings that I have done with in relate to cryptocurrency and bitcoin, just like what I have been done on the last bitcoin 10th anniversary in which I have done a photoshop design on my own explanatory of what bitcoin is and what should wr used cryptocurrency and what are the ways on how it will help our economic growth for now. There are so many ways on how we will be able to enhance and promote bitcoin just think outside the box and try to do it.

I do understand where you're headed. However, the thing is that the video is mainly aimed for those of us who are in this forum to see these means and make use of the ideas. Such a video is completely useless to a newbie who just heard of crypto, hence, it's for us in this forum. Anyone who reads the post and watches the video would know how he/she can support the promotion of bitcoin.

I think you can edit the laptop in that video, and add BTC logo, that would help the viewer to know the logo of bitcoin ;D

The next thing you can do is promote your channel in your social media so you can attract more audience that will come and watch your video. There are many ways that we can do to promote bitcoin, and many members already give a suggestion, which I am sure can help to socialize bitcoin in public. But we need to be patient because we cannot attract many visitors or people to curious with bitcoin, and it will require time for them to realize the existence of bitcoin.

^ Have you heard Bitcoin promotion in TV ads? I wonder why people dont use this kind of marketing promotions but the question is who are those responsible to pay bills for making ads. They are definitely right, there are too many ways to promote Bitcoin on our own. But the sad thing that the name of Bitcoin was well known as the payment of having crimes on the internet especially the dark web. Nevertheless, people are not interested to promote just because they are afraid of possible theft. Bitcoin is valuable stuff that probably will put your life in danger when somebody gets interested.

You already answered your question mate. The reason why you don't see any promotion of bitcoin on national television is because of decentralization. The answer is " who are going to pay?". But I guess there is a way for bitcoin to be promoted on TV and that is when a service or product being advertised in television uses bitcoin by any means.

I don't like explaining to anyone about bitcoin that's not a thing for me especially when I see no interest. Maybe bitcoin is just too covered by many things and people tend to not look over it.

Really, getting people convinced in what they don't have interest in is more difficult than to convince them in what they have not heard about. Many people see the internet as a scam environment and this makes it difficult generally but the social media like Facebook helps people to read more about it. For instance, the Facebook bounties make some friends know about it.

One of my way to promote bitcoin is through sharing it with my relatives and friends. To be honest, in our family I'm the only one who knows cryptocurrency and until now, I still encourage my father to invest in bitcoin. And, some of my friends already know bitcoin and sometimes in our school we talk about it. Besides, there have been many ways to promote bitcoin and most of them are using social media account like they will make Facebook pages or group and they will post different information about bitcoin, cryptocurrency and, blockchain technology. It's pretty good to see right now how people notice the value of bitcoin and they already know that it will be a good investment in the future. To the OP, keep on making a good video about bitcoin and continue on spreading the word bitcoin and cryptocurrency.

Nice animation. Looks like you did put on some good effort. Kudos for that. While promoting bitcoin, you should also let people know about the technology. How it works. I mean, the basics of blockchain and crypto currencies. Just don't go into too much details about the technology. They might end up thinking that its too complicated and might not like what they are hearing. Let them know about the benefits. While you are at it, teach them how to also keep them safe from online hijacking.

I like your idea and your point on the last clip that, we should use our creativity in order for us to promote bitcoin. Well, as for today, creativity is one of the most influential way to promote some product. With aesthetically pleasing to the eye of the target person, it can lead them to be encouraged to use bitcoin. With best creativity in can more investors and traders in different country.

Video presentation is not that necessary but it really helps people to visualize the happenings or how bitcoin works.

Actual using it in some transactions is a simple way on how to promote bitcoin, so that everywhere you go, you can represent bitcoin as a currency. since I can't make videos like you do, because there are so many ways used for bitcoin promotion. It's not easy indeed
promoting bitcoin, I often experience failure in promoting bitcoin. Because not everyone thinks openly and positive. But even
though it is difficult to promote bitcoin, we must be passionate about making bitcoin even more popular.

I use to mention Bitcoin to friends back 2015 and since they whenever there are negative news about BTC, some of my old friends back from high school ask me whether I'm involve in drugs as I'm once was during high school. Some of them are asking if they can buy from me too. Made myself known to them as bitcoin guy but certainly not promoting it online in my social media account after some crimes related to BTC. I even deleted some of my altcoin posts.

I write articles but definitely avoid posting it on my personal social media account. If you don't mind being targeted by criminals who knew you have btc then you can post it in your account. But just to remind you criminals are lurking for people who holds BTC. Becareful

There is no some serious organised marketing or education or promotion of Bitcoin in any kind of media. Forums, blogs and social networks are still the main source of information and that is good but not enough.
I try to promote Bitcoin with my own experiences, to show people on my own example how it's functioning but that is very limited scope of people.
I think that we need strong, organised PR system for Bitcoin not just enthusiast individuals.

Im not good at promoting bitcoin but I just simply introduce bitcoin through my friends. Whenever they ask about bitcoin I just give details how it works and how it can use. Since its new to them we cannot force them to understand right away.

While this is good advice, I'd like to point out as someone that advocates bitcoin day in and day out, some people really don't understand what the fuzz is about, more specifically they still think that bitcoin is some magic thing and will believe anything they get told if they get promised earnings. I can't tellyou how many times I've had people come to me, tell me "I'll give you money monthly but return me some extra % back and we'll make business", that's not how it works. However, some "traders" and "forex specialists" offer for example a 2.5% return daily of whatever you invest and you can withdraw after you've done some bullshit amount.

What I want to get to is that some people can't be helped, if they don't want to learn what bitcoin REALLY is about, even in principle (no need to program or no need to calculate a hash by hand to understand it), then they probably aren't worth the time. You will find people like this everywhere so be mindful where to invest your time effectively.

Well, that's a very effective way. You can maximize your ability to provide positive education about what bitcoin is, like what Op makes, it's very creative. If you are a writer, then benefit from your ability to create content that addresses bitcoin in detail, hopefully, it can be useful for others.
Another way that can be done in my opinion is to make trinkets, accessories, dolls or characters, blankets, shirts, etc. with the theme of Bitcoin. With the design and creativity of course that makes other people curious and asks that. it's quite effective I think because I've used it and some friends become interested.

Explaining Bitcoin to other people even just the basics of it is a great help already to the crypto world because they will have additional knowledge regarding Bitcoin and that will help them if they really want to invest on it or if they don't know anything but they are interested in knowing it, it is a very big help for them.

Unfortunately, if there are some people who are interested in knowing it there are some who doesn't want to hear it because:
- either they've fallen into scam that involves Bitcoin
- they don't really want to hear or they aren't interested on it for some reasons.
This is the reasons why I don't want to share Bitcoin here in my place. I saw also that they aren't have an investor mindset and I believe that if I will try to share it to them, they will just go away since they are not interested into it.

You have done a great thing in uploading it directly on YouTube. In addition, there are many ways to promote bitcoin and most of them use social media accounts as they will create pages or groups on other social media and they will post different information about bitcoin, cryptocurrency and, blockchain technology. This might be my way of promoting bitcoin, Hopefully, this will make bitcoin better known and more people will have bitcoin.

I also joined a Facebook bounty in the past but some of my friends just like the post I am doing and not really asking what I am doing. But I guess that would depend on the friends you have. Most of the friends I have already know what I am doing and what cryptocurrencies are so they don't usually ask what it is or how they could get on it. Social Media sites catered much wider audience, you can get people to attached themselves to your promoted system such as Bitcoin as it will be seen by more people than talking to a friend and trying to convinced them to also get involved and make their investment.

It is a great way to know that there are peoples who are willing to give their time and efforts just to promote this kind of technology and based on my experience it is not that easy because there are people are prepared to know these things coz they always thought this is kind of scheme. But what I am thinking is that in order to make it happen help of media is necessary the fact that most of the people believe in them. Also just like what OP mentioned in his video, making an article that talks about bitcoin and share it in all social media platforms, in that way it could be a great way to promote Bitcoin in public.

Social and media websites will make advertising wider and easier, people can really know about bitcoin so easily when surfing the web is everyone's daily work but you will get nothing in this regard, I would even say that when we advertise on bitcoin, we are only concerned about other people's problems and ignoring our time, promoting bitcoin in this stage is useless. Wow, that is nice animation bro! Good job! I hope I could do that but I can't. I usually share something in my classroom about innovations and I always open up the blockchain technology. I know it is not something like opening up bitcoin and crypto currencies directly but still, that could give me a chance or an opportunity to pitch bitcoin in.

You included seminar in your video. I think it is good since you will be discussing and talking more about bitcoin in many people but I am just afraid that conducting seminar is quite difficult because you have to invite people to come. You'll just hear a lot of excuses due to they do not really care about what it is. For me it is more effective if you use youtube or facebook and twitter to catch the attention of millennials.

Conducting a seminar by having a good preparation and on-point promotion can gather a crowd on your seminar especially if you are the first one who will make a seminar tackling bitcoin, Plus we know that people are always interested about money so by using a good advertisement on the seminar you are holding, I'm pretty sure that you will get a high chance of having a crowd on your seminar.

I saw your video on youtube and indeed it is very interesting especially you made it with use an animation and I guess it is very hard thing to do (for me who couldn't made it).

I myself always try to promote bitcoin in many ways. Such as I made many sticker and put in on my motorcycle and I share it almost all my friend. Although they haven't know bitcoin but at least when bitcoin been knowing by all people and to be mainstream for all people they will easily know how bitcoin is.

At this time, there are some of my friend who got interested to know bitcoin and they have spend a little money to buy bitcoin. And greatfully they have got a litlle profit when bitcoin went to $10.000 a few days ago and they were happy of it. I hope they still believe bitcoin although at this time the price was decreasing because I've told them that bitcoin price was really volatile and that is the first risk that must faced.

It's very interesting how you promote bitcoin to everybody not all can do that nor create that pretty good animation. A lot of people are easily understand by showing them some video about bitcoin others are not. There are many times that I insert the topic about bitcoin about my friends but a lot of them not even interested. I told them that blockchain together with bitcoin are very popular now and it's the technology of our future. I show them prove that I own some bitcoin in my e-wallet to know them that it's legitimate. I also told them that it's an investment.

There are actually lots of ways to promote bitcoin, primarily social media platforms. For me, Facebook is the best social media platform that you can promote bitcoin because we all know there are actually lots of users there, I can say that Facebook has the biggest amount of users around the world. You can also promote bitcoin on Youtube, Medium and etc. As far as I know, Youtube banned advertisements about cryptocurrency in the past, but as of now, they allowed it again maybe for some reason. We can spread the goodness of bitcoin or cryptocurrency to be exact in many different ways.
Making content about cryptocurrency and doing it with video is way effective for me because you can illustrate while you are talking in the background. It is indeed easily understood if you actually do it that way. Through that, we can gain a lot more buyers or investors to support particular projects or upcoming projects. The more investors will be, the bigger the possibility that the project will succeed, as long as the platform is catchy.

Paying using bitcoin and letting your colleagues or friends know that you are using crypto to pay will make them interested in crypto. They will ask how are you doing it and is it safe, secure? You know, normal questions for newbies. But if they are really interested, they will also find to ask more and research their own. You can't give all the info but you can guide them.

We can't drag them to believe what we think about Bitcoin and they have different understandings and wants with their life. Actually, I did this before to my office mate but only 1-3 of them give some positive replies or of having an interest but after having bad experience( because of knowledge barrier) they also quit. Not a failure of me or even at you, we want to help them but is some ways it looks different and of different minds.

And yeah, it is really hard to talk about crypto when there is no interaction between us and the listener. Even you show some proof or whatever it is just help them to understand and believe us, but they still decline to know it because they are not open-minded as we are.

Too much effort on this one and the animation is really good, but I still wonder if this kind of Video can really promote bitcoin. I tried to encourage my friends in a world of bitcoin but still most of them are afraid to try and maybe this animation can enlighten them but of course I still need to guide them so they wont be fall on a wrong path.

If actually you earn from bitcoin, you should show them your earning as a proof of how belpful bitcoin can be (in terms of earning). With time, they'll get to learn about the other advantages of bitcoin.

Teaching people over the internet seems to be difficult for me. That's why I prefer holding seminars and discussing with friends about it than doing it over the internet. However, it is simple for some other people (not me).

You certainly have the confidence of Andreas Antonop, you should be doing it along with youtube video, you can spread the word not just offline but to your network of friends in social media as well. Andreas is paid when he teaches in conferences,  teaching isn't easy and people will have to ask you just about anything related to crypto and for you to be able to give answers you'll have to be very knowledgeable.

There is a user here in the forum where he asks store whether they accept BTC, obviously the store don't accepts BTC but he just wanted to ask to inform people about BTC lol that's the spirit in promoting BTC.

Some people easily pay attention if they know that you're earning through it. People are greedy to grab opportunity on how they can earn money. In some areas that no access to internet you can download in infographic videos from YouTube or save pages in Google Chrome. Also show them proof that it will already gained attention in different countries and used as other form of currency.
Personally, I promote bitcoin by telling my friends about it and some of them are really interested and now we're both use bitcoin. I send them links about bitcoin that easy to understand.

I have only brought up the Bitcoin topic in discussions. But, I’m a type of person that doesn’t want people to know what I’m up to, so I always keep things to myself. When I’m discussing with people and there happen to be an opportunity to mention bitcoin in that discussion, I mention it and we start discussing it.

I don’t go all out to tell them everything I’m up to and what I have achieved through, I tell them stories from other people and also teach everything about it and how it works. Why I avoid telling my personal stories is because once I mention that I’m into it, they start to pressure me to spill every secret and everything I have been able to achieve which I believe I should keep to myself, especially my friends.

I think that even if we are let down, we should keep trying to make inform people about bitcoin. The best place to start is your family or your relatives or maybe your close friends. Make them aware of bitcoin and they will be definitely more interested than any stranger you would've talked with.

Your video is a very nice way to promote Bitcoin. Personally, the only way I see people buying into the idea of using Bitcoin and cryptocurrency is when they actually understand what bitcoin is and how relevant it is in the financial ecosystem. Without understanding, promoting Bitcoin will not actually have any significant impact on people and even convince them to use it for their daily financial transactions.

Nice animation. :) Anyways even Bitcoin is not promoted by people, Bitcoin still has its own ways of promoting itself and back in the days when Bitcoin is just starting its journey from what it is today there are no promotions or even if there is a promotion those days it is very little but still Bitcoin managed to prove what it has reached today. I'm not saying promotion is not a good thing in fact it is a good thing to make Bitcoin well-known and to spread the knowledge about this technology.

My first attempt to promote BTCitcoin. It was when I made an online purchase and asked the seller if I could pay with bitcoin.
It was a successful purchase because the seller knew about it. But the challenge is for those who do not know.
I think that creating seminars would be a good way. In countries that are not banned bitcoin is a great advantage.

Well in some countries like India where people are always busy , it's hard to grab hold of them and make them attend a seminar . I think mouth-to-mouth spread of word is the most effective way of promoting BTC or any other crypto for that matter . That's what I did , I told many of my classmates about BTC and showed them my wallet . Many of them got interested and are still using it.

I just told my friends on what are the benefits of bitcoin and how they can earn a free money by just using their cellphone and free time. Aside from it, I also post a useful topic in our local forums on how the bitcoin can help you as your extra earning using your free time. Though my promotion is not that huge but I am sure that it will surely help the bitcoin someday especially if my friends will also tell their friends about the benefit of bitcoin then the process will just repeat until it will reach to countless numbers of bitcoin users.

Yes you are correct there are so many ways to promote it and for so long it has been evolving.
We could see that as time past by there are many entertaining ways Bitcoin has been promoted,
There are memes,cartonized animated clip and GIF I could say that those are really effective and entertaining it is worth it to look or watch them.

Your idea was creative and your effort is much appreciated. I must say that any step, even the smallest one, is still a step. Continue doing your passion and do not be disheartened because of negative comments. You could use of many other ways through the use of your social media platforms just think of spills, commentaries and captions that would really catch the attention and interest of the audience outright. It is really hard to educate and even encourage people to accept and engage with Bitcoin but still, there is no impossible if we really work hard to talking them through it.

One of those coolest ways to promote Bitcoin is by attracting people with such kinds of publicity, t-shirt printing simply attracts attention of those who are starting to heard about this industry. We all knew that social and mainstream medias already catering news for crypto but with this physical information which can be seen in the sorroundings it will be easier for people to recognize and be more interested to ask and learned about the whole system.

We've been through into social media, youtube, and many online promotions and they are all effective in such a way that people are mostly engaged in the internet. Maybe we should have to find another way in which we can promote not using the internet and it may also catchy through local promotion, tarpaulins, and T-Shirt printing (just like the post above).

I know it was really hard to encourage people to come into crypto and adopt this digital currency...and even our friends and relatives. I know there is no push for this but hopefully, they could open up their eyes and see its importance and applicability.

The content of this video is not bad at all, I liked but it needs some graphic stuff and  animation in order to be more beautiful, that's my own view. Sometimes we need to focus on graphics more than texts especially in animated videos  IMO.
In addition to that, it is very important the promote Bitcoin or cypto in general despite Btc's community is good progress , but some people still don't know this technology.

These are beautiful. I actually bought a shirt with a bitcoin logo about a month and some days ago. I wear it at least once in a week. But I would prefer to get yours which doesn't make one look like a millionaire when he/she isn't.

You're right friend, but remember that before you  set to organize seminars, you will spend more than any other promotional type around. This will involve heavy financial responsibility from the organizers because most of the involvements will require funds to be carryout. Although, am not discouraging anyone who choose to go by this method but personally, am not going with such promotion rather would love to promote Bitcoin through my social medias to my distance friends. This has yielded much results for me than doing talking with friends on daily basis.

Don't give such advise as you can be held responsible if things go the other way round during and after Bitcoin halving. This event is unpredictable even, so, never give such advise please.

There might only be few viewers for now but I'm sure that there will still be more viewers who will watch it in the future. It's informative and it's still better to promote than to do nothing. We all know that Bitcoin still needs to be promoted so people would get aware about it. Each of us should do our parts to contribute.

Don't take this personal but I really think that some of the points here are quite misleading for them. I agree that it will be used by everyone. I even look my siblings in the eye and tell them that. I also agree that it's a good way to store value in terms of crisis like wars, etc. However, the other points aren't really something I'll want to tell anyone who wants to get into this sphere.

This cool. Promoting bitcoin through t-shirts, will definitely make people curious and ask "What is bitcoin?" after looking at that shirt. It also gives a similar value when applied to hats and other accessories. Yea, holding a seminar requires more complex preparation, starting from funding, logistics, etc. It also requires professional or influential and competent people to present the material, this is to maximize education and promotion of course. In my opinion, this level of promotion is quite high.
We can do things that are simpler and easier to do, for example by using social media. By making a status or sharing articles and information related to bitcoin and cryptocurrency, in general, it can be an appropriate tool, I have used this method, and there are some of my friends who are interested in getting involved too.

There are so many ways for you to  promote bitcoin, there are so many websites that promote bitcoin, especially those websites that uses different cryptocurrencies, and those casino game that has an advertisement about cryptocurrencies, they also promote cryptocurrency in through that way.

I have introduced cryptocurrency well to my friends and some of them got interested but some have the same reason of you. Videos, articles and seminar is also a good way to promote Bitcoin but i highly suggest that you use Youtube as your platform for vlogs with bitcoin as your content. A lot of people visits Youtube so it has a higher chance of being seen. Promoters should have enough knowledge and understanding about bitcoin so every question will be answered for it to be considered as a good promotion. Great animation you've got there. Great job. Beyond all that, I think Bitcoin is self-promotional itself. It's the first point of contact anyone (greenhorn) makes with cryptocurrency. A lot of them even think Bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency that exists, and not as one of the cryptos. I think the issue now is mass adoption of Bitcoin through legislation/regulation and not necessarily awareness. The word about Bitcoin's awareness went out in 2017.

High five for the animated video, I do try some of the ways of promoting Bitcoin and  talk to friends, core-workers use sticker and meme are too simple which anyone can do but hold seminars is not simple due to regulations someplace people not allowed to gather many people to talk about it, they consider as criminality to do that

i recall more than years ago when i am very focus encouraging friends and family but only few respond and some don't even give a damn about what i am saying and others almost laugh about Bitcoin because all they said this is scam.

There are so many ways for us to promote bitcoin, one of the best way to promote is using of social media, we all know that most of us are using it and most of the people on the medium are very active, they can easily read some posts and it can be spread out all over the world.

You may also use do vlogging, more people are atracted to some videos compared of reading text. Just like I am so lazy reading a long text, when I want to learn something, I prefer watching youtube than using google and reseaech about it.

So whenever I talk about bitcoin to a friend, I always make sure that I am using the simplest way of explaining it. I make sure I am using simple words, I also try to differentiate it to a bank which they all know. It is because when we try to explain it just like how we already know bitcoin, I assure you they will be drown into the technicalities and will lose their interest in no time.

One way of making someone interested in learning bitcoin is explaining how one can earn in bitcoin. Let's be realistic, that's how you grab the interest of someone we know. How can they earn, if you are already earning, tell it to them and they will be all ears. Then you can now start explaining the world of bitcoin. Tell them the risk too, be honest. Sometimes after a talk, I send them links of simple videos about Bitcoin, the anonymity of Satoshi Nakamoto makes them interested too.

The promotion campaign will differ country to country because it has been illegal staff in many countries. I can't do promote btc such way. Youtube and blog promotion is suitable for me, in that way there are big opportunity to reach thousands of audience.                                 

I am living in a relatively remote part of India and I am quite sure that very few have ever heard about Bitcoin (or for that matter cryptocurrency in general) in my town and the neighboring villages. I have tried my best, to educate people about Bitcoin. Unfortunately in 99% of the cases the response was not very encouraging. But despite this I have tried to promote Bitcoin during person-to-person conversations, whenever I got a chance.

Just from the conversation alone will not be enough to make bitcoin grow but indeed, it is also one of the efforts that can be done to promote or introduce bitcoin to those around it first, because something that can make bitcoin grow is about the benefits that we have at least gained because most of what I experience is about the benefits that can be obtained, so that they or lay people will quickly respond to eventually use or invest in this market.

I think this is because of the image of Bitcoin being use in illegal activities. They've only known bitcoin just for that even it is just a part of what bitcoin really is. Not one of the best, it is the current best social sharing that we have right now. There are 4.5 billion people that has the access to the internet, let's say that half of it, 2.25 billion have registered or has a social media like facebook -> 2.45 billion active users in monthly basis, Twitter -> 330 million active users in monthly basis, these are only two of most popular ones not including the Instagram since it is already owned by facebook. Look at that huge number, if you are going to promote in social media there is a higher chance of being recognized worldwide.

In my opinion we are past the days in which we needed to promote bitcoin, a great deal of the young people around the world have at least heard a thing or two about bitcoin, now it is up to each of them to decide if bitcoin is for them or not, and I think that as time passes more young people will come to the conclusion that bitcoin is not only the future of money around the world, bitcoin is also one of the few assets around the world that is not overvalued and that they can buy at a fair price so it is a great investment for their future.

Social media is the most effective way to promote btc or other crypto, as an active social media user with a good number of followers it is very easy to occasionally drop post about btc or make a post about btc on your timeline so that your followers can read and ask questions, social media is very effective, it doesn't require any special skills to do it,
Word of mouth sometimes also good but can't capture a good amount to audience like the social media, good effort.

It is true that there are many ways to promote Bitcoin and I only tried to promote it by posting something about crypto on my social media or some website where they could earn without investment on crypto,
I also tried convincing my friends about it talking about crypto and how they could earn from it but the problem is they want it to be their life support something like small investment with a big reward or something that could sustain their daily life without investing in it.

Firstly i promote in social medias like- twitter, linkedin and facebook but real facebook id is a problem in my country as almost 90% people use facebook in our country. From this, the questions will start arising and the discussion starts. I agree social media is better but it still depends on what did you post. If you have lots of feedbacks then you are doing a good job! I hope others too. I think it is better to post understandable terms about bitcoin in social media. Using simple terms without the techy side of bitcoin will do, don't just drop a 500 words post about bitcoin, they won't read it . Social media tends to make us feel hurry. We are just skimming our newsfeed and we just ignore anything that really does't capture us in the first sentence. We are much entertained with memes than a new technology with difficult to understood terms. The post will reach more people but still we have to think how they can be interested and informed. We have to make sure they will read it all through out.

The best way is to tell your friends and acquaintances about bitcoin. You can of course still make stickers and paste them on your car.

for social medias yes its easy to promote btc or a crypto but im more curious on how you do it on telegram . telegram is verry bloated mostly with bots and spams so chances that your mesage are gonna be fall behind easily  . i havent also see ads on telegram but even if there is , paying them with your own money just for the sake of promoting btc looks funny because the btc team didnt even promote it by them selves . grabbing random peoples email and send them promotions can also be consider as spam

They mostly send using BOT in some groups or even in other profile as we have already has experienced such thing,i often receive
 messages from other accounts asking to check their site to invest in Bitcoin (but be aware that majority of them
 are scammers or even hacker)

Talking to people about Bitcoin is a normal way to promote Bitcoin and that's the only way I have been using to promote Bitcoin. I don't bring it up unnecessarily, I just wait till they start discussing something that is similar to it, then I will cut in and mention bitcoin and ask them whether they know about it. There are some of my friends that have seen me going through my Bitcoin wallet on my phone and they will ask what the application is and then will tell them it's a bitcoin wallet and also take my time to explain everything to them.

If bitcoin is really helpful to you then why not make bitcoin helps your neighbor or colleague or friends or relatives? When more people adopt bitcoins, it will be helpful for everyone. Definitely a win-win situation for all of us.
