As we all know, porn sites are at the top which are frequently visited by people in the internet world. So in my opinion if a porn site accepts
payments with bitcoin it will make bitcoin more popular and used by many people.Because transactions on porn sites we need privacy and
bitcoin can provide a solution. But on the other hand we have to admit porn sites can make the image worse in the eyes of some people.
So in your opinion, if a porn site accepts payments with bitcoin can make bitcoin more popular or will it be dangerous for the future of bitcoin
because it brings negative effects?

I dont see any negative impact towards the future of Bitcoin if majority of the porn site accepts Bitcoin as an option for payment. In fact, it will help Bitcoin to spread it's popularity and adaption, because people will understand the value of cryptocurrency in the field of currencies.
Debit cards, CC, and other form of digital currency was use to purchase or payment for premium/VIP accounts in all pornsites and is actually nothing wrong with that. Same case with Bitcoin.

At first,It is not every one that sees porn as been negative, though you said well on porn site gaining more attention in this world. But in as much as some of us know that it is not a good channel at which Bitcoin should spread to avoid further pollution and unconscious promotion of porn, which I wouldn't subscribe to also,but don't you think many will take it spiritual or bitcoin itself would not care but will be after it's progressive circulation.

Its more a optics issue because porn sites constantly hit users with malware and crypto connection to ransomware is already damaging.  So it would be more damaging at this point due to banks slowly opening up to crypto, could cause a set back.

Before that, I have another question. If a porn site accept fiat like PayPal, visa/master card, does it effect on fiat currency? I don't think so. So technically if porn site accept bitcoin there shouldn't any negative effect. Rather than it would be more easy to hide identity if porn viewers could pay via bitcoin. I agree with Coolcryptovator that using fiat currency has no impact, how much more on using Bitcoin might the same situation as well to fiat. But this isn't. Choosing Bitcoin as payment is good for your privacy and I think that was most people like and again, there's no negative impact with that.

If porn sites don't figure a way to deal with bitcoin directly, and they still have to rely on a third-party payment processor which also relies on an exchange to convert it into fiat and then ironically depends on a bank to transfer the fiat to the service provider there will be no advantages when regarding fees, making the whole thing more expensive for both business and customer.

My classmates told me that they have porn sites that accepting bitcoin as payment to access the special videos or they can able to become VIP to that site. I don't see any negative effects on that but they have positivity because even porn sites help us to promotethe bitcoin but for the minors it is not good because they still not better to watch the porn but if you are legal age and use bitcoin for porn sites I don't see any problem for that.

In such case from the point of view of the spouse/partner, you would see a transaction linked to eg. Linkkoin exchange, not a porn-related company. And as wallets are not under names of companies/individuals - it would be hard to reveal for what crypto was used for.

In my own opinion it can really bring negative effects to those people who are not open minded but for those people that are open minded they will not see it as a negative effects. If the porn sites are the keys on how we will be able to promote cryptocurrency and bitcoin then just go but if this will just bring ashamed on the cryptocurrency then please don't.

In my opinion, any industry that adopts Bitcoin and will affect its popularity will have a positive impact on the price of Bitcoin.

As we wrote above - even if porn sites will convert to fiat almost instantly, it is not a problem - more problem had been for their customers. As they had on a bank/card statement name of the company they had been sending their money to, it is literally a matter of couple of minutes for a spouse/partner to detect what type of business this company does, what in case of paying with cryptocurrencies and sending money to a wallet is more complicated. Well I think many of us here are aware of the subreddit GirlsGoneBitcoin where girls accept BTC. Its been existing for years, I have no idea if it had really helped BTC to become popular. I think none, or just it will affect bitcoin for a small positive way. I think now it's currently happening and the effect is very minimal considering that not all people or yes, almost none is paying for porn. Porn always runs towards technology sooner than other areas. Bitcoin is no exception. We see sexpeople pop up here quite regularly investigating it because they've had problems with conventional banking.

What they'll have to do is cut out payment processors and seek out their own solutions as they're just moving the problem one level down. I seem to remember Bitpay freezing out several industries because ultimately they answer to the banks above all.

Well I guess adult websites already get the bitcoin as payment mode as other payment processors does not let their service offered to malicious stuff like porn. We all know almost all the people in the world often porn sites often and some of them are willing to pay just to access more of what a normal viewer could see. I didn't know paypal allowed webmasters to send USD thru paypal, they weren't allowing it back in the days say 2014-2016 because during those days I once worked for an adult company online. I don’t like this idea of porn sites making use of bitcoin. Just because the dark webs are making use of bitcoin, a lot of people have already started saying that bitcoin is being used by bad people, criminals, illegal drug sellers and the rest of them. I do not know any porn site already start accept btc payment or not but i guess many adult site already enter this crypto currency world. I don't know they survived or not but we saw those kinda project from last year. As far i know some adult company already use their own currency also. It's digital currency but not crypto currency. So it'll not be surprising or worried thing if they choose btc as a payment method.

I think porn sites are already aware of bitcoin but as a matter of fact would rather not accept it due to the amount of support associated with it. I don't think it will affect Bitcoin negatively because it's still a form of adoption. I'm afraid, this cannot be accepted because Bitcoin is money, and money can be used by anyone, sinner or not. Of course, there is always an option of creating money for "good people" which can be used only on "good sites" for buying healthy food, spiritual books and stuff like that, and surely this money could be used by some people, but not by many. Like it or not, most of us are not saints, and, also, no one can be made good under coercion.

It will definitely not bring any negativity because you are just advertising something, but funny to say that making a bitcoin advertisement in pornsites could not be a success because some people would just ignore it and will just continue on what they are watching in that pornsite. As for the ads that can be ignored, I disagree with you. People may rarely click on those ads, but they definitely see them. Sometimes they may not even be aware of seeing it with peripheral vision, but it sticks in their brain nevertheless, to be associated with something pleasant later on.

Porn itself can be legal or illegal , if used correctly Porn enables people to pay without giving out their information therefore people are more likely to use bitcoins .

As long as it is a peer to peer type of business meaning pornhub or other porn site doesn't have to convert it to Fiat. That's sad, and that's true. I hate porn, i hate the whole concept of it and how it grows. Look at the top 50 biggest websites on similiarweb, some of them in top 25 are porn sites, it's not a coincidence, it's a modern world problem. This depends, to be honest. We have different tastes when it comes to things like this and not all of the videos, genres, and porn actresses that I love to watch would be the same with the others.
