Good day friends and family on here, here are few questions disturbing my little mind since I wasn't expecting this virus this year, I thought this year will actually be the best since years ago, but it seems I'm wrong

1. Will Bitcoin halving have impact on crypto market this year with the virus outbreak?
2. Is Coronavirus benefiting crypto at all?
3. Will New projects be able to proceed with launching and development in this outbreak?
4. What do you think will happen to bounties this year ?

1. It would have been much easier to answer this question if we did not have this deadly virus outbreak.
2. I do not think so as it is a crisis situation and in such scenario people tend to keep their Fiat handy with themselves. Therefore you are seeing panic selling and less investment.

The main problem is the virus, if the virus is still out till May 2020 it will surely affect Bitcoin price because there will be more dumps, people will do all they can to survive and selling for Fiat is certain, the chances of getting good reward from bounties is very low now, only suited for those who are fully into bounty hunting

With the way the first quarter of 2020 turn out with bad market movement and this global pandemic I'm not sure it's the cryptocurrency season we've been waiting for since the 2018. I am not sure that "everyone" of us hope something special from 2020. I mean its the halving. The reward drops to a level where either the price needs to support the miners or the fee market has to be attractive enough for the miners to continue soldiering. This concept that the halving will create a buying pressure out of sheer sentiment seems a little backwards to me. And if it is based purely on market sentiment, then we all know that it is the worse it has been in several decades. There is no appetite for any sort of investment in a sick world right now.

In my opinion, the halving will come and go and probably result in a considerable drop in hashrate as the older, less efficient mining machines will be forced off the network to maximize profits, if any. The fee market is supposed to come from an increase in normal usage. We aren't seeing much increase and most transactions still only pertain to exchange transactions. The actual adoption is still a bit away. Blockstream has been focussed on institutional use-cases for sometime now and that is from where a push can be expected. yes I think after coronavirus some projects will be easier to do development but for bounty I still haven't thought about anything because now there are too many scammers, just need to be more careful in determining the bounty

Hopefully 2020 will reach to what we have all expected. I know the period we all wanted it isn't coming as expected but gradually we will get to the height we all anticipated for. It is not only in Crypto world but also global world

we have all experienced the bitter truth especially about the crypto market industry, you can see the current market conditions have not recovered and it seems we will see a delay of half the BTC, ETH dividing 2, and other big events this year. on the other hand the Corona virus is the main problem at the moment, so I don't think 2020 is the year we were hoping for.

Not a chance that we all had the same idea at the start of the year. I understand that when it hit above 10k some people imagined with the halving and all price would go above 20k and I can understand that, it happens, for some reason everyone assumed mining halving equaled to price doubling, which is quite wrong but some people believed that and I get it.

However do not forget that we started the year at 7k, when the price was 9k or so during autumn so it is not really shocking that if you talked with someone on 1st of January and told them that price would be 6.4k or so during march, nobody would be surprised. Right now price is 6.4k if I told you tomorrow it will be 5.8k would you be shocked? I wouldn't be honestly. So, it is basically at the realistic levels for 2020 if you ask me.

Most of peoples was very happy about this 2020 because they was sure this bitcoin halving will change some fortunes for many but sadly this Corona thing hijack all and now this all is waiting for when things could be normal and we will able to have some good and positive things for all crypto community but surely this is going to take some good time as its not easy to be normal in near future.

As humans, i will assume that we have different targets, different goals as well as different hopes for crypto currency in 2020.
For me, i still believe the dreams are clearly achievable and realistic, and likewise bitcoin is going to give us a bull run as well.

I know when we were entering 2020 everyone was like super vullish for 2020 and i was one of them but sometimes unforeseen events haappen and it does not go according to the plan and it seems that corona has paused or delayed the market we were expecting. I still hope to see bullish market from quarter 3 of this year.

It undoubtly affect the crypto market, before the virus really gets messy bitcoin's price is getting in good numbers but then the virus really spread in lot more countries and lockdowns were implemented which results to what market we have now though the market have recovered a bit and now btc is in $6k range. I thinj it'll be difficult for the market to go bullish even later this year, i just expect 2021 to be opposite of 2020 but still hoping for fast recovery from this crisis.

The entire crypto market is heavily influenced by corona and if this doesn't end soon this year will be the year that makes everyone lose a lot and certainly will not have money to be economically stable. I am currently unemployed for over a month now from this epidemic and am having a lot of financial problems so nothing is going well for me.

There is a crisis that we are still facing but I think everything will be alright especially if we focus on improving our skills and our knowledge. The current trend is bearish where the prices is gradually declining, people are afraid to trade because they think that they will just lose money in a downtrend. It maybe true if you do not have right skills and mindset but if we focus on developing our skills then maybe we can use it to earn in this bearish market.

Improving trading knowledge and skills is something that a trader must always improve to get the expected target (profit). Did you know that skilled traders who can take advantage of the moment of price movements can profit even if market conditions are bearish ? Yes, it can be done if a trader understands when the right time to enter and buy some assets when prices is dump.

Some things that are best learned by a trader today are about support and resistance, these two things I think will help a trader get the expected target. Breakdown and breakout are equally important to learn.

Halving in my opinion will have an impact on the price of crypto and I think it can bring the price of Bitcoin above $ 10k again in the next few weeks. I am still optimistic that coronavirus will only have a bad effect in the short term and that the effects will disappear in the next few weeks after halving starts.

2020 will be what we have thought and wished for but the only issue at hand is the virus which had caused more harm than good but surely it will fade away and things would normalise shortly, another thing that will boost Crypto market more is BTC halving though it's close and we are just wondering if price will still go up, the halving will make things good more.

Halving will bring good effect in the current market even its down for a while and soon it will continue to make a greater impact to the market. The effect of the coronavirus will also soon ended and after the countries have been hit by this pandemic, you'll see that it immediately recover after a week. I'm hoping that great project will soon rise after the halving event.

Bitcoin is trying it's best to recover but none works so far, the price keeps going back to 6000+, I don't think the Bitcoin Halving will make the price increase big after the Halving is over

I also thought that the market will be good this year because of the bitcoin halving but unexpected the virus destroyed the market and also the economy. I don't know if bitcoin can rise up in the bitcoin halving but I'm hoping.

Few days back I saw a meme on Facebook which stated if we can reboot 2020. Untill there is a cure out for this deadly virus I do not think 2020 would be better year. It has now become much worst than 2019. Considering the global economic situation I do not think 2021 would be even better.

I also hope this market can increase soon, and Bitcoin will definitely decline if covid-19 still appears. In my opinion, this epidemic situation is causing the whole economy to turn around and will affect everyone's finances. Anyway I expect this market to increase again but may have to wait patiently for another year.

2020 was hoped to be a exciting year with so much high hopes. It was filled with every sporting events and political events and mostly the prediction of advancement in technology be it in processor and 5g technology or electric cars and IOT. But current condition and lockdown has put the entire world into a pause. The whole world is going to go back 1 year due to this disaster.

I cannot guarantee whether 2020 is the year we expect, but with regard to other things as we know that the Corona outbreak has affected the cryptoqurrency industry. in my opinion it looks like the reduced half-bitcoin event can be delayed due to the unfinished corona outbreak problem.

All of us want to increase the price of bitcoin as well as other altcoins, but because of this pandemic (not epidemic) its broken due to this even. Its suppose to be a continuing increase of the price if this pandemic could not occur.
You'll see that a few projects have launched compared to the previous year, and some crowdfunding ICO today are already pospo d due to the pandemic. Cryptocurrency market is definently affected and will continue if this virus will continue.
Bounty campaigns today will still continue but only few and some will failed due to the effect of current crisis.

There will be some lack of money into bitcoin world because we are talking about a pandemic that caused a lot of people to lose their jobs and a lot of people to lose from their savings and their investments because everything went down for a while and it will probably go down once again. That all means we are going to see lack of funding going into bitcoin, we will probably see lack of funding going into anything else as well but we are more vulnerable to drop compared to them.

In other markets there is enough money that is just set aside for bad days in order to buy as much as possible to grow their positions, in bitcoin market there is not enough money to cover that as a whole, let alone setting aside money. Maybe if we consider USDT as that way but even that's tiny.

I also see it that bitcoin halving will still happen but it will be delayed due to corona virus. Crypto is really affected but somehow benefiting from this pandemic virus because it will be an eye opener to the people to start studying about crypto because sooner or later, the government will start using it. Bounties are still existing today but only those legit ones will end up sucessfully.

Start of this year 2020 is very bad time for the crypto market with more less than real good project. Recently i see have few projects want strong roadmap and bounty hunter still participate now so we can expect bounty participate like after 5-6 month later.

You are right, but WHO mentioned it will take more than 18 months to get the vaccine for this Covid-19. Yes. This is something people never think of,,, they think that jobs are gone and economies are gone, we will all go out and buy bitcoin? Now, one of the current problem is electricity - electricity providers claim they have some problems with resources which are not endless. That can impact on bitcoin price cause it depends on the electricity a lot.

i think that it is hard to find people who did not have/had other idea's about what  should going to happen , most people started the year with other expectations then they have now , if someone told us 1 january 2020 that we all where in our houses and our economy was in lockdown for 80% we would have laughed

1. Let us just see until the halving come that will be just a few more weeks from now. We don't really know what will happen after the halving so we cannot tell if it will have a direct impact of a good or a bad one specially at times like this. The current Corona virus has severely disrupted the economy. It has almost knocked the world out, so if it continues for a few days or a few months, the world will be headed for disaster. 2. Coronavirus did make crypto popular because people are forced to lockdown at home and find means to make money online, this way many more people become familiar with crypto

3. I don't see any reason for new project not to proceed with launch, so far few new projects still get launched after Coronavirus outbreak, we have few example already

4. Bounties have no improvement over what happened in past years, some are saying this year is better and some are saying it's not, but only few projects pay bounties still, it's too early to tell for now
