1 It has a very good CS and the exchange site is very convenience to be used everyday

The statements above are my reasons why i trust binance but just to asnwer your question

Binance is still not having the best security consider it has been getting hacked several times.
IEO could not be the reason caused by there was a better platform that offers better IEO ROI like gate.io

When Binance first start it didn't have highest trading volume and IEO yet. What they had at that time, easy to use and friendly website designed, trading terminal, enthusiast support team, good strategies. I remember that time Polinex and Bittrex were biggest exchanges, they refused my KYC dozens times, while Binance completed it in a day. Because of that, now Binance is the biggest exchange.

i dont have anything against binance about being one of the trusted exchanges, but how did you assess bnb to have highest security, where they were hacked last year? though they may have already upgraded their security system, but you dont have any back up of such claim.

Reason why they got alot of hack attempts is because they are the largest exchange, so its normal for them to get targetted alot. If there is a new exchange with horrible security with zero clients and never gets hacked, does it mean its better than Binanace? Of course not.

Regarding the hacks, from what I recall they aren't exactly Binance's fault. From a popular hack about a year back or so, it seems that many people reused the same username, password and no 2FA. The hacker simply enabled API access for all those accounts, maybe a hundred or so. They bought some very illiquid altcoin prior for next to nothing. Then they all of a sudden pumped the coin 100x and the hackers orders were filled. Then he attempted a withdraw and it failed, his BTC was confiscated and they reversed most of the trades. So good security on their part.

Binance KYC is the best here. It's almost instant as long as requirements are met. KYC verification isn't also compulsory, it's only needed for increasing daily limit and withdrawals of fiats

I agree with you that if you have been hacked, it will certainly be difficult to regain trust, but Binance is different, they make investors trust more and still stand at the number one position in this market. However, you should not use all assets at an exchange because it makes you more at risk and should be kept in your wallet to ensure for you. Believe me crypto exchange is a tough business and it wasn't easily for all these top exchanges of today to get in the position they are today, every new exchanges have flaws but the determination of the team depends on its outcome, binance team deserve a round of applause, they give the best services to customers and once the exchange was breached they paid all customers back

Agree with you, exchange binance will never let users down. They do not accept scam projects in their exchange. If a project is shady, they will delist it. In addition, if the exchange is hacked, the investor will surely receive compensation from the exchange

Personally, i like the transparency of Binance exchange or more to say their quick to interact behavior. This behavior is good even if you're running a "not all that good" platform because you win the trust of many customers. there's always possibility of being hacked even when they invested so much into security there's always a hole but what most people want is that exchange able to make sure their clients fund safe and if there's something bad happen due to their mistake they will reimburse, binance so far is quite good at that I must admit.

Agree they were hacked, but the user was not affected by the hack. Everyone has been compensated from Binance so no one complains to it. This is the only exchange that compensates users instantly for loss, and from then on I fully trust this exchange and use it without fear

I think binance is the highest securitt of all the crypto exchange or very secure compared to the others.

You can't trust Binance. It's been hacked once, and it's likely happening again when you least expect it. CZ himself is afraid of DEX's as they are TRUSTLESS - Meaning  you don't need to trust anyone when you trade as you're in position of your own private keys at all times. Simple.

There's a reason why Binance tried to steal Blocknet's DEX ideas and source code back in 2018 when Blocknet applied to be listed at Binance.

I'd much rather trade on the Blocknet DX platform and support it, than a scummy exchange like Binance in the fault of trying to compromise the Steem DPOS blockchain through "stealing" votes on the blockchain using other people's funds.

I agree with 2 and 3, with 1 I disagree because Binance is not the best security exchange, proof that it was hacked and stolen tens of millions of dollars of bitcoin. Also I like Binance because it's cheap and has lots of trading features.

Another reasons is because they have history on chosen project with a lot of prospect and which is not likely to be a scam project. Even though this is very hard thing to do for many exchange, I've not seen any project that binance promoted and end up being a scam. Also they have one of the lowest fee and their bnb token is one of the strongest crypto even though it is an utility token

I judge from the side of big business, binance build community and exchange well and neatly so that now binance can be a big exchange. Binance will continue to survive because it has become a big business, so it will be ridiculous if their team scam like other bullshit exchange.

When I start my journey in 2018. I started it with binance. I was not aware of many things. What I understand that time was binance is very easy to use, the community is very big and it has a good support team. After a bit maturity I understand that the coins binance supported is normally the big ones in the whole market. And somehow they have available volume in most of the project. Then I used a lots of exchangeany of them like huobi or kucoin is good. And if at this moment if you ask me to pick one maybe I will pick a dex. But still if I have to chose a centralised exchange I would always prefer binance.

I believe the whole crypto market is getting monopolised and after purchasing coinmarkecap Binance has revealed their plans. There is just no good alternative that is so massive to compete with Binance and pretty soon there will be even less good exchanges :(

None of it in this list in my opinion. I do trust for security reasons but main security is funds. Even after last hack, Binance exchange refund all money which means they took all responsibility of your funds. Although others good exchange will take this if those exchange has ability to bear it. Without KYC you can use this exchange by only your mail address.

Binance is one of the largest exchanger in the crypto world. They are trusted from long time. Traders no any hagitade to trade Big among here. Binance again and again proved they are trusted. Security of this exchange are very strong, and managementand it team also strong. So that Binance is very trusted with us.               

I guess because they have built trust to the crypto community, they have good volume not just bots and liquidity. In terms of security they are good but there is no perfect, some hackers will always find a way to penetrate. But binance has Secure Asset Fund for Users (SAFU) for extreme cases which is really good you don't have to worry to much in case of hacked. Yes all three of your points are correct and i also weigh my confidence vote in the binance platform due to the fact that they have the community trust which can be confirmed by largest active userbase as well as the biggest daily trading value plus binance is moving towards a one stop crypto solutions type of platform which attracts most of the people including me.

Don't forget also a very standard customer service, even in their telegram group chat they have different binance angel to assist you with your problem, and also it has a  very easy and good looking user interface, there are lots of trading and investment options too, and every day they keep improving,  binance have really shown that they are capable exchange, the bnb is also a successful coin with so much potential to grow even bigger.

Because they spend more on promotion. But spends differently on promotions that not everyone sees. When people talk more about an exchange or something around, everyone is more attracted to it. Crypto Twitter promotes most of the of time binance those who are big influencers. This has quickly become popular binance. There is no such thing as high security, binance has been hacked. Everyone has seen the IEO game, lots of traders have lost their funds. Binance is involved in a lot of dirty works. So you can trade in binance if you want, because decision depend on you.

I trust Binance when it comes to transaction and security and also liquidity but the rate at which pump and dump happens there is really alarming. I could vividly remember some projects that dumped but yet to go back to its previous state though I do understand market in general is down.

At first I won´t call Binance as the safest crypto exchange because it was already proven that it is not true - Binance hack in late 2019 - $40 million were stolen. For me is much safer Coinbase because they still resist the hack attack. Knock knock.  :D

Binance is not safest crypto exchange, but your funds are safe there! I trust Binance exchange because I love to trade there. It gives me a comfortable feeling that my deposits, assets are safe here. The exchange UI is very user friendly, support is very much active! Binance is not only just an exchange! To bring mass adoption, we need projects like Binance! That's true binance is not a safe exchange site but that gives good service for the user experience. I like the features and how easy to trade on binance exchange site but i can't deny the fact that if the security that offered by binance is so poor compared with another exchange site.

Hacks are an inevitable reality for centralized exchanges, One of the best feature of binance is the fact that funds on the exchange are insured. Users have their funds replaced when hacks happen,that is not to suggest that they should have crappy security or that users should leave large funds on the exchange

Those points are right but I just want to add another points that I think that is deserve for binance exchange. Binance exchange is always been responsible, if you remember a year ago this exchange got hacked and there were a lot of the user asset had stolen but binance exchange was replaced all the money that been stolen.

I think just a few exchange who can do that, most hacked exchange will just gone away and we never know where the creator of it. This is why I trust binance and by the why another thing that I like to binance exchange is they never ask a KYC if you no have a huge amount of money. Since I just individual investor and I just spend a little money to invest I don't need to give my personal identity for this exchange.

That was the most suspecious hack. Many people thought that it was an inside job and Binance planned the full scenario to present itself as the most secure even it got hacked. Binance gained more users after the hack and now it is number one exchange.

I don't know if am missing something, but i thout KYC is required when reaching a certain level of withdraw limit. So if you are a binance user owning a huge amount of money, you would need to submit your personal docs in order to withdraw them. Of course you can freely manage them within the platform .

Binance is one of the exchange that i trust and i assumed that their security is good because nothing has happened to my funds in them though not big but still worth a cry  :). When i first entered into this cryprosphere, Cryptopia and Binance were the exchange where i am trading but unfortunately Cryptopia collapsed/scam exit, i hope that i won't happen to Binance.

All questions are answerable by yes with a bit of maybe on the first one regarding security. As you all knew, Binance has been hacked not only once and this part makes me terrified knowing the number 1 exchange can still be breached. Of course no one is highly invulnerable to such attack but what I do like about them is the assurance that users will be affected on the said hackeds will be compensated as their CEO is very concern to his users. This is a true genuine leader which even with problem you can count on him. Im not saying their perfect but the result is observed and many people really like them a lot.

That can still happen to Binance. You should know that Binance is only run by CZ and does not have anyone contributing to him. meaning the company is solely owned by him and its equity is his. So the scam will become a lot easier, anything can happen in this crypto market. Cryptopia was also a big exchange before and made a lot of money but still scam. So, be careful and never put all your money into an exchange. divide it evenly.

Generally because the volume is very high and they have multiple security mechanism like storing bulk of amount in cold storage , having instance policy by storing a portion of their brokerage in case of theft etc.

Binance changes the way people see exchange site when they introduced SAFU but people shouldn't forget that one of the safety rule and regulation of every cryptocurrency traders, investors and enthusiasts most abide is never trusted an exchange site (not to mention centralized exchange) and only keep the fund you can afford to lose on it.

I read that there was like data leak long time ago in Binance and some people were claiming it as a fake news or just a cover-up, but who knows.

I am a user of binance exchange about 2 years and I really had a great experience here. There are more than 3 things that you have listed. It is a rich exchange and even if hackers have stolen their money, they can still make up for it. Besides, BTCUSDT volume is the highest in the crypto market and always selects the best projects to implement IEO.
And the best thing about it is that Binance only lists good alts or tokens. They never work with shitcoin or scam coins.

Safu is a joke. Even if they really have the coins set aside as they claim it's not going to be enough to cover a serious fuckup.

They only have enough money to cover small losses. If someone hacks them and steals a lot of coins like it happened to so many exchanges they are going to reimburse maybe 10% of your losses and tell you to be happy that they were able to give anything back because "other exchanges" wouldn't.

This is depend your intention and I think there is no safest way to store our asset although we store it in cold wallet. I've found some user and even there is my friend who hold his cryptocurrency in cold wallet and he lost all their asset in it just because he forget to store the prikey. And it will be same when we store crypto on the exchange, if you are negligent to store the security tool to access your asset (in an exchange or in cold wallet) you will never be safe. The market is not regulated and none of the deposits are insured. At this point, it is foolish to "trust" any of the cryptocurrency exchanges, no matter how much their trade volume is. This mistake was done by cryptocurrency users in 2014, when they trusted Mt Gox, and again in 2019 with Cryptopia. Daily turnover is not a good metric for protection against scams and hacks.

It is not just about of its quality and its good user interface, majority of the traders are using it because the platform is easy to use. Binance exchange have good trading features and tools such as stop loss etc. The mobile app is more advanced than others, easily accessible and user-friendly. My own opinion; Binance exchange have a very good customer care service that are ready to attend to users. Of course the exchange generates high volume on altcoins because of the number of users which is also a very good attribute of the exchange. Also, when analysing the number of successful IEO, Binance tends to lead. I'm not disputing the fact that binance have a very solid security which is not strange due to the numbers of traders on the platform but calling them the best makes me wonder if you have access to the security audit information of other exchanges. Binance have been successfully been attacked so many times and so also others. What makes them the best for me is because of there lower fee compare to other exchanges and also due to the point mention in 2. If all the exchange platform can borrow a leaf from Binance, we will have little to worry about scammers. I have not seen or hear binance promoting a scam project.

First, they do have the best customer service team rather than most trading platforms making them one of the most trusted and efficient platforms out there second, when it comes to projects they do invest so much effort also most of the trades from almost all of the cryptoes has really high trading volume.

Speaking of vulnerability, when it comes to security most of the exchanges do have really great security against potential threats but they do have an emergency insurance fund, as per last year's data breaching making them to be more trusted.

Let me add that it is user friendly, very responsive to questions through their customer support, also very quick to resolve some problems if any by the customers, and now I trust them even more because they now support direct deposit and withdraw to my local bank account, it couldn't get any better than that, binance is the best exchange like it or not.

I would like to disagree with it. Binance already suffered from hackers attack https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2019-05-08/crypto-exchange-giant-binance-reports-a-hack-of-7-000-bitcoin. Also according to article https://cointelegraph.com/news/binance-kyc-breach-did-it-happen-and-if-so-whos-to-blame more than 10,000 identity photos (kyc) were stolen.

Also - not a single exchange is secure !

Just for this reason alone regarding KYC verification, it's definitely a good reason for a lot of traders to trust Binance.

Why do you trust the doctor who you have never meet before? Because you have heard good things about them.  And if you hearing it very often then trust develops.

I can only say that you need to have time to buy BNB tokens))) The exchange is top-end and I often trade on it. I like a lot of functionality and a nice interface, which became even better after the update.

Issues that can be experience isnt really something surprising for any platforms to experience on.The thing here is that they do know how to resolve it as quickly as they can

I think I always go for binance cause it's very easy to use. When I entered this market the first exchange I tried was binance. Then I tried a lots of exchange but still now binance is my favourite Centralized exchange. I liked it for many reasons. Easy to use, most of the coins listed by binance is trusted, the volume of those coins are really good, the security is high and last but not least the customer support is good. I didn't find any problem in binance. So I just use it.

well I first learned about this exchange binance from Airdrop which I worked on for a very long time and at that time to get the reward I had to complete KYC, and well it was very fast and smooth and until now I still use it because I think it suits me personally

   I didn't do KYC, daily limits is too high anyway, my deposits and withdrawals are much lower than the daily limit is. It's not
compulsory, which is a good thing, but for traders with big capitals it would be not so big deal to do KYC, Binance is reputable
exchange, and they will not sell private information of their traders.
