Yes this is one of the correct board to sell since this is a marketplace section but the problem is there are only few people visiting on board so much better to post this on digital goods section and also in auction section so that you can get a better result. For sure there will be a buyer if they find your site good since gambling is booming business here and might you can find a interested buyer there.

Man! this is crazy.. I really hope you can find someone that helps you with this. I believe you did excellent work.

have you tried to look for investors instead of selling it out?
Like create a little startup, look for money - even crowdfunding (maybe a bit difficult for gambling) - and try to make it grow. If you like the environment and everything that comes along with crypto casinos I believe you can have a good edge on other competitors.

Good luck man!

I wish I could have money to take it...
I am a digital marketer if you need help like creating a marketing plan (I can do it for free).

If you've been here on this market for a while now then you would surely say that this one is indeed similar to Stake.com website.Does anyone would really easily just
purchase a similar or clone website that had been known in the market? People will surely have different impressions when it comes to mimicing other sites design and
hoping that they would get good numbers of players because of that which is really a wrong kind of believe into these site owners.

People will think that you created a scam or phising site since you follow the name of the famous website and this is a big no no here if the investor want to earn success in this business, originality really matter on this since this can build his credentials to the old gamblers who seek for new place to play. So for those people think to do this they better erase those though's since they will just waste their resources and effort since they will failed for that doings.

Yeah this is actually not just mimicing stake.com this is stealing IP (intellectual property)

As you can see by this side by side screenshot they just stole the thumbnail images from stake. Mimicing and copying ideas is fine but stealing property that our designers made and putting it on your site or work is just not acceptable.

He won't find any investor or promotion with that casino. As mentioned, it's copying a known casino which is stake.com.
And in that case, it's impossible for that casino platform to get an investment although he's selling it. Too bad that whoever buys it will get the burden of intellectual property and possibly legal case.

Stop posting without reading, cant you see this site is a clone of Stake.com and has been confirmed and accused of by one of the owners of Stake, MICRO?

I dont think anybody on this forum should trust the OP or their works. One possibility can be that the OP is attempting to scam someone with these pictures because it is similar to a very trusted site like Stake.

For people who are thinking of buying this, be aware that you will face legal action from Stake owners if you plan to use the site designs for your own site. ;)

LOL, are you for real or just a complete troll? Can't you read the post above you? How come you are still interested on a clone stake.com, unless you really wanted to give that scammer your money, so go ahead and be the victim here.

Plus worth mentioning that we could sue the new casino that comes out of this for stealing intellectual property.

Plus, I know there are cloning tools where you can in a few click to clone almost every website. most often it is not functional, but the basic pages look identical. it is very possible that we have a case like this here, some kid thinks he figured out how the world works.

Its not really that hard to copycat someones website design and its functionality if you do really know on what you are doing and yes there are people who are really fan on
copying things up and believing that they can get users when they do saw similar design with the best one.No one will surely buy this one because if ever someone do sell out
some uniquely design which havent existed or known before then there might be a chance but for stake-similar clone site then it would be a hard sell.

You can change game tiles on frontpage to be different, else everything is unique coded. You guys really talking about intellectual property on gametile pictures? (on homepage) Those are 12 gamemodes (pictures) to change by your gfx designer.

Those that think you can somehow copy a website with cloning HTML? That's just pathetic lmao - like you can get insight in the amount of work put in, theme configuration and such are all setup, you can just change color scheming and such. Any that dares to just "clone" stake.com website and it's feature by some "html cloning" website, can receive a 1k bounty of me.

Just the blackjack frontend:

backend:
https://i.imgur.com/vXIYDR0.png

And this is merely just 1 minigame, it is pathetic to think stake.com would own rights on games that are supplied over 100's of years - theme wise, you can change it.

Moreover this is the sale of the backend system, nothing to do with frontend - all I did was take a simple bootstrap layout (like stake.com) to propogate the games upon, of course this isn't ready to be launched as in commercial fashion. You would still need to come up with your own brand marketing and design, also I would like to see proof of concept on any of stake.com's games - as all have been around for since jesus wore sweatpants, all games offered on stake (and in that case, any online casino) are just regular online gambling games that have been around forever.

If you do not have the funds or drive to actually do turn this into your own little brand (in terms of theme, customization) and thought you was offered a ready2launch product, think again. I'm offering licensing right now for 250$ a copy, in which you will never-ever find in such fashion which has been stress tested before - else, just waste your money on gambling yourself on stake.com or such.

Serious customers can get in-sight into the work that has been done, custom work can be done upon request, not much work to change from default bootstrap layout that stake.com theirself took out of GNU opensource resource.

You may understand yourself why they are not patented, as such is not possible on fairly simple and nothing unique in terms of player experience and assets.

Unless you talking about intellectual property by those that invented roulette, blackjack, higher lower, throwing dice? Idk, i'll be sure to pay up the intellectual property that belongs to beneficiaries from the < french revolution.

EDIT:

Here you go, this is how easy it is to be unique:
https://i.imgur.com/INv2bXL.png

Literally only intellectual property stake.com (even by a far stretch) may claim. Created these tiles on my home pc within 2 seconds of paint work.

I have also replied to your pm and will reply in short here.

The only claim we had is that if eventual casino ends up using those exact images that we created they could endup being sued.

Ofc we do not lay any claim on the games or anything else. Just using our images directly is not acceptable.

I guess you were not clear enough that those would not endup being used in the finished product.

Now i can say goodluck in selling your work.

Cheers.
