You can change game tiles on frontpage to be different, else everything is unique coded. You guys really talking about intellectual property on gametile pictures? (on homepage) Those are 12 gamemodes (pictures) to change by your gfx designer.
Those that think you can somehow copy a website with cloning HTML? That's just pathetic lmao - like you can get insight in the amount of work put in, theme configuration and such are all setup, you can just change color scheming and such. Any that dares to just "clone" stake.com website and it's feature by some "html cloning" website, can receive a 1k bounty of me.
Just the blackjack frontend:
backend:
And this is merely just 1 minigame, it is pathetic to think stake.com would own rights on games that are supplied over 100's of years - theme wise, you can change it.
Moreover this is the sale of the backend system, nothing to do with frontend - all I did was take a simple bootstrap layout (like stake.com) to propogate the games upon, of course this isn't ready to be launched as in commercial fashion. You would still need to come up with your own brand marketing and design, also I would like to see proof of concept on any of stake.com's games - as all have been around for since jesus wore sweatpants, all games offered on stake (and in that case, any online casino) are just regular online gambling games that have been around forever.
If you do not have the funds or drive to actually do turn this into your own little brand (in terms of theme, customization) and thought you was offered a ready2launch product, think again. I'm offering licensing right now for 250$ a copy, in which you will never-ever find in such fashion which has been stress tested before - else, just waste your money on gambling yourself on stake.com or such.
Serious customers can get in-sight into the work that has been done, custom work can be done upon request, not much work to change from default bootstrap layout that stake.com theirself took out of GNU opensource resource.
You may understand yourself why they are not patented, as such is not possible on fairly simple and nothing unique in terms of player experience and assets.
Unless you talking about intellectual property by those that invented roulette, blackjack, higher lower, throwing dice? Idk, i'll be sure to pay up the intellectual property that belongs to beneficiaries from the < french revolution.
EDIT:Here you go, this is how easy it is to be unique:
Literally only intellectual property stake.com (even by a far stretch) may claim. Created these tiles on my home pc within 2 seconds of paint work.
I have also replied to your pm and will reply in short here.
The only claim we had is that if eventual casino ends up using those exact images that we created they could endup being sued.
Ofc we do not lay any claim on the games or anything else. Just using our images directly is not acceptable.
I guess you were not clear enough that those would not endup being used in the finished product.
Now i can say goodluck in selling your work.
Cheers.
