I had a really hard time in 2019 and an issue accessing my account and with alt winter I did not log into the liqui platform.  2020 with lockdown has been tough too, but now I can't access my account and on searching it seems that the website liqui.io has gone.  I looked for them on freshdesk but that has gone too.  Has anyone got any idea how I can get in touch with them.  Has anyone else got this problem.  If you see this liqui exchange, please help me out am pretty desperate here..

It's been a long time since they've done a shutdown or let's say an exit.

actually they have an announcement before they  shut down they give user's a timeline where user's can withdraw all funds available in their account.


By the way  I found this link posted by bitcointalk liqui representative.


no idea if they can still give your lost balance  its been a year already since they close it.

Am just going to say how do you go to absent for this long and neglect your investment! I understand people have personal stuff to attend to but it is equally important to follow up on your investment online because anything can happen with it, this is not an offline investment where there are physical address to trace a business, if you had issues accessing your account back in 2019, you should have immediately contact them, instead of ignoring it,
I think whatever is the outcome of your enquiry, you can only blame it on your negligence,

Yes, too bad and sorry if you have been off during the shutdown. I'm sorry but I don't know if they still have an open contact details where their customers that wasn't able to get their funds off liquid can contact them for further communications.

I don't want to discourage you and your feeling but chances are pretty dull.

Thanks for the response. I have a few leads to chase, there may still be a way to make contact.  Other than that it may require legal action, I hope it does not come to that as it is pretty expensive, but if it is the only way left then will have to go that route.  Maybe someone has some other ideas and shares them.

Legally there can be no way because the clearly mentioned about the time limit to withdraw all users funds, and even if you want to take this to legally you need to spend huge so make sure you have huge amount to take this case.

Its impossible to retrieve or getting those coins back stucked into that account and probably all of those coins that had  been locked down had already been used by the owner itself.

They do gave out timeframe on pulling out your funds at least into their platform and since he missed it then he do really had some mistake too.

When it comes to legal actions or whatsoever then its somehow pointless unless if we do talk tons of btc or alt value on here.

Thank you for the reply and advice.  I joined the forum as I saw people talk about Liqui and I thought that someone else might have this problem too or be able to help.  Thanks for trying.

You can give us updates if there's something happened or in which part you are already with your pursue. We can't do anything with that but be prepare they could give you a counter-answer with your pursuance.

As akram said, they can reason that out that they've given grace period for all of their users.
