Anyone Liqui officer here for the statement about TKN trouble please, freshdesk is unreliable. We've missed more occasions at a good price because of the stuck problem, can't click cancel withdraw too. I confirmed for withdraw TKN but didn't get TXID for 48 hours

I want to trade some ICN and BTC, anyone facing issues with these? I have no plans on storing for a lot of time, probably less an hour of trading... but since it doesn't look good, I hope someone could confirm If everything is okay.

It's not Ok. I have both ZRX deposits and withdrawals missing. Unless you are prepared to gamble on losing your money, I would avoid trading on Liqui until they at least update us, their customers as to exactly what the fuck's going on. |

I want to trade OAX to eth on liqui..But I heard that withdraw from this exchange takes days ....I am not sure if I should send my coins there , I have 4381 OAX...
Why they are not instant like Poloniex and bittrex??

If you'll deposit BTC then trade ICN with that, I think it will be okay (My BTC deposit went through smoothly). It seems that the problem is mostly in depositing and withdrawing a token, based on my observation in their complaints. The last time I withdrew BTC, there was no problem too, I was afraid that time but I'm glad it worked fine. |

Does your support staff monitor the tickets in https://liqui.freshdesk.com? Or twitter as it is also mentioned as 1 of the support channels. There are alot of complaints of complaints about transaction of assets in ETH blockchain but not being addressed. Witdrawals that show completed and with an ETH transactionid but if you look in etherscan- shows transaction does not exist. |
