I won 25,000 dollars and jetwin support sent me to some guy named Michaeljet on telegram who proceeded to try and extort me for .2 of bitcoin which is like 2000 dollars. I dont know how much 25,000 is in bitcoin or I would have wrote its translation.

I just bought the copper membership to post pictures but when I  hit the picture insert button it just shows [img] in quotes  so how do I post the pics I have of the evidence. I have the email from jetwin sending me to Michaeljet and the subsequent messages from my conversation with him plus screenshots of my withdrawal attempt but I dont know how to post them.

Can anything be done about this? I need help from someone who knows this world better. And does anyone know of a casino with the same type games in jetwin casino that is allowed in the US and not crooked as fuck? I love to gamble but I get screwed out of so much because the casinos dont want to pay. I am about ready to give up.

I made promises to my son with that money set up a meeting to buy a home and now I just look stupid. I'm broken hearted and I need retribution or something

The fact that the casino is requiring you to deposit specific amount of bitcoin in order to withdraw your winnings is a clear indication that this casino is a fraud. It's an old scamming strategy lurking on the cryptospace as well as on the other scam investment platforms. Beware.

it's full of complaints against this casino. they are online from a while and there are some similar to your situation

You did right move don't pay anything to them. it's a totally fraud when some one ask money ... for sending a payment!

However trying to buy an home playing in online casino ... it's not a wise choice since there is a better percentage to lose money and not to win.
 

It looks to me that none of you really won anything. They show you big wins only to lurk you to deposit money that they will run away with. This is very popular scamming tactics.

I would also move this thread into reputation section. Post proofs and convince DT to flag them properly. That way if they are scammers - there is nothing else you can do but if not you will for sure get their attention and speed up solving the case.

Damn, that kind of customer service and approach was indeed unprofessional. Shouldn't they use the part of your winnings as your fees instead of making you send them the fees? BTW, what was their Terms and Conditions that they pertain to your case? But still, the bottom-line here is that their system lets you win that kind of amount yet they aren't legitimate enough to release the winnings, whether they get your KYC or not.

This Jetwin is a clear scam and they have no proofs that they aren't as they make their customers pay fees in which they must already give at the first place.

It's not entirely clear to me when the chatting took place. Before or after this email? If after, then it is obvious that you need to wait some time before sounding the alarm.
But if the email came before and after correspondence followed, then we need to act now. In any case, if they do not pay the money, they will ruin their reputation and lose much more.

This mistake should become a lesson for you to know the difference between a scams and legit. At first, you will really feel bad about the thing that you've done to your money that was supposed to be a budget for buying a home for your family. But, this should served as a lesson for you to become more better and effective in choosing a reputable gambling platforms.


There are a lot of threads here that will give you idea to identify those scams in gambling platforms.

You can read there and become enlighten about the thing that they do to fool people and steal their money or winnings. This is not  a rare event in gambling industry and cryptocurrency, if you are not aware about those scams then you are probably prone as their victim. LOL their T&Cs supported the customers and not their shortcomings. It is clear that it was their system that let the user win such price and not the user's fault, in which the winnings are legal. Also, forcing someone to pay that huge amount FOR FEES is just a bad move for the company especially with their "highest level of support". So ironic that they were called customer support while they can't even support nicely at all.

I hate reading this kind of story could have been a happy ending if you only know how to read between the lines, people have been preaching here to only play in reputable and old gambling sites I don't know what made you play on Jetwin, obviously it's a scam gambling site based on what they are trying to do now I hope you can still get at least half of what you are claiming, but there is life and hope after this

Well to answer all your questions I posted the 30,000 dollar post first in accusations and then I posted it again because I thought it needed to be retold. I played at jetwin for several months cashing out 3000 and 4000 and other amounts of money with no issue. I actually hate that they did this more because I cant play there if there is no real chance of cashing out. I don't know of any other gambling platforms that I can play at as an American. Every time I sign up for 1 it says banned in my country.

The change in amount from 30000 to 25 is I played 5000 back in cuz i was frustrated and figured maybe they would cash out a smaller amount and I was bored.

I wish I could save that kind of money but I am terrible with saving and I have no impulse control. When I have money in my hand that doesnt go to Bill's i spend it mostly at casinos or on my fiance. I am terrible at budgeting so I gamble and I win often enough and that's like my savings I guess. I only need 3500 for the down payment and that is. Not unattainable. Hell I would be happy if they just cashed out 4000 and kept the rest. As it stands though i feel hopeless. Jetwin had the best odds and they have gone rogue they have taken more than just 25000 dollars from me. But I wont bore you with any more of my feelings I hope this answers all the qs and where can I find a casino that wont screw me over if I do win something and wont restrict me because I am an american ? >:(

Are there any casinos that allow American players that have the money set up jetwin does? They don't show you your balance in bitcoin they show it in real money even though you deposit in bitcoin. Does anyone know what I am talking about and know of any casinos like that that aren't crooked

that's weird, they said on one of their emails on the screenshot you provided that they never perform KYC client checkups and that they only need to verify if your winnings are legal to allow your withdrawal request to go through, then on telegram, the "manager" (aka MichealJet) ask you if you provided KYC documents to their verification team. I am confused. do they as for KYC or not?

Why does the communication with the support service take place via Telegram?

Even if this really is a support employee, nothing prevents him from demanding some kind of tax and subsequently disappearing, delete the account and deny that you communicated with the support employee.
Demand communication via email. Let them send you a letter with requirements or explanations via their official email address.

On the 4 or 5 cashouts that I did successfully I was asked for no documentation.... I don't know what happened jetwin has always done me right until now

Jetwin have a review page in AskGamblers (https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/jetwin-casino-review/) you should post your case there as well, i'm not sure if it's going to change the situation but it's worth a try as they usually act on the posted issues.

The only casino I know that accepts gamblers from the USA is Nitrogensports they only have a few games but you'll probably have a better experience over there.

That is surely sad since that is a lot of money. I guess the best thing to do is to wait for someone that would notice your complain and that someone must at least have at least connections with JetWin. Do not forget to raise awareness and make sure to reach all possible platforms to spread this news but stay anonymous (i guess?).

Another thing to consider is do not make decisions on what to do about the money that you will possibly get since you are still not sure that you will be getting the money and creating decisions on where to spend them is a bit risky. I don’t think they will decide to pocket your winnings just because it’s a big win. Revenue from such platforms is much higher.

What I see with these gambling websites is, they operate the same way the others did. Many have attest to the fact that, those gambling platforms uses means to extort gamblers. thats the reason why we have this forum to check the authenticity and reputation of casino sites. before you play in big amounts or send a penny to the site make sure that you read their ToS, their background, feedback/reviews, read their thread if there's any, and have checked google for possible open scam allegations.
now if you got rekt without doing any of those, then its all on you. but you can still get help from the forum by posting in the scam accusations board and post your proofs..it may help your cause of chasing the owner/s and warn other users about potential issues

Wow, you know, this is a very legit and big amount of the money. It is almost 3BTC (2 and more BTC). Is there really casino that will pay this high amount? is this the jackpot? And you must pay fees for the transactions and available for withdrawal?

Everything when you need to transfer them money first to withdraw the rewards, NEVER BELIEVE IT. You must double and tripel checks the sites, rewards, and also seek for many mor information in this forum and others.

As what have many members here said, there were also some similar cases with Jetwin about this and they are accused as scammers.

So, whatever the condition, never transfer them first the money as fees. You are probably ebing scammed by them. Ince they have your money, they will be gone and will not be bakc to you. they will seek for other viticms to be.

Better search for feedback first before temp to deposit. It’s very obvious they want you to deposit first just to withdraw the amount. This just shows a scam and don't believe in this kind of people. OP has been playing in this place for a long time, and before that there were no problems with withdrawing funds. I do not know how large he was withdrawing, but everything was ok, before that big win.

Almost all casinos have complaint threads all over the internet forums and social media. So, logically everyone throws a dice to join or not this journey ends on the next withdrawal. The thing is, the said "upper support" demanded a fee before they will allow OP to withdraw his winnings.  This is an in your face scamming.  Notice the  point of the casino representative on the telegram saying that they cannot touch the players money when OP ask them to deduct the fee from his fund and yet threatening the player that they will add it to the jackpot as a donation.  It is now a question if that representative from telegram is real support of that Casino, better to ask that person to send all their demands via email then see if they will use the official Jetwin support email.

it is probably due to the huge amount of money you were about to withdraw. most gambling site does this to see if any foul play or rules are broken while you were playing. I've read parts of their ToS and it seems that even if they said on one of their emails to you that they don't perform KYC checkup, their ToS mentioned that they can request KYC if needed. have you tried providing documents for their verification team review?

the question is why they asking for too much fees instead of asking to verified the account ownership which is they only needed to confirm that the player who want to widraw is the same persons who play. Also country restriction since the players came from USA.

Has this been reported to the authorities already? There should be a legal step made by the victims including you so that these criminals will be arrested once and for all.

there are tons of questions that need to be answered by the gambling site but they will most likely not respond to any of it. if they gambling site stick to the accusation that the OP broke their 5.1 and t.2 rules it is certain the OP won't be getting her money from the gambling site. the gambling site asks for KYC and it is also in their ToS. I am just curious about what gambling site move will be if the OP provided the KYC they are asking and if they will still ask for the "fee" after reviewing the documents from the OP but I have a feeling that the one she talked to on the telegram is not part of the JetWin team

The amount contested is very huge he should gather all the evidence and contact it's host or domain registrar so he can report the abuse I'm sure they have their contact information, if he obtained a court order he can proceed prosecuting the people behind this gambling site their reputation is already ruin I hope those who will play here will do a research.

It would be too risky to find nor report with no exact location where the Jetwin is, and finding them would be a difficult task. But he had enough evidences of the images that tells how rude and suspicious their support was and it would be better if you read it. Therefore, court order would only make things much tougher for the OP. I think letting everyone know with the accident would be fair enough.

It is clearly a scam if they ask you to deposit first before the user can withdraw his/her winnings. If you have proof then you should create an accussation to have more proof that the site should be avoided and avoid more people getting scammed by this fraud platform.

They are scam gambling platform, the type of scam is liken to that been carried out on telegram, where they promise to send you a lucky code and after you might have won they will request you to make a deposits before withdraw huge amount won. These are just traps from the scammers and should be noted. The good news is, the victim isn't yet fallen into their net. He can find another means to get whatsoever he promised the family, but for this, it's a scam.

How do i get a court order i dont know how to do any of this. I will definitely call the authorities and j have offered to give them the kyc documents they would need. Please someone tell me where to go from here.

But regardless whether they are bogus or not or the address is a fake or not, you should still report it to your local authorities. You need to start somewhere and do something. You have the option to run to your local police or your country's equivalent to FBI if you're not from the US or consult a lawyer.

Expect that you will be spending some money to pursue your case but that is necessary if you still want to fight it out with the scammers who stole $30,000 from you.

Besides the address  provided above you should contact the server and domain registrar for any information you can extract, check the address in the Google map and see if that address really exist and it is a building or office or not a house of anybody that was being used by jetwin, you will have a tough luck but any action you will do don;t post all it here, they maybe tracking if you are going to pursue.

just to keep anyone who is interested informed i have contacted the UDRP or i filed some sort of complaint with someone lol and i contacted a couple of attorneys i am trying to do everything i can to get that website seriously reprimanded i dont know which authorities to alert as we are in different countries probably i wouldnt even know where to begin. does anyone know how to get a court order to compel them to pay? or does the fact that they dont have a license make them untouchable?

As you can see, DuckDice has negative ratings on them because there was a valid evidence DT members were convince so they tag the account.

It's kinda amazing how this casino is still afloat and is still continuing their little game of "pay your fees and we pay you" type of scam. They have been exposed years ago, and their main attraction is to let their players win a hefty amount in their casino then tell them afterwards that they need X amount for the fees before getting the huge withdrawal approved. Once the 'fees' have been paid, your account will automatically be blocked/close and their line of communication with you will go dark. I had almost a similar case with betcoin.tm though I did not stop pressing them to give me my winnings until they give in. In your case OP, jetwin is notorious for this type of thing so there is a higher chance that you will not be able to get your 'winnings' from them anymore.

EDIT: I suggest to open a scam accusation with all the proofs you have in your arsenal to pin them down. They'd just keep on doing this more often until they have that red streak on their profile.

OP already has one in the scam section, and I believe it's enough for gamblers to fully aware of this, Bitcointalk is a very popular forum  and every topic is indexed even if the topics were two or five years ago it will always come out, once the right keywords are used so even if OP or the moderators locked this topic it will still show up for many years to come as long as this forum exists.   

indeed, adding it to the scam session is the right choice, but it would be great if it was pinned at the top of the list in all sessions so that when anyone who visits this forum will find out that the gambling place is a scam, unfortunately up to now it has not implemented a system like that.

Yea he should be updating this topic every once in a while, it's been 3 days ago since he got an email from the jetwin says his account is on hold for suspicion of violation under the terms and condition, then she(not sure if) have talked to the upper support level and I can't stop my eyebrows be banging each other after reading the convo. Is that how the upper support level of a casino talk to its client?

My very question is why is the fee too high? 0.2 bitcoin? the hell is wrong with this site, As I see it, they are trying to reduce the winning to save somehow. lmao.

That is the first step to take but it will not be enough. I don't think that will do to.solve the matter. To my opinion he should notice the authorities to take some legal steps. It's bothering that they are asking for deposits. And usually if a casino or any website you have used a service asks for that as a requirement of your withdrawal, that doesn't sound right.

I didn't see them any reply to this thread, maybe they aren't aware or maybe they don't really care. But as you can see, there could be a potential fault from the guy as well so as someone who just follows the thread, we have to wait.

We don't know, unless they come here and do the same complain, but even with that, OP lose $25000, that's a big amount already and it's reasonable for the scam site to withheld it. This has not transferred to scam accusation yet, I guess OP needs to move this thread.

Yes, that's what I see. Lack of communication on both end and if ever they are contacting each other privately, that's much better than nothing. But if they don't mind to let us know, they will let us know.

Maybe the best thing to do for now is to frequently contact them from time to time until they respond to the message since I don't see any point on why they didn't answer in that issue. but if any case still they resist to do their part best to post a scam accusation so that they will be alerted the happenings although they would not care but atleast the people who look on their site will doubt about to play on them.

If the review is correct, there's no way OP can seek some legal help to get his winning as the site is unlicensed.

It isnt needed because the one who should make out some contacts is between op itself and jetwin.They might able to forgot this thread but

How exactly can you say everybody should only play what they can afford to lose when the OP did exactly that? The problem for the OP is that he had winnings stolen by the casino. JETWIN should post here and apologise to the OP and pay him his winnings or they should simply contest it and provide evidence to counter that of the OP.

The case the OP has made is very strong so this seems a clear case of selective scamming on part of JETWIN but either way they should post here and provide an explanation of they claim happened.

I have received no reply from jetwin since the last instruction to message Michaeljet on telegram. I have contacted their domain provider and some other people in posted a formal fraud accusations though I'm not sure where I only followed the links sent to me by a mystery friend who emailed me from here on bitcoin talk.i have done all that I can think of to no avail they are just going to keep my money.

They threatened to close my account but have yet to do so I can still go on there and see my money I just cant touch it. I have lost hope and given up hope on the matter but if anyone had any suggestions please let me know

I left negative trust for the Jetwin representative in the forum with a note to revise it if the victim receives his funds but he has yet to log in.

That only mean one thing, they might be guilty of this accusation, but I hope they will solve this to save their reputation in the forum and for OP to get his big winning. That's because you weren't actually speaking with Jetwin on Telegram, it was just some rogue scammer. I think the scammer was doing what is called "email spoofing" to make it look like you were receiving an email from the official Jetwin support but in reality you were receiving email from the scammer. That's why this guy was asking you to send him bitcoin and then your login credentials -- he obviously doesn't work for Jetwin.

I know it doesn't look good but just keep at it. I would try to contact them directly through the website if that is at all possible, it looks like they have a Live Chat feature. Perhaps they will one day allow you to withdraw something. Sorry we couldn't have been of more help.

Yes I have all obvious steps and answer these questions before the phone number that they provide is for a privacy Guardian number and the address they have listed in Arizona is a bogus address got a bank and a restaurant if not a casino  I've heard they are based out of karako but not really sure  I don't know what to do or where to go but  I'm very upset ⁷Multiple accounts was not any violation they had stated in an earlier email for 1 if my approved cashouts back in may that they dontdo KYC so multiple accounts was not an issue they do not do bonuses so that was not an issue

They do not have a license at all, so the chance of getting your money back is minimum. You need to have a way in to start.

seeing that jetwin never bothered replying to the scam accusation against them here in the forum and the half-assed reply they made to OP. I expected in a way that this will not go well for the OP. $25K is a huge loss. too bad forum members can do limited things in this issue.

Everything is correct. Almost everything that is discussed in the telegram is very similar to a fraudulent scheme, after which a given support specialist can disappear in an unknown direction.
The fact that they cannot touch the players' funds is complete nonsense.
