Hi guys, I'm looking for a safe way to buy Bitcoin or any Altcoin with USD (Fiat) using Credit Card or Paypal without any ID verification. Do you guys have any idea how to do this.

I think none. There is a bank involvement that's why (fiat).

Before it's possible via LocalBitcoin but they have a mandatory KYC now.

Totally agree, I believe that P2P is the only solution (as far as I know), but it's extremely hard to find someone who can trust new buyers with no reputation  :( (a trust issue).

You will not be able to buy bitcoin on the cryptocurrency exchange for Fiat without passing KYC.

I think it would be difficult for you to buy bitcoins through a service platform without KYC. I have been searching for such platforms to make the process faster and make myself safer, but of course not. The only last way is to buy through the black market and you have to find reputable admins on that channel and ask them to act as an intermediary. That is the only way to be able to buy bitcoins without KYC.

The short answer is that you cannot do this anymore, this is very simple if you involve a bank or PayPal you are going to have to go through know your customer policies, there is no way around it, however if you are not afraid to make peer to peer transactions face to face then what you could do is to go to your favourite ATM withdraw some cash and then try to make a transaction that way, this is not as convenient but it goes back to the roots of bitcoin and how it all began.

I am a bit confused about what is the reason for the concern for providing personal data, if you plan to buy Bitcoin with PayPal or a bank card. One way or another, the resource will record the user's personal data with the help of a banking institution that provides services to the user of a bank card.

There are some p2p exchange which is not having KYC requirements at the moment but they only prefer bank transfer as far as I know so for credit card or Paypal there will be KYC for sure no matter what exchange you are going to use.

Your best bet is just to go to a local Bitcoin ATM and buy some that way. Unless you are buying large amounts the 10% fee that they usually charge is not that much and saves the headache of having to create an account at an exchange and go thru verification process.

You need to understand Credit card and Paypal are easily reversable so don't be surprised that they require verification first. I just don't think it will be possible using those methods. Best bet is cash and go to a Bitcoin ATM and you are set.

I think it is better not to do transactions on the website that requires no verification. Because suppose you want to buy bitcoin from this Paxful. You did the ID without verification. The seller also did the ID without verification and you paid to buy bitcoin from this seller. And the seller left without giving you BTC. What will you do then? You caught my attention on this post but it disappoints me when I personally visit the website and read there AML/KYC policy. Dude you should fact check first before you made suggestion. I thought there is really an existing exchange that didn’t require KYC for fiat deposit but it’s obvious now that it was a myth.  Most exchange need to comply now to the law or else they might face charges.

This thread was already concluded and if ever there is exchange offer this no KYC for fiat deposit then I believe it’s a red flag.

The first questions I want to ask is how large funds you want to use for buying bitcoin?

If not that big amount then you can use  major crypto exchange that will not required a KYC for small transaction for buying bitcoin just check it first if they will accept credit or PayPal deposit.

Other suggestions I know some reputable member here is also trading bitcoin to PayPal or vice versa they are just asking for small fees. Just make sure that you will only transact with reputable member with trust rating or else you need to use escrow for much safer transaction for both parties.

Using a p2p platform is the best option if you want to avoid such thing like kyc. Most market will required a kyc especially if you want to use you credit card or paypal. If you want to buy Bitcoin safely, many people want a peer to peer buying and selling but you need a middleman. It's the best way to buy Bitcoin however you need a bank account to transact and it's risky than buying on a legit exchange website.

But most of the P2P exchanges still ask for KYC these days. You can buy crypto from cash too which would not require KYC but will have to find a person who can do the exchange. But I think it's good that KYC details are collected because many people scam others and so it becomes easier if they provide the KYC details for the transaction.

If you want to buy that much of crypto then you got no choice but to KYC. This isn't 2012 anymore, most exchanges require KYC due to money laundering. The exchanges that don't they are usually crypto to crypto exchanges and you can't deposit fiat into them.

We don't know how much the amount the OP wants to buy if using an exchange market to buy Bitcoin, all are having KYC/AML verification.

You can't compare the purchase with a credit card, the details of which lead directly to the owner and ready in electronic form waiting in the database for one query  with a "microscopic" possibility of tracking the visitor in a cap and hood to the shopping center, continue the recording from the camera after finding the right frames (unless they are deleted earlier), you have to pass through the face recognition system (unless the guy in the covid-19 era was wearing an additional mask) ...

I know you are looking for Credit Card or Paypal without any ID verification but trust me if you are going to buy a huge amount there are circumstances that a platform will require you to do so but does not happen all the time. For any chance have you tried searching in google in your area for bitcoin ATM's? I guess that is a good option if you have one, that is more convenient for you.

It is funny that the moment I am checking this topic out, bitcointalk shows me an advertisement of "cardcoins, buy bitcoin with cash in minutes" I do not think that bitcointalk actually cares about the topic when showing advertisement, they just randomly switch it, there is a returning amount of ads and this just happens to be one of them, when I refresh the page it goes away and if I do it enough I see it again.

However people are forgetting that centralization is not the way to go, if you really want to be away from everything, just buy from another person directly, give them cash in hand and get their bitcoin from phone and just be done with it, do not use any other third party app because we are against central places taking control over on bitcoin world as well.

Try using your paypal to some users in bitcointalk who needs paypal USD in exchange for BTC. And then once you already have BTC you can then trade on dex without worrying about submitting KYC documents. Just make sure its a DEX that really won't ask for KYC anytime soon. BISQ will be a good one.

It would be difficult indeed to buy any Bitcoin without passing any KYC verification since you will be using credit card or PayPal as payment option for doing transactions because credit cards are linked into banking transactions and as you can see when doing credit card transactions online you are still in need to fill up certain detail information to continue using your credit card to successfully proceed with the transaction proper.

Maybe you could try up buying Bitcoins through some users in here but I think that was not truly advisable because you might be spending more for you were transacting to buy directly from a person who owns Bitcoin himself. Better to proceed buying Bitcoin and undergo KYC verification method because it would be the safest option rather than taking risk into unsure transactions out of KYC process.

There are many legitimate reasons to be worried about this, what if owning bitcoin is illegal in your country? I am sorry but it is not secure to just randomly trust any platform and do it. Although, I too prefer without it but I know for my own security, it is a better thing to do. It will only help us in longer run and if the platform we use is trustworthy, I don't see reason not to do KYC.

There are still ways in which you can avoid those kind of policies but you need to be willing to invest enough cash for it, for example in the case of bitcoin you could buy mining equipment and instead of buying coins you could mine the coins yourself, obviously now you have several other problems like your electricity costs, but by doing this whatever bitcoin that you get is impossible to trace back to you and you can retain your privacy this way.

Just a quick thought about securing bitcoins without having KYC. Buy a cold storage now from secured website or supplier, of course make a new email and have an alter address for the delivery. The next step is risky but it is all it takes to avoid any one knowing that you are buying bitcoins except from the one that you are buying with peer-to-peer, you just need to trust them but before that make sure that you can check their reputation. i dont think you can buy bitcoin without kyc verification because of fraudulent activities. Fraudster can use anybodys debit card to buy bitcoin if there is no verification. i did verification on binance but im still unable to buy bitcoin  with my debit card. I dont want to believe its my card issuer but probably the country i am in

In the worst case, the blackmailing attempt can happen if it is illegal to trade cryptocurrencies. Buying a BTC with cash is not safe even if there is a nice platform such as LocalBitcoins. The double-spend attack is always possible and I doubt both parties will agree to wait for the first confirmation in the face to face conversation. The Aximetria app is good for such cases instead of paying an escrow commission, the local agents will find you and you will get your BTC in the app with paying cash to the company representative.

If you want to be buying Bitcoin without your ID and also having no limit, then you should be considering going for a person to person buying. I only know where you can buy BITCOIN with Paypal or any other payment methods. Have you ever heard about peer to peer trading method? You buy or sell cryptocurrencies to other traders directly. That method can help you to buy bitcoins with Paypal or to sell with Paypal. You can use paxful platform or localbitcoins, they are the best in peer to peer method.

But also you can try to check perfect money wallet. They accept many cryptocurrencies and i think you can transfer to Paypal from them.

KYC verification now become mandatory for most of the centralized crypto related platforms but not all, so if you want you can buy completely anonymously but not with high convenience, either you need to compromise one for another.

When you receive a payment card, you need to pass KYC in the Bank. This way you can always be identified by your account, as they are always linked to your documents. If you buy bitcoin through a centralized exchange, you can always be identified using payments made using a Bank card.

Have you guys tried OTC? I mean it scares the bejeezus out of me but there are so many people who do OTC right now and that doesn't look healthy at all but so much volume as well so I don't know.

They just give btc to people they do not know and they get money to their account and you basically don't do any KYC at all, or you can meet face to face and do it in cash which is a bit less scary, you do not worry about getting your money stolen because you are in public and even though if you meet with them in a shady place you could still be robbed, if you do it in a very crowded place, the possibility if you getting robbed drops significantly.

To be very much honest, there is no way that you can purchase Btc without giving KYC proof.
Earlier a year ago, it was possible through Localbitcoins but they too have changed their policy and started taking KYC verifications for any sort of transactions.
Moreover you can also use the forum's Currency Exchange section to buy Bitcoins without KYC, but many members don't like the payment method PayPal, so offer them something interesting and enjoy with your BTC.

Well, P2P is not the only way you can bitcoin without verification. There is ATM machines near your place that you can buy and even decentralize exchange that did not have require KYC. Well this is true, Most banks are requiring KYC and also Paypal so technically you are using KYC account when buying bitcoin but there is other payment out there but there are other payment methods like google pay but some of it are rarely accepted by those who are selling it. There are many but it will undergoes in many process and will hassle the buyer.

KYC is on the payment processor now so even if the exchange didn't require KYC you will be forced to use your accounts that undergoes KYC.

I just noticed that nobody here has given an example of  prepaid cards yet. Well, I don't see any safe way other than using reputable exchanges. I respect that risk still there but that was lesser than having P2P or direct buy and sell transactions.
