I heard that ExoClick have a horrible payment cost, but try to explore OP. Exoclick is worst adult network and pay cheap for bloggers/adult sites. Trafficjunky is the only one good adult network for publisher but I don't know how good they are for advertiser's. Be careful with Mellowads service. they used to be serious, with a very restrictive policy who is eligible to be a member of his network. Now this service is completely ruined, I'm not sure what quality they offer but I think it's very bad. They began to accept promotions for very suspicious and probably sure scam websites.
