Be careful in choosing an ad network that accepts cryptocurrencies as a payment, usually most of them are scam and don't have actual getting any real traffic. Upon having quickly researched this what I have found, a List of Ad Networks That Accept Cryptocurrency Payments, it might a helpful content for your DYOR.

Good suggestion tho, AFAIK, they are top of the list and also consider this one, Trafficjunky for the low cost among them all. I heard that exoclick have a horrible payment cost, but try to explore OP.

Exoclick is worst adult network and pay cheap for bloggers/adult sites.
Trafficjunky is the only one good adult network for publisher but I don't know how good they are for advertiser's.

Another option is Juicyads they are also accept Bitcoin as payment.

Be careful with Mellowads service. they used to be serious, with a very restrictive policy who is eligible to be a member of his network. Now this service is completely ruined, I'm not sure what quality they offer but I think it's very bad. They began to accept promotions for very suspicious and probably sure scam websites.
