Sorry for the loss but scam isn't moderated on this forum. Each user has its own rights to trade anyone and its their responsibility to act first and avoid suspicious/scammer users on this forum.
While most users here give negative feedback/flag to scammers to warn newbies or anyone to avoid make transactions with them but it won't stop this scammers to use this forum.

this is his reply, right?
Add me on discord: J.#2321
you can find any drleted/unedited post on: https://loyce.club/archive/

bL4nkcode is right, scams aren't moderated here but you can tag the scammer and create a flag against him.
If convinced by the proofs you provided, more members will tag him and will support the flag.

I picked up on this guy's scamminess almost a week ago when he was fishing for merits in P&S. I should have tagged him then.

Sorry to interrupt your thread but wanted to give you (and everyone else) a heads up:

Send me a map location on discord: J.#2321

Whats the surface?

This is a scammer named Railai (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2730493).

- velomare account registered after Railai exposed as a scammer
- both accounts are Romanian
- both accounts spell "prefer" as "preffer"
- both spell "nonsense" as "non sense"
- both spell "as well" as "aswell"
- both are involved with IDENA
- both have huge egos and try to make shady deals elsewhere

Don't bother interacting with this person as they will just try to scam you off-forum.

And what's "funny" is that last part is exactly what happened.

Honestly, you shouldn't be trying to buy Paxful accounts in the first place. But the moral of the story is don't trust random noobs online and use on-forum escrow only, especially when it comes to shady account sales deals.

Unfortunately, I don't see any other "scam accusation" against this user... just a comment on a post in the "Invites and Accounts" board accusing them of being a scammer (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5263371.msg54956675#msg54956675) that you provided. Unfortunately, if users like yourself, don't create threads like this one, then there is generally no way for "DT" users to see/know about the activities of scammers like this... so they don't get tagged with negative trust. :-\

Thank you for taking the time to create this thread, hopefully it stops someone else from being scammed.

Please also consider creating a flag against this user (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;addflag=2813711).

I find it good that you come with accuse without waiting for my side. I need 13 more hours to get back online at least.

edit: Basically yes, I owe him an account. But he sent the btc and got confirmed after 12 hours. Yesterday I had a terrible day, I don't know if it comes as an excuse but I slept with my head at 30 cm from the fridge, and my head was buzzing the whole day; I couldn't do anything. Anyway, finding on saturday someone to do the paxful afterwards was unlikely. How he described it's true, I offered to him the safest way to do it, which is on his email. Not selling something I do have already. Today I can't do it and most likely tomorrow evening he will have it done if he is still wants it.

This is a screenshot of a conversation with someone else I delivered tens of betfair accounts: https://pasteboard.co/JqPDRD6.jpg

I think he is the only one I replied. I tried at a moment to start working but I just couldn't.

If OP wants a refund and he can't wait that's fine for me. I will do the conversation with him only on this thread for now

Unfortunately no one is good enough to handle these kind of transactions and there is no point even pointing the user to use an on forum escrow.

@nutildah Do you have a problem with me? I told you a couple of times already, I know who that person is and I am not him. As far as I am concerned he is a dedicated person to the crypto world.

OK well you should probably refund this user as you just offered.

If you weren't planning on pulling a scam, why did you delete your post from his thread?

It was deleted. Anyway I am using discord for these reason. Username can't be changed I made my discord public several times. Any screenshot with the username or using developer mode and showing my ID will make it.

I am waiting on his reply now, today I have to travel a quite distance ~800 KM but tomorrow can solve by refunding or having his profile verified

Give him your bitcoin address so that he may refund you. You're lucky this time that he has responded you on this thread and is willing to refund your amount. Get the lesson learnt from this trade and do not repeat such mistakes in the future.

We can't really sure he may refund to OP because promise is still promise, until OP confirm he already got back his funds. Just like this guy Loan Default (CryptoVzla) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5248973.0) promising to pay on May 22,2020 and now he's gone.

But I hope I'm wrong here, just my opinion.

It's suspicious, how come he's block you on discord ::) If you don't mind, you can post your address in this topic.

Please do keep us updated on the outcome of all this... I don't want to leave negative trust on a user due to a simple misunderstanding. So, if you get refunded I will be more than happy to remove the rating from his account.

I had recieved a PM from velomare the 4th of september, i'd say almost for sure he expected to get the account from me. I don't sell accounts, I wasn't around but i wouldn't of trusted him much.

Only thing i can see is that he started the deal expecting a account and then running away.

I pmed two users from here but no answer so i'm posting it here.

Yes of course... go here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;addflag=2813711

Select the: "This user violated a written contract with me, resulting in damages." option... on the next page, select the date as appropriate and use the link to this thread as the reference (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5275415.0).

Advise once you've created it, so other users can then support the flag.

He is already negative rated by two members.
Flags are better... they show up big warnings that are hard to miss for newbies and users that are not logged into the forum...

Hello dear bitcointalk users,

I can confirm that this guy is scammer. He scammed me for 7000EUR!

here is my story.

I found him here, at first I asked him for bet365 bot he was advertising here but as I needed devs for that, I put it on hold. Meanwhile, I asked him if he can sell me betfair+ skrill account and he said yes. I paid him 90eur or so fro first one. After he delivered it to me I changed everytinhg, but somehow we stayed logged in on skrill app (how, i don't know).

I asked him for another betfair account and I paid him in advance BTC. Also I asked him for 2 more skrill accounts and paid for that as well, around 200eur.

After that he just stop responding to my messages on discord.

Also, a screenshot he posted here from guy who sold him tons of betfair accounts is me, I will post whole history.

It was very suspicious to me and sudnelly skrill got locked (not by him, they just locked it and you couldn't transfer money). After 2 days, I'm getting an email (on that account registraed on skrill) that skrill is sending me one-time password and someone requested to change pinn. I logged in and I saw he changed primary email address.

There was no money on skrill, but on betfair was 6,8k eur. I tried to login to betfair but he changed everytinhg. After contacting support I've managed to login to account and balance was zero!

he added some card and tried to withdraw, but I think he coulndt as betfair request to withdraw on same mated as you deposited. So, that idiot played slots and lost 6,8k EUR on slots.

I will post all proofs here and his identity. I'm looking for him and my people asking around.

who ever got scammed by him, let me know and I'm willing to share all info I have and also any info you have is more than welcome!

Cheers guys and see you soon J.

a story is not enough and if you want for other members to add a negative tag on velomare create a proper scam accusation. if you have evidence create a scam accusation thread with all the evidence and you have to follow the format that the OP used.
