70km is not what I would call "near" and a 9-year old picture of a house in that condition probably means it's a pile of bricks now (unless the bricks have been stolen). I've seen people putting more effort into selling their used shoes on eBay. At the very least you should take tons of pictures without making people ask for it.

This is a scammer named Railai.

- velomare account registered after Railai exposed as a scammer
- both accounts are Romanian
- both accounts spell "prefer" as "preffer"
- both spell "nonsense" as "non sense"
- both spell "as well" as "aswell"
- both are involved with IDENA
- both have huge egos and try to make shady deals elsewhere

Don't bother interacting with this person as they will just try to scam you off-forum.

I know who he is, on the discord group there are at least 100 romanians just on the official besides the IDENA RO Group. If you say about the typos you have specified the most of them are pretty common which I find extremly funny.

Hi guys, I think none of you knows what he is talking about.  People calling me names like romanian, scammer or whatever without having any proof or evidence. You are not behaving are you.

I am in Bulgaria now. I have all ownership documents on my name.You are welcome to inspect the documents.
I can personally show you the house which is still there as i was there a month ago.

Any check or inspection is welcome. You can hire a lawyer, a notary or whatever advisor you want. You are welcome to view.
